The 2023 Camp Zinfandel is 95% from the Lolonis Vineyard in Redwood Valley and 5% from the Vecino Vineyard in Potter Valley. We have a long history with both sites and appreciate the integration of fruit and structure they both offer. All lots were fermented in stainless steel tanks with moderate temperatures to control extraction and then aged in French oak barrels of varying ages. 100% CCOF Certified Organic

100% Gamay, Beaujolais, France 2023. ACC Chenas. Plump black raspberry brushes up against red cherry and bruised alpine strawberry on the fragrant nose along with pomegranate and cranberry skin. The midpalate is juicy with chalky, mineral elements that lengthen and extend the taste that goes on and on. Freshness bottled.

Les Georges” is classic Chinon in its marriage of vibrant fruit, honest tannins, and refreshing earth-mineral interplay. The extraction is beautifully judged, and the gentle structure and perky acidity operate in happy unison to create an overall impression of drive and freshness. It’s a real lip-smacker, with plenty of lovely spice and fruits that lean toward the red end of the spectrum.

Merlot (60%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (40%) Bordeaux, FR 2021 Fermented and aged in large concrete vats. Aromas of blackcurrant, plum, and earthy notes like tobacco and graphite, with flavors of black cherry compote, cinnamon, and a hint of violet; expect a full-bodied wine with well-structured tannins, displaying a complex profile of dark fruit, spice, and minerality, often described as "earthy" with a hint of leather and dried leaves.

Blaufrankisch, Pinot Noir, and some white varieties. Burgenland, Austria. 2022 Birdscape is made with what Christian calls “Pink Maceration,” a very light extraction with just a small amount of contact with the skins, to result in a very dark rosé, or perhaps a very light red wine. A 4th-generation winemaker, Christian Tschida takes painstaking care of his 10ha of old vines and then doing virtually nothing in the cellar (incl. adding zero sulfur). The result is art both inside and outside the bottle.

100% Pinot Noir a subtle richness of textural pleasure and shows off cool climate fruit with layers of dark cherry, wild plum, strawberry and cranberry, along with hints of savory spice, flinty mineral tones, sweet florals, cola bean, as well jas heirloom tomato and a touch of guava, plus well judged wood on the silky medium bodied palate. Showing the spicier side of Pinot Noir and you can see that here, but this 2020 also is well balanced and has an opulent character that makes this dark ruby wine very seductive in the glass

Jonathan Buisson and his wife Chloë are third-generation artisan producers in southern Beaujolais, farming ten hectares of estate gamay vines with organic and regenerative agricultural methods while incorporating agroforestry techniques. Nestled in an idyllic setting at the foot of the majestic Mont Brouilly, Domaine Les Roches Bleues enjoys exceptional growing conditions, with the famous pierre bleue (diorite, a hard, blue-hued igneous rock typical of Côte de Brouilly) giving delicious wines with incredible energy, structure, and freshness. Brulhié is powerful, with pronounced spiciness coming from the blueschist soils with savory, dark red fruits framed by firm tannins and ample acidity, and the density derived from low-yielding old vines. This wine is a sturdy Cru Beaujolais built to improve for a decade or more, if you can avoid drinking it right away.

100% Pinot Noir. Morey Saint Denis, Burgundy, FR 2022 A manual harvest is followed by a 3 to 4 day cold maceration. The cuvaison usually continues for three to four weeks. During that time Forey does a pigeage the extent of which depends on the underlying structure of the vintage. The malolactic fermentation occurs in barrel. There is now only one racking done during the period of elevage. The wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered after spending 16 to 20 months in small oak barrels and demi-muids (used primarily for the village and simple Bourgogne appellations) with 20% to 50% new oak used depending on the structure and the character of the vintage as well as the amount produced of each individual cuvée.

100% Pinot Noir, Valle D' Aoeste, IT 2022 Transparent and lively ruby in colour. Delicate aromas unfold, offering sensations of fresh violet and pomegranate, along with notes of wild strawberries and currants. A touch of winter melon and a hint of ginger add complexity. The palate is graced with ripe raspberry and a suave nuance of apricot.

Sgarzon” literally means shoot in the Campo Rotaliano. The vines that grow in the Sgarzon vineyard are particularly active and benefit from the cooler climate that characterizes this site. Teroldego’s character changes, it is enriched with an unusual freshness. The eight months spent in amphorae (Tinajas from Villarrobledo, Spain), with skin contact preserves and intensifies the diversity. Together with the Morei vineyard, Sgarzon noticeably expresses the great variability that this variety can express.

100% Cabernet Franc. Gunnison, Colorado. 2023 From grapes grown in the high desert climate of Palisade, Colorado. This Cabernet Franc thrives from the warm sunny days and cool nights at 4,500ft altitude. Only 1,000 bottles produced, this small batch wine was fermented by native yeast and is unfiltered and unfined. Best served slightly chill, this fruity, herbal wine is refreshing, complex and fun.

85% Mencia, 15% blend of Garnacha, Palomino, and Merenzao Unculín is a fresh, energetic red Bierzo that offers a refreshing antidote to the over-blown, internationally-styled wines previously made in the region. Rather, Unculín is focussed on delivering an experience where the soul and energy of Valtuille and Bierzo are on full display. This is accomplished through utilizing the region’s tradition of co-fermentation from some of the village’s best vineyards.

100% Pinot Noir, Cape South Coast, South Africa. 2021 This is an elegant, balanced and complex Pinot Noir given its rather ‘relaxed’ approach to winemaking. It has a nose full of sweet cherries and red fruits with spices and savory herbs. The palate is bright with loads of acidity keeping the saturated palate elevated. The finish is taught and gives energetic drive lingering to the next sip.

100% Nebbiolo. Langhe, IT. 2022 Langhe Nebbiolo has a ruby red colour that tends to garnet red with ageing. The aroma is clean and intense with floral and fruity hints, notably rose, raspberry along with peach notes. The taste is fresh, dry, enhanced by the right amount of sapidity.

Our EB (Experimental Batch) wines are used for small interesting batches of wines that push through boundaries of either viticulture or winemaking. They represent a challenge to ourselves in terms of either a new viticultural or winemaking direction. Heady and brooding with nostalgic aromas of dark fresh cherry, baking spice and rhubarb up front and mulchy, herbal undertones. Bright juicy red fruits dominate the palate with sinewy structure seamlessly knitting the two varieties together. An impressive red wine that can easily take a light chill over summer.

Cabernet Franc (25%), Cabernet Sauvignon (20%), Merlot (50%) and Petit Verdot (5%) The 2018 Sertorius is sweetly seductive with a mix of cinnamon and clove, embellishing vivid black cherry. This sweeps across the palate, cool-toned yet potent, with bright acidity motivating its tart wild berry fruits. While lightly structured, the 2018 maintains a pleasantly fresh persona, finishing spicy with a medium length

100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Diamond Dust Vineyard, Alexander Valley, Sonoma CA 2023Diamond Dust Vineyard sits on benchland in the Alexander Valley of Sonoma. Topography protects this vineyard from Pacific winds. A true “trig point” for one of the great uncompromising vineyards of Alexander Valley, growing classical, lush and varietally true Bordeaux varieties. Very dark purple. Black plum and blackberry jam aromas and notions of olive tapenade and dried sage. A full bodied palate with firm, age-worthy tannins and acidity, and concentrated flavors of boysenberry, dark chocolate and marzipan that linger through the long, rich finish

This wine is made exclusively from the Pinot Noir grape.The grapevines are situated between Buxy and Saint Gengoux le National and are generally grown midway up the hillside. The soil is very shallow and ventilated. The heavily pebbled earth is ideal for the Pinot Noir.These grapes are grown from calcareous soil with high limestone content on the Côte Chalonnaise. The slopes are gentle and face towards the east and southeast. With a fine, clean red colour with ruby glints, the nose openson red fruits which are typical of Pinot Noir (blackcurrant, morello cherry and redcurrant) with hints of smoke, humus and sometimes animal touches. Rich and complex, this wine has a firm texture on soft, elegant tannins and a fine balance.

100% Pinot Noir. Vicotoria, Austrailia. 2022 The fresh fruit momentum continues on the palate with vibrant plum and dark stone fruits finishing with some firm acid, beautiful tannins and integrated oak

60% Grenache, 30% Caringnan, 10% Syrah. Vineyards in Falset, Marcà and Capçanes in D.O. Montsant. Volador is the first wine produced each vintage. Great concentration of fresh fruit, especially cherry and strawberry. Floral, licorice and pepper notes round out the aromas. Full, pleasant, persistent yet delicate and pure, with juicy, mouth-watering acidity.

100% Chenin Blanc, Chinon AOC, Loire VAlley, FR 2022 Petit Thouars’s white wine comes from a 0.75-hectare plot of Chenin Blanc planted in 2010 within the confines of an ancient wall immediately behind the chateau itself. It is always quite dry, with a generous and broad palate that nicely counters the piercing acidity of the Chenin.

80% Vermentino, 20% Muscat. Applegate Valley, OR. Our favorite celebratory bubbles are back and beautiful, rolling out from our early sunny harvest and ready for holiday celebrations. From two well known (to us) sites in the Applegate Valley, Layne and Four Diamonds, this blend of Vermentino and Muscat is brimming with grapefruit and Meyer lemon, golden kiwifruit, papaya, starfruit, racy acid, fresh salinity, and of course, bubbles. We are so excited to be able to release the fruits of this year in time for this years holidays. 2023 was an unpredictable growing season, with a late start, consistently pleasant summer weather, a couple of heat spikes, and an early harvest. The vibrancy of fruit and balance of structure in this wine is a great example of what to expect from the Oregon 2023 vintage as a whole

100% Zibbibo a.k.a Muscat of Alexandria. Applegate Valley, Dundee, OR. Jason Cole in the Applegate Valley is making a name for himself as a very talented vineyard manager using organic wine growing methods. Jason asked me a couple of years ago what I would like to see planted at his home vineyard near the small town of Applegate, OR and I asked for Zibibbo, a kind of Muscat which grows in Sicily - Zibibbo is the Sicilian name for the grape. In the summer his site, on the western side of the Applegate Valley, experiences cooling effects from the ocean at night while getting a lot of daytime heat and sun. The 2022 vintage is the second crop off of these vines, and we are thrilled with the full skin maceration results. Deeply textural with tannin like white tea and refreshing dryness and acidity. The nose is packed with stone fruits, flowers, and sweet herbs and the palate reflects this with flavors of dried peach and apricot, mango, sweet orange and orange blossom

Darko Derenda, 100% Malvasia. Slovenia Natural approach but not orange. Beautiful taste and aromas. Non filtered fresh wine. Straw-colored, which draws on orange, actually already reddish tones, as if reflecting the karst cerina, a red finger. The sumptuous flower is reminiscent of the honey-bearing flowers of fruit trees and karst shrubs, especially holly, blackthorn and hawthorn, as well as ripe autumn fruit. In the mouth, it gives us the challenging freshness of citrus fruits and minerality, smooth harmony and a long aftertaste, during which balsamic notes come to the fore.

100% Chardonnay Macon-Davye, Burgundy, France. 2023 Made from a 1-hectare parcel in Davayé, right on the border with Pouilly. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks and left to age on the fine lees for 8 months. Planted in 2011, the vines are quite young, which is evident by this wine’s lively and relaxed personality. Still, there is a profound mineral streak in this wine that should only grow more profound as these vines age over the next decades. We receive a mere 100 cases of this cuvee each year.

“Natural, cool, and funky” is the tagline of this collaboration between Phillip Kettern of Fio and Dirk Niepoort of his eponymous family estate. 100% Riesling grown on steep slopes in the village of Piesport, the wine is brimming with notes of lemon rind with a pleasant saltiness that is well balanced by a punch of acidity. While on the lighter side, the skin contact gives the wine great structure and body.

The "Fontanasanta" Manzoni Bianco from Elisabetta Foradori is a beautiful expression of the Dolomite terroir. This wine is made from Manzoni Bianco, a rare and aromatic variety, showcasing a blend of Riesling and Pinot Blanc. Aged on its lees in acacia barrels, it offers elegance and complexity.

Fuoripista is a different kind of wine that takes an alternative route and has a different approach towards nature. This wine is the result of a collaboration between Foradori and Marco Devigili, biodynamic winemaker from Campo Rotaliano, and aims to express the true essence of this variety, widespread in the Trentino region. The wine spends more than 8 months on the skins inside Tinajas (amphorae) allowing the delicate character of Pinot Grigio to reveal.

Valle d’Aosta DOC Chambave Muscat Fine, aromatic, floral, fruity. Apricot, sage, thyme and peach scents Good body, consistent, dry, delicately alcoholic, fresh Aperitif wine, pairs well with shellfish, white meats, some soups, medium mature and semi-soft cheeses (e.g. fontina)

A seductive nose, with floral aromatics jumping out of the glass. A little spicy and herbaceous with notes of ginger root and coriander giving way to fresh pear and lychee. The palate is vibrant with refreshing lemony acidity and a moreish wet stone salinity. More savory than the nose suggests, this is an ideal aromatic match. 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Sonoma Mountain, CA> 2022 The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc Ellison Vineyard emerges from a site on Sonoma Mountain, one of the most distinctive appellations in Sonoma Valley. Rich and ample, with notable textural intensity, the 2022 is superb. Readers will find a Sauvignon Blanc of uncommon complexity and pedigree. The riper side of the variety comes through, and yet all the elements are so well balanced. It's a fabulous wine in every way, especially for the year.

Gruner Veltliner, Welschriesling and Muscat. Burgenland, Austria. 2023 the Burgenlandweiß: a refreshing, everyday white blend composed of Gruner Veltliner, Welschriesling and Muscat. The wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel to showcase its crisp, lean nature. Zippy, lively citrus aromas and flavors dominate, with crunchy apple and pear balancing the high-toned acidity. The wine embodies the joyful, abundant life found on the Meinklang farms, and begs of fresh, green vegetables and roasted chicken.

95 % Chenin Blanc 5% Colombard. Valle de Guadalupe/ Valle Ojos Negros, Baja California. 2023 On the nose it is frank, with high intensity. Fruity nuances such as pineapple, passion fruit, quince, peach & apricot, followed by typical aromas of acacia hone and a hint of minerality. The mouth-feel is smooth & unctuous, typical of the varietal. It is a bone-dry wine, with a vibrant acidity and light alcohol. Tropical and stone fruits stand out on the finish. It has a medium-bodied wine with a refreshing character.

100% Godello sourced from 20-50 year-old vines on clay and alluvial soils in Valtuille de Abajo and Cacabelos. The white 2022 Ultreia Godello is a blend of five different plots, most of them in Cacabelos. It has a very expressive nose, with notes of yellow fruit, flowers and white pepper. It's round and fleshy, with moderate ripeness and alcohol (around 12.5%), a little balsamic with the tender mouthfeel from the riper year. It had different vinifications and élevages and comes through as complex and balanced, quite impressive for the year. 45,000 bottles produced."

100% Moscato Bianco. It’s a cheerful, light, aromatic wine, made with Moscato grapes owned by the family. It has always been the Piedmontese perfect excuse for refreshing break, and it’s envied world wide for its uniqueness. The bouquet releases scents of wild flowers and white pulp fruits. The perlage is delicate and the gustatory sweetness is balanced. This is an amazing dessert wine but also a perfect companion for fresh cheeses.

100% Riesling, Mosel Germany. 2024 Bright, fresh, and earthy aromas come to the forefront of this wine. Notes of just-picked green apple meet lemon verbena, Asian pear, tangerine, and watermelon rind. On the palate, this Pet-Nat shows off flavors of white peach and pomelo juice right alongside bright notes of lemon curd and verbena, grapefruit, and lemon oil. Bright and easy drinking, this summer fizz comes across like the perfect drink for a warm day by the pool or as an aperitif in the late afternoon

The organically farmed French Colombard, Gewürztraminer, and Albariño underwent 24 days of skin-contact before being blended with the Zinfandel for co-fermentation in stainless steel. The wine was then aged sur lie in a mix of new French oak barrels and stainless-steel tanks for 3 ½ months before being racked off lees to tank and bottled.

100% Chenin Blanc The grapes for this Sparkling Chenin Blanc are sourced from the Wilson Vineyard just south of Clarksburg, in the Sacramento River Delta. Over the last several years, the Wilson family has converted this parcel of Chenin Blanc at the Woods Ranch over to organic farming. The vines were planted in 1998 and the hallmark of the site is electric acidity and a distinct minerality.

From the Vipava hills in Slovenia, Santei Pinela is natural and delicious. Small production and certified organic this refreshing white wine contains nothing but grapes and is naturally fermented. 100% pinela grape, this light white wine is clean and crisp, with apple and pear notes. Sure to be a summer favorite! Pairs well with grilled fish and poultry.

100% Semmilon, New South Wales, AU. 2021 A classic Aussie style with a modern twist from a second-generation winegrower, this is made from over 50-year-old vines utilizing concrete eggs, neutral oak and extended lees contact. It's bright, clean, low alcohol, and less mean and lean than some regional counterparts, with vivid orchard fruit, blossom, almond oil and citrus pith backed by a yeast character. The piercing acidity is balanced by lovely textural weight and flavor depth. Food friendly, this could gain honeyed complexity with time. Drink now thorugh 2037

Pokolbin Blanc is a blend of various ferments from the hunter Valley, with spme fermented on the skins, stainless steel, clay amphora and neutral French oak to build comlexity, weight, and texture. This fresh little number is light, fun, and delicious.

Pinot Gris, Fiano & Vermentino. Riverland, Australia. 2020 Bronco Buster is a captivating white wine crafted by Ricca Terra, which masterfully blends Fiano, Pinot Gris and Vermentino grapes. This refreshing wine evokes a delightful medley of grapefruit, stone fruit, and honeyed floral notes with a hint of umami seaweed character. The palate boasts a harmonious balance of citrus pith and a powdery mouthfeel, culminating in a long, tangy finish. Perfect for summer drinking.

Riverlands,AUS 100% Nero d' Avola Nero d’Avola is, in our minds, the ultimate Australian grape variety. Hardy and drought resistant, it produces good size crops that are absolutely packed with flavour and natural acidity. It thrives in the hot, dry climate of the Riverland, and when farmed organically and biodynamically, it produces the best fruit in the region by far. We’ve always wanted to make a serious red wine with Nero d’Avola – finally the stars have aligned to make it happen from 2021 vintage. this wine represents everything we love about Nero d’Avola, and the perfect balance the variety seems to create in the wines it makes. Its got dense red fruit but its light on its feet. It is smooth and lush but with a razor sharp acidity that make it moreish and drinkable. There is earthiness and tannin but not in an overpowering way, the gentle oak aging allowing all these elements to come together in harmony

100% Cabernet Sauvignon, Victoria, AU. 2020 McPherson winemaker Jo Nash crafts his bottles with food in mind, ensuring that these wines stand up next to a variety of hearty cuisines on the table. 'MWC' Cabernet Sauvignon shows complex flavors of black currants, sappy plums, currants, white pepper, and chocolate, marked by well-integrated firm tannins and a cedar-tinged finish. Pair with short ribs, pizza, or pasta with spicy meat sauce.

100% Grenache 2020. Smart Vineyard (Clarendon) McLaren Vale - Australia On the nose, this is brooding and spicy, with toasted Sichuan peppercorns, a touch of hoisin, pure raspberry coulis, star anise and saffron. In the mouth, the wine is succulent, textural and kaleidoscopic—it moves and undulates across the palate, the fruit a tumbling cascade of berries, minerals and brine. The tannins are glorious. An impressive release.

Mc Laren Vale-Adelaide - Australia 2017 50% Tempranillo (Tina Ruíz) ,46% Touriga Naçional, 2.5% Graciano, 1.5% Mataró Black fruits, cherry, fruit bread & red licorice, overlaid with Touriga Nacional’s pungent fruit, jasmine scented floral and nutmeg/cinnamon spices. The intense and tightly intertwined flavurs of this rich and flavorsome wine are primarily of fresh blackberries and panforte, with a complex spice profile including clove, nutmeg and cinnamon. Layered with granular tannins leading to a balanced finish.

90% Lagrein, 5% Pinot Blanc, 5% Savagnin. Riverland, Australia, 2021 Show this to anyone and say ‘here’s what fun natural wine looks like’ and it ticks the boxes. Like a cross between Beaujolais and Mourvèdre from the Languedoc, this wine is mouthwatering with herbal, savory notes. It is wild for sure but you know what you’re getting into when it is aptly named ‘Hipster Juice’…drink it chilled.

51% Grenache 36% Shiraz 13% Mataro. Barossa Valley, Australia. 2022 It is medium-bodied, soft and rounded but with a fine definition and crunch giving freshness and balance throughout. There are commanding red and blue fruits along with a chewy earthiness adding complexity. Tannins are noticeable without intruding, providing a muscular backbone to the radiant fruit. A long finish completes this very drinkable wine. Clarry’s is an approachable, fruit-driven and opulent GSM that is best enjoyed now or over the next five years. Clarry’s is produced in South Australia’s Barossa Valley, by the Kalleske family who have been farming and growing grapes since the 1800s. It is a genuine estate wine grown, vintaged and matured on the Kalleske estate at Greenock. Clarry’s is named in honour of Tony and Troy Kalleske’s, Grandfather, Clarence “Clarry” Kalleske, who farmed the Kalleske vineyards from the late 1920s until his retirement in the 1990s.

Zweigelt and Blaufrankisch Burgenland, Austria. 2022 Light-Med bodied, Refreshing Sour Cherry, Boysenberry, Leather Both red and black fruit shine through, making an uncomplicated and well-loved, juicy blend! Delicious on its own or with food. Pair with grilled fish, roasted chicken, or anything with tomato sauce.

VARIETAL: 100% Blauer Zweigelt Estate grown. Hand-harvested in small batches. Violet reddish in color with soft tannins. A spicy nose with nuances of pepper. Mature and full-bodied mouth that delivers notes of morello cherry.

100% Spätburgunder Trocken 2019 Fruity and youthful Pinot Noir from southern Pfalz. Juicy with notes of dark and red fruit such as strawberries, blackberries, and cherries. A pleasant and smooth finish on the palate.

Burgenland, Austria Blaufrankish, Zweigelt 2022 Austria's answer to Beaujolais. A red wine that's full of juicy dark-berried fruit and meant to be enjoyed by the light-hearted drinker. The winemaker is no simpleton though and has been growing wine, as opposed to "making" it for years now. Winemaker Gerhardt Pittnauer took over his father's estate in the 1980s and learned through the decades that less is more when it comes to not only growing vines but vinifying in the cellar as well.

Winemaker’s note: “The St. Laurent grapes love warm days, as they do cooler nights, and most importantly windy places – like the Edles Tal. Our warm Pannonian climate in combination with the cool winds from the River Danube, therefore, brings ideal conditions for this elegant variety. The grapes are able to ripen, while also keeping their typical fresh acidity, which makes the St. Laurent wines very interesting and charismatic.” juicy sour cherry & cranberry aromas, spicy and earthy on the palate. Carb-mac red at its best!

100% Riesling; alcohol: 11.5%; estate vineyards on steep slate slopes along the Mosel near Ürzig; some vines over 90 years; hand harvested; fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for 3-4 weeks; aged 4 months on lees in tank. This handmade Riesling combines the richness of the over 90 year old Wehlener Klosterberg vineyard with the extract of Kinheimer Hubertuslay and the complexity of Erdener Herrenberg sites. Stone fruit and white flowers balanced with juicy acidity.

With some nurturing, the wine blossoms nicely to show its immense promise, wafting from the glass in a mix of pear, white cherry, vanilla bean, slate, lilacs, fruit blossoms, a touch of wild yeasts and just a hint of lime zest in the upper register. On the palate the wine is vibrant, medium-bodied and beautifully structured, with zesty acidity, laser-like focus and grip, a lovely core of fruit and endless mineral drive on the long, perfectly balanced and still very youthful finish. There is amazing complexity waiting here to blossom, but it is going to take some time before this wine truly starts drinking with generosity. Just be patient! 2027-2075

Weißburgunder (Pinot Blanc) from several parcels of young vines grown in loess soils. The composition of the soils create a more balanced style of wine—one that integrates lightness and creaminess with fresh acidity in every harmonious sip. Aged for just 6 months on the lees, the wines are able to find a natural stability and genuine expression of itself before bottling. The long aging time on the lees also allows for a wine that is softer around the edges, but still precise in its freshness. Tropical and floral notes are evoked up front with an earthy, umami finish.

A refreshing, playful blend of Grauburgunder, Müller-Thurgau & Gewürztraminer from 20-year-old vines rooted in loess soils. Fermented separately using wild yeasts and then aged for 14 months, half in stainless and half in old oak barrels. This particular bottling is their most playful though even here you have something worthy of rhapsodizing, or as their importer put it, “Fucked up delicious White Burgundy.” Perfection Drink cold cold cold!

100% Grüner Veltliner Niederosterreich, Kamptal, Austria. n.v Bursting with all of the citrus – lime, lemon, grapefruit – plus hints of white pepper, intense minerality and Gruner’s signature acid that literally pops, this wine tastes like bone-dry 7up filtered over rocks in an alpine stream. A jug of happy juice, for parties, picnics and other shareable moments, assuming we get back to those things, ever. In the meantime, this is the perfect bottle to get you through the week at home, for 4pm happy hour, or paired with Thai takeout. Martin and Anna Arndorfer are open-minded, curious, and committed to nature: these qualities have established them as some of the most sensitive and forward-thinking of winemakers in northern Austria.

100% Weissburgunder, Pflaz, Germany, 2022. Weissburgunder (aka Pinot Blanc) is vinified bone dry but very ripe. A late-harvest selection of older vines (40-50 years old) planted in limestone soils mostly from the Steinacker and some from Saumagen. Mineral-driven and creamy with a touch of acidity.

The 2020 Red Wine is a dark, rich Cabernet Sauvignon, again showcasing the quality of Paso Robles fruit. Aged in French Oak, this wine has plenty of cocoa and toasted aromas to go with a velvety dark-fruited palate. Each can is 355mL, about 2.5 glasses of wine or half of a standard bottle.

Made with 75% 10 day skin fermented Picpoul and 25% stainless steel Picpoul, this wine featuring our entire furry Natty crew is a light sparkling orange wine to quench your thirst and your appetite for something off the beaten path. And low in alcohol so you can continue on that off beaten path. The best vintage yet of Natty Pets in our opinion, and we have the empty pile of cans we drank to prove it! We made 1/2 as much this year (300 cases total, so grab it while summer is here!)

Gorgeous Cinsault grapes on a hot summer morning in the Swartland. After a whole-bunch press and some limited skin maceration this rose-tinted beauty set off on its fermentation journey and before we knew it -- this puppy was born. It’s a one man band of fresh strawberry and cherry notes that come together to produce a sweet summer song

Lobetia comes from the Lobetani, a small pre-Roman Iberian people of ancient Spain, established near where our vineyard stands today. This wine takes part of the heritage and tradition of the land, the same way the Lobetani did. Since its debut fifteen years ago, Punctum has been producing award-winning organic wines. Female oenologist, Ruth Fernandez, strives to deliver bright and well balanced wines that capture the terroir. Beautiful cherry color with shades of violet. Ripe fruit notes on the nose: blackberry, black currant, plum, and black cherry. Well-balanced with soft tannins. Lobetia Cabernet Sauvignon is produced in an estate from organically grown grapes. Night harvested and cold macerated before fermenting. Aromas of spice, vanilla and ripe fruits on the palate. Well structured, with sweet tannins, full body, harmonious and long finish. Wine made with organic grapes.

The Sfera project is committed to bottling wines from fabulous organic producers in Italy and selling them at value pricing here in the states. This current iteration of their Bianco is made by the legendary biodynamic Friulian producer I Clivi. It's 100% Ribolla Gialla, made in a fresh, joyful style that strikes the perfect balance between lively acidity and the more exotic, savory elements that Ribolla is so known for. Oh yeah, it's a liter bottle too, so even more to enjoy on a sunny afternoon!

100% Pinot Noir The vines are mid way up the hill in the 'Champimonts' climat, with a perfect balance between the clay base and the prominent limestone. Vinification in stainless steel vats, 100% whole bunch maceration for 15 days. Aged in old barrels for one year.

100% Merlot It is a pure expression of Merlot, handpicked from a 3 hectare area of vineyards and produced using a wild yeast fermentation with no addition of sulphites. After 6 months of ageing it is bottled unfined and unfiltered, giving a lively wine that is bursting with fresh acidity.

80%Merlot 20% Cabernet Franc The wine has a complex, full and round taste with multifaceted fruit and berry tones and a light spicy touch, powerful but elegant tannins, juicy acidity and a long, fresh aftertaste.

100% Gamay 20221 Château Cambon Brouilly. A red wine made with the Gamay variety from vineyards located between Morgon and Fleurie, in the AOC Beaujolais. This is an amazing 2-hectare terroir with granitic and clayey soils. The whole estate is cultivated using organic and biodynamic practices. In the winery the grapes undergo a minimal intervention vinification with a carbonic maceration of 10-15 days without any oenological additives. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for 6-9 months. Finally, the wine is bottled without filtering, clarifying or adding sulphites. A smooth red wine with attractive, complex aromas of small black fruit, with earthy notes and hints of freshly cut flowers. On the palate it is fresh, juicy and bright. A wine where the fruit is enhanced by great acidity and with silky tannins that make it very pleasant.

For his flagship Margaux, Christophe vinifies each variety and each parcel separately, adopting different vinification techniques based on the cépage, and all fermentations occur spontaneously. Comprising all six red grape varieties allowed in the region, this blends just over 60% Cabernet Sauvignon with around 25% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc, 4% each Malbec and Petit Verdot, and 2% Carmenère. It spends 18 months mostly in 225-liter barriques (25% of which are new), with some 600-liter tonneaux, and the occasional clay jar and concrete hexagon. The finished wine displays gorgeous harmony, with taut red fruits mingling with a mouthcoating sense of river rocks, and a just-so level of extraction that holds the wine together without contributing any hardness. Certified organic.

2020, 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc & 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, Cotes de Bordeaux, Bordeaux, FR. Duc des Nauves is the secondary label from the famous biodynamic Bordeaux producer 'Chateau le Puy.'

Organic. Wine made from grapes grown without synthetic pesticides, fertilizers and herbicides in the vineyard. This small jewel of an estate produces a mere 15,000 bottles of classic Margaux per annum, and sadly this is the final vintage from this excellent, terroir driven Margaux that refused to chase trends or modernity. The farming was with organic methods, in a very high-density vineyard. No new oak is used in aging. Heavily dependent on Cabernet Sauvignon (at least three-fourths of the cuvée), this wine has a distinguished structure and complex flavors that are showing beautifully in the full-bodied 2019 vintage. Plummy, spicy fruit flavors mix with scents of dried herbs, black olive and sweet tobacco.

The Portalis family reserves their oldest vines for their flagship Bandol Rouge, and employs their younger plantings of Mourvèdre, complemented by splashes of Grenache and Cinsault, in the “Le Lys”—which we are excited to debut in the outstanding 2016 vintage. Comprising 85% Mourvèdre, plus roughly 10% Grenache and 5% Cinsault, “Le Lys” is de-stemmed around 50%, in contrast to the old-vines cuvée which is always fermented entirely whole-cluster. Etienne employs de-stemming here not to craft an easy and-forward wine, however, but to preserve equilibrium in a cuvée whose younger and less substantially sappy fruit may threaten to be overwhelmed by stem tannins. The drought-vintage 2016 delivers plenty of leather and a thick wall of ultra-black fruit, and even if it is less imposingly built than the flagship wine, it is far more serious, authoritative, and layered wine than most of what the appellation produces—and it is unmistakably Pradeaux to its core.

100% Malbec from Cahors in Southwest France coming from 40 years old vines. Ceertified organic production. Full bodied & lush. Bold, brooding, savory Malbec. Earthy, meaty Malbec. Austere, but gentle, drying tannins provide the right amount of texture. This wine comes from a single parceland is named after it. The name translates to "The Pigs' Lake" because truffle hunting pigs historically drank from the adjacent water.

**new vintage! 2019 AOC Bordeaux Côtes des Francs The fruit of a plot of vines planted with 85% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon, 1% Malbec and 1% Carménère, Emilien is matured in oak barrels and casks for 24 months. The robe is garnet red, with hints of ruby in the younger wines and a touch of orange in the older vintages, with a diaphanous onion-skin finesse to the oldest bottles. The nose is fruity, with ripe red fruit aromas dominated by blackcurrant and redcurrant, accented with roasted almond notes and occasional hints of mushrooms and undergrowth. The palate is well-rounded, full-bodied and precise, with velvety tannins paving the way for a finish is long and enjoyably complex. A wine of great finesse, with smooth tannins in its youth but also the potential to age and grow for several decades, revealing the full depth and character of this prestigious terroir.

90% Tibouren / 10% Grenache. Cote de Provence, FR. 2022 Cuvée Spéciale Tibouren is Clos Cibonne’s easy-drinking, elegant red wine, made mainly from the native tibouren grape with a small percentage of grenache. This Mediterranean wine will make you reevaluate preconceived notions about reds from Provence. Great with a slight chill.

100% Gamay. Fleurie, Beaujolais, France. 2023. Alain Coudert makes this lovely wine from two small parcels on typical Fleurie terroir of sandy soils over decomposed granite, in contrast to the heavier clay/manganese soils at the Clos de la Roilette, which borders Moulin-a-Vent. The 2023 is a bright garnet/red color with vivid aromas of black cherry and ripe strawberry with violet, cocoa, earth and citrus. There is deep, ripe berry fruit on the palate, sappy and long, framed in grainy earth and citrus - showing the granite soils. This delicious full-bodied Fleurie shows the richness of the 2023 vintage but remains fresh and lively - drink this beautiful Beaujolais over the next three to five years, served cool, with just about anything!

100% Gamay. Beaujolais, France. 2023 he 2023 shows a dark black/red color, with astonishing aromas of ripe cassis and black cherry with bitter mocha, violet, licorice, earth and smoke. The palate is deep and velvety with black cherry, blackberry and strawberry liqueur, licorice and spice, backed by firm acidity and gritty mineral flavors. While the wine is ripe and supple enough to drink young with a long decant, it will repay a few years of aging and should be very interesting in 2030 to 2035+

Loire, France. 2020 25% Grolleau Gris, 25% Grolleau Noir, 25% Gamay, 25% Pineau d' Aunis enjoy with a chill

Country: France Region: Cotes Catalanes Grape: Syrah/Carignan Organic & certified biodynamic farming. Hand-harevsted. All fermentations are spontaneous and take place in a mixture of stainless steel tanks, concrete vats, demi-muids and foudres. Very minimal sulfur added at the point of bottling. L’Horizon’s “Mar y Muntanya” (“Sea and Mountains” in Catalan) is made partly in cement vats and partly in large oak barrels. Semi-carbonic maceration gives this wine a certain lift and fruit-driven exuberance, while maintaining an expression of stoniness and garrigue-y depth.

75% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 5% Carignan. Beaumes-de-Venise, FR 2020 This value of a wine offers heady aromas of macerated cherries, smoke, bay leaf and stony terroir; dense and chewy on the palate, the wine combines a deep kernel of cherry fruit with overtones of orange peel, herbal garrigue, cloves and potpourri. Fine tannins frame the wine’s exuberant fruit and lead to a long herb- and spice-tinged finish. It is sourced from three separate “terroirs”: the stony silex-infused plateau of Saint Hippolyte, the silex dominated soils of the hill of Piniere in Aubignan and the clay-limestone mix in the soils of the commune of Barroux.

100% Cabernet Franc Loire Valley, France. 2020 2020 is a magnificent vintage, considered the best one for the past 20 years by Patrice Duveau. Perfect weather and optimum maturity, resulting a rich, balanced and “gourmand” wine. Generous, purely fruity and crunchy nose. Fresh, juicy, fruity and silky palate with licorice and black cherries. Bright, flavorful and harmonious length. Delicious from now, aging will reveal even more fragrances of dark fruits and plums.

100% Pinot Noir. Sancerre, Loire Valley, France. The appellation of Sancerre lies on an outcrop of the chalky Kimmeridgian soils (Terre Blanche) that run from the White Cliffs of Dover down through Champagne, Chablis and the eastern edge of the Loire valley. These soils bring minerality, power and longevity to the wines. Julien’s farming practices are lutte raisonée. He uses no insecticides or pesticides in the vineyards. 90% of the vineyard rows are grassed to encourage a natural and healthy environment for the vines.

100% Grenache Noir -Grapes are macerated for 5 days, pressed and once fermentation is finished, wine is moved to barrel and aged for one year -Red fruit laced with hints of black tea. Elegant tannin structure offers layers of complexity

100% Gamay From a single plot called "La Madone" of 0.5ha of old vines (60-90 years) planted on steep slopes of pink granite soils, located at an altitude of 400m. The grapes are hand-harvested and grown without any treatments. As done with the Morgon, the whole clusters are put into vats for semi-carbonic vinification with indigenous yeasts. He is subsequently raised in a foudre.

2020. Cotes du Jura Rouge « Cuvée des Trois Cépages »: a wine made from the three red grapes of the Jura (Ploussard, Trousseau, Pinot Noir) in equal proportions, all of which are fermented together and then aged in barrel for at least one year.

100% Gamay from a blend of several parcels of vines averaging 40 years of age within the Thévenet’s home village of Pierreclos. The wine is vinified and aged in stainless steel, resting on the fine lees for one year. It is a light, unpretentious, charming little wine, lithe and supple and eminently quaffable.

2/3 Pinot Noir, 1/3 Gamay This is a traditional blend of 2/3 Pinot Noir and 1/3 Gamay, with the two cépages harvested and vinified separately before assemblage. Elevage takes place entirely in steel tank, and the fruit is sourced from three parcels in Morey-Saint-Denis. It is light, fresh, and easy to drink, as is to be expected from a pleasant Passetoutgrains.

This limited production cuvée comes from vines averaging 50 years on the mid-hill, south-facing vineyard known as Les Chassignols. About 50-70% of the Gamay is destemmed Pascal Granger Les Chassignols is a sturdy wine, reserved in its youth, marked by the smells and flavors of red fruits, roses, and spice.

100% Gamay, Beaujolais, France. 2022 Kewin Descombes, affectionately known as "Kéké," is a rising star in the Beaujolais wine region of France. The son of the renowned Georges Descombes, Kewin quickly made a name for himself in the world of natural wine. At just 21 years old, he produced his first vintage in 2013. The 2022 Kewin Descombes Cuvée Kéké Beaujolais is a prime example of his work. This wine is known for its vibrant red fruit aromas, including strawberries and cherries, earthy undertones, and a hint of spice. The wine is produced using semi-carbonic maceration, which enhances its fresh and fruity profile while maintaining a light, drinkable structure.

100% Syrah from their tiny parcel of 80 year old vines, grown on rocky sandstone. the name La Rescapée means 'the survivor' - it's due to the fact that in the first year they made this wine there was very little fruit, as wild animals ate most of the grapes. And it nods to the fact that it is an old vineyard that is now the only one in the area - a survivor! Only 1,066 bottles made. Darker red with purple tinges. Very expressive, the taste it is clean, with dark berries and a touch of liquorice – all very lifted though – approachable. The fruit is concentrated, but it is also quite elegant to drink. Nice tart acidity on the smooth finish. Long. Young and fruity, with power. Good to drink now, but will no doubt age well.

50% Syrah, 50% Grenache Ardeche, France 2021 In June 2021, the domaine was hit hard by a hailstorm and lost a good percentage of their grapes. The August 2021 yield was quite small, so because of (and perhaps in a way thanks to) the hailstorm, they decided to blend the Syrah typically used for Tous Cousins and the Grenache typically used for La Tribu to make a carbonic blend! They have wanted to make this wine with Grenache and Syrah for many years and are very happy with the results. The grapes underwent 8 days of carbonic maceration together. The wines were aged in stainless steel vats for 7 months, with no fining nor filtering, and no sulfites are added at any point during the winemaking process. Would work great with grilled meat, poultry, and a tagine with vegetables.

Southwest France, AOP Madiran 100% Tannat This wine is powerful and warming, with a tannic character that is typical of red wines from the southwest of France. This would be a perfect wine with red meat, a cheese course featuring hard cheeses, Basque dishes featuring piment d’espelette, and chocolate.

Download label “Les Grands Vergers” represents Gahier’s oldest Trousseau vines, planted in the 1940s on a gentle slope with superb exposure to the sun, contiguous with Puffeney’s legendary “Les Berangères” vineyard. Each vintage, it is the clear star among Michel’s reds. With its remarkable concentration, profound minerality, and tight-grained, savory palate, it always evolves beautifully in bottle.

AOC Arbois, Jura, France 100%Trousseau From 45-year-old vines with a warmer exposition than “Le Clou- sot” above, “La Vigne du Louis” offers greater fruit density and more notable tannins, revealing a substantial layer of savory funk beneath its core of mentholated cherries and white pepper. It is striking in its purity, simultaneously richer and silkier than the “Le Clousot,” and with a clean, driving finish and a marked ret- ro-nasal impression.

100% Gamay. Regine A.O.P , Beaujolais-Lantignié, FR. 2020 Régnié is made from a single .64ha, 80-year-old, certified organic gamay parcel that she received in a trade from her friend Julien Sunier, who had previously converted the parcel to organic farming. The vineyard is planted in pink granite at 390m, produced with respect to her natural principles with biodynamic farming methods and cover crops. Bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfur, the result is authentic, elegant, and transparent Régnié.

100% Gamay 2023 14.5% abv Sylvere Trichard is a young vigneron in the small hamlet of Blacé, a village in the southern part of Beaujolais just east of the hills of Brouilly. In 2012, after interning with Domaine Belluard in Savoie and working at Domaine Lapalu in Beaujolais, Sylvere took over his uncle's 4ha of vines, which fortuitously had already been farmed organically and biodynamically since 1998. His wines go through semi-carbonic maceration, meaning they end up both fruity and fresh but also with a little structure; they're aged mostly in concrete vats or large wooden casks. The wines are bottled without fining, filtration or SO2 when feasible.

100% Niellucciu aka Sangiovese, Patrimonio, Corsica, FR Mon Ombre is in reference to the French "Our Shadow". after a few seasons of improbable weather, mother nature in the form of wild boars eatings an entire vineyard and vicious hailstorms. this will likely be the last wines we recieve from the amazingly talented Stephanie Olmeta. With a stunning nose of violets and coriander and cherry Jolly Ranchers, this wine would be great with charcuterie made from pork or wild boar and grilled pork chops, or simply drunk on its own.

The wines of Terres de ROA are a great representation of the recent resurgence of quality winemaking found in Auvergne. Until very recently, they were the only organic producer in the entire appellation! Though the domaine had been working organically for more than a decade, in 2018 Loren (the daughter of the creators of the domaine) began to take their wines a step further by bottling their first wine without adding sulfites, Supplément d’Âme 2018. Only 600 bottles were made of that wine, and we sold our considerable allocation in two days! Gamay is typically de-stemmed in Auvergne, though these grapes were left whole cluster and underwent semi-carbonic maceration for 11 days, as is commonly done in Beaujolais. The wine is bursting with fresh red fruit. The wine has enough power to work with a meal, yet enough finesse to pair with a cheese course.

70% Grenache 30% Syrah 2019 This wine blend displays a deep ruby color, flavors of ripe red fruits with hints of thyme and pepper. Full-bodied, round and smooth, a naturally made Côtes du Rhône offering to be enjoyed with a wide range of palates and occasions: it is an easy glass of red wine on its own as well as pairing effortlessly with a variety of foods, from vegetable-based dishes to light grilled meats and charcuterie. Enjoy with stuffed eggplant, grilled bell peppers or grilled meats.

100% Chardonnay Burgundy France. 2022 Bourgogne Blanc 2022 is a well-balanced, soft and fruity Chardonnay. All the fruit they use comes from vineyards that are either certified organic or in the process of becoming so, and the wines are unfiltered, with little or no added sulfites. A fun note that the team at AMI's vineyards are located next to the same famed vines of Pugliny-Montrachet.

100% Chardonnay. Burgundy, FR. 2022 These grapes come from a parcel situated in Chassey-le-Camp, with some grapes coming from another parcel in the Côte Chalonnaise. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are pressed and then aged for one year in old oak barrels. The wine was not racked nor stirred. The vines have been certified organic for close to 20 years. Though it is listed under the simple Bourgogne appellation, it has character, freshness, and balance that could have it mistaken for one of its famous neighboring appellations! This wine would work great with such Burgundian classics as gougères, escargot, and jambon persillé, but could work well with white fish, veal, or a cheese course.

100% Picpoul Gris Rhone, France 2021 Nicolas has plots of land that would be in the Côtes du Rhône and Tavel appellations. He has a considerable amount of old vines: some are up to 120 years old! In addition to growing well known grapes such as Grenache Noir and Mourvèdre, he also possesses some grapes that are hard to find anywhere else, such as Picpoul Gris (only 5 hectares exist in France!), Picardan, Bourboulenc, and Clairette Gris, among others. Yields are low, typically between 20-25 Hl/Ha. No additives are used in the wine making process, and typically less than 1g/L of sulfites are added at bottling, if any at all. There is an indescribable purity that is found in the wines of Nicolas.

100% Sauvignon Blanc. Pouilly-Fume<Loire Valley<FR. From three terroirs mainly situated near Loges (Limestone pebbles, Silex, Marl), the “Intro” opens pure and subtle on the nose that is nonetheless intense and even quite complex for an introductory wine and reminiscent of crushed (flint) stones and gravels as well as fresh white and green fruits. Perfectly round and elegant on the palate, this is an intense, immediately attractive, a medium to full-bodied Pouilly with a good mineral finish and fruity charm. 100% Chardonnay. 2020 Burgundy, FR This exquisite, full-bodied wine that shows hints of tropical fruit matched by a lush texture and salty minerality. A great example of why Pouilly-Fuisse has long been one of Burgundy best-known appellations for white wines. The “Vers Cras” vineyard is located in the hamlet of Pouilly in the heart of the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation. The soil is fine, white limestone with excellent drainage. The average age of the vines is 65 years. After a manual harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and then racked into tonneaux for both the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations. The wine is then aged for an additional year on the fine lees in small barrels before bottling. This cuvée is notable for its clear expression of the chalk of its soil combined with a powerful presence on the palate. Approximately 100 cases are imported for sale in the USA.

100% Chenin Blanc AOP Anjou, FR. The wines of Domaine de Juchepie allow us to discover the incredible potential of Chenin Blanc. The pressing of the grapes is done very slowly using a small manual press that is cranked by hand over a period of 24 hours. Eddy gets up every two hours during the night to turn the crank! This dry Chenin (3g/L of residual sugar) presents apricots, white flowers, curry, cloves, and pineapples on the nose. Honestly, one could come up with so many other descriptors, that we don’t have enough room on this page! The aging in a sandstone jar gives this wine a pure, crystalline character. It could pair well with goat cheese, scallops, cooked citrus, chicken, and white fish cooked in beurre blanc. Can be enjoyed now, or put on the side for many, many years.

100% Aligote, Burgundy, France 2022. 2022 Georges Lignier & Fils Bourgogne Aligote is a dry, light-bodied, white wine from Burgundy, France. It's made from Aligote grapes, one of two local white varietals in Burgundy, and is vinified using native yeast fermentation and stainless steel aging. The wine is described as having a clean, bright acidity, floral elements, and a plumpness that comes from old vines. Some say it's quaffable, direct, and deeply mineral, with a lemon zip of acidity. Les Bassets is a “split” vineyard, part of which is villages and part of which is premier cru, and this parcel is just on the village side. The wine displays the racy acidity and blatantly chalky, almost Chablis-like character of Montagny at its best, but with a satisfying mid-palate richness.

Côte de Beaune, Burgundy, France 2020 Chardonnay (100%) From this renowned poor-soiled vineyard in the high valley of Saint-Romain, Jean-Marc produces a wine of impressive power for the appellation—Saint-Romain as rendered by a master of Chassagne-Montrachet. Aged one-quarter in new barrels, this offers succulent orchard fruits on a relatively easygoing frame, with enough acidity to harmonize its elements but without pitching the wine toward shrillness. Vinified in stainless steel which emphasizes the earthy minerality of this appellation; we import around 50 cases annually.

Laurent Barth's 2018 "Racines Metisses" is a delightful blend of many grape varieties from his tiny organic estate in Bennwihr. Always around 50% Pinot Auxerrois (fermented separately), with Muscat, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, and a touch of Riesling. The idea here is to make a wine that is easy to drink, says Laurent, and he nails it! The wine shows bright citrus, lime-flower, white fruits and Riesling aromas - there's a subtle touch of spice on the palate, with silky white fruits, citrus and floral notes, with a crystalline minerality in the finish, thanks to the granite soils. Delicious!

100% Viognier, Cotes- du-Rhone, FR. 2016. 16.2% abv. From the importer: 'This is the first time Nicolas has made a wine aged under flor- and what a wine! This wine was aged 6 and a half years under flor in old oak barrels, much like a vin jaunefrom the Jura. This wine has some characteristics that remind us of a vin jaune, such as a sherry-like quality and a mesmerizing long finish, but it also has qualities that remind us that this is coming from a much warmer climate! We find a nose of dried apricots and even whiskey (which comes from the wine itself, rather than the barrels). This is marvelous with a cheese course, or a dish with white meat and wild mushrooms cooked with this wine and cream. This wine drinks great now but could practically age forever.'

100% Petit Manseng 2019 After harvest, the grapes are pressed very slowly, and from there, they are aged in a cement egg for 13 months. The cement egg allows the wine to move continuously, which adds depth and roundness to this wine and complements the wine’s bright acidity. This is a great wine for an apéritif, but can also be used with many types of seafood, or fish/poultry dishes that combine sweet and savory elements.

This entry level bottling is sourced from the vineyards in Bué, Vinon and Crézancy. Lees aged in steel, bottled just before the new harvest in September. Quenching and everything you want in a Sancerre.

100% Xynesteri Cyprus, Greece. 2022 The Tsiakkas Xynisteri is a quintessential Cypriot selection. Pale gold in color, the wine opens with aromas of nectarine, grapefruit, and hints of honey. 100% Laitko. Crete, Greece. 2020 Light in color and showing ample mid-palate finesse, this doesn't seem like a big wine, but it is ripe this year. It finishes with some baked plums and black cherries. There's a firm finish, with the moderate tannins providing support for the fruit but not getting in the way too much. This seems like a refined wine that still has big fruit and flavor. It is approachable now, but it should hold reasonably well, at least throughout the decade, probably more. No matter what, for the price, it's a good value

Sicily, IT. Varietals: 80% vNerello Mascalese, 20% Nerello Cappucio ‘Cisterna Fuori’ has been owned by the Biondi family for many centuries. That name means ‘outside cistern’, a reference to an ancient water cistern in the middle of the vineyard site. The vines grow on the side of a spent crater which dates back to 125 B.C. and is very steep, with supporting dry stone terraced walls. The wine is juicy, earthy, red-fruited and delicious. 100% Nebbiolo, La Morra, Barolo, IT. 2018 The 2018 Barolo is terrific. In 2018, the Odderos were not completely convinced of the results across all their sites. Ultimately, they blended all of their vineyard designates into the straight Barolo, with the exception of the Brunate and a Riserva from Vigna Rionda. In the glass, their 2018 is captivating. Exotic aromatics, bright red berry fruit and vibrant acids give the 2018 its considerable allure. Vineyard sites are: Fiasco, Bricco Chiesa, Capalot, Bussia, Villero, Rocche di Castiglione and Monvigliero. Look for this to be one of the under the radar gems of the vintage Oddero has been a consistent pioneer in the Barolo space, beginning over 144 years ago when they were the first to choose to not sell their wine in bulk but instead bottle it and put the winery name on it starting with the 1878 vintage.

Rosso de Veo: The current version of Rosso de Veo is a selection of the Bea estate’s younger Sagrantino vines, principally from the “Cerrete” vineyard which graces the highest point in Montefalco, between 1300 and 1500 feet above sea level. The soil is clay and limestone infused with small pebbles from an ancient riverbed. This wine is vinified in a similar fashion to the single vineyard Sagrantino with a long cuvaison which extends forty to fifty days. The wine is then aged one year in stainless steel tanks, two years in large oak barrels and another year in bottle before release. The wine is not filtered. Production varies depending on vintage … 9000 bottles were produced in 2005, the first year this exclusively Sagrantino-based cuvée was created.

In the MMXXI (2021) vintage Cellario decided to utilize his small vineyard of Brachetto (just under a hectare), which he vinified into a dry red wine of ~11% abv. He then combined this Brachetto with his beloved Dolcetto to create a roughly 30/70 blend (30% brachetto/70% dolcetto) and vinified it partially whole cluster (semi-carbo). Aged for about a month in cement tanks before bottling and immediate release.

Grino is a mythological figure, but in some dialects in the center of Italy it refers to two opposite things: both a volorous person and a coward person. In a nutshell: a "phenomenon"! Extravagant wine from spontaneous fermentation with a maceration of 3/5 days. Not fined. Aged in cement tanks for 8 months. Wine produced with eco-friendly cultivation techniques and certified by the association “Suolo E Salute”. The “almost pink” color gives character to the wine. The nose is spicy and fruity. The mouth is round and ends with a nice tannin. Presented in a fun white bottle of one liter, this wine can be paired with any delicate food and it is perfect as an aperitif “a bit unconventional”.

A dry, bright, juicy any-time red that is very good off the shelf, or toss this great chillable red in the fridge! Medium acidity mixed with a tart, cranberry-like profile with little to no tannins. Slightly chalky finish. The grapes are co-fermented and spend 8 days on the skins with pump-overs twice per day. Fermentation with native yeasts. No fining or filtering. 8 mg/l total sulphur added during the press and at bottling.

100% Cannonau, Sardinia, IT The Dettori Renosu Rosso is an organic and biodynamic red from Sardegna made from the local Cannonau grape. Wild aromatics of rosemary, the local myrtle berry, thyme and cloves jump from the glass. The wine is dense and rich but never overwhelming. This is a powerful red, perfect for steak or braised meats and game dishes.

100% Grignolino. Piedmont, IT 2020 "Named after my grandfather, whose name was Gioacchino Natale, but whom everyone called Natalin. Grignolino was his favorite wine, and always grown in these hills. I pulled it up in 1999 because the vineyard was too difficult to reach with the tractor to treat. In 2016 I replanted Grignolino on the same hillside where 'Natalin' planted his first vineyard, as well as rented an old vine organic vineyard in 2017. Worked in the old fashioned and traditional way, fermented and raised in 100% cement, and bottled in late spring under the 'buona' moon as my grandfather did. A fresh and bright expression not with out delicate tannin."

100% Nebvbiolo, Roero, IT 2019 Intense ruby red color. Fine and elegant nose with hints of rose, notes of raspberry, strawberry and spices. The taste is warm and enveloping, with delicate tannin. The aftertaste is full-bodied with a reminiscence of red fruits, berries, it closes with pleasant spicy notes of vanilla and roasting.

50% Cannonau, 50% Bovale Sardo / Muristeddu, Monica, and Pascale Sardegna, IT Sergio Loi is a 4th generation traditional Sardinian producer, whose family winery from the early 900s has always practiced no chemical farming and minimum intervention in the cellar. The Cardedu [car-DAY-do] vineyards are located on the island’s sparsely populated Southeast, on crumbling granite soils near the coast, and schist in the ragged-dry hills and cliffs around Jerzu. Astili is a field blend coferment that comes from Sergio’s oldest and highest altitude vineyard, perched just above the town of Cardedu on the slope of Mount Astili; it’s planted to Cannonau, Bovale Sardo / Muristeddu, Monica, and Pascale varietes. In the mouth, Cannonau’s familiar red plum fruit and Monica’s herbal notes get charged with Bovale’s electric-acidity, and fractal tannins. Wild!

100% Pinot Noir Capriolo, IT. 2016 Aromas of ripe berries, tobacco, spices, the roasting is well intertwined with the aromas of red fruit. On the palette it has a full body, with a significant acid structure and tannins of great finesse, well smoothed and resolved by the passage of time, an engaging closure in which the balsamic notes unearthed by the sense of smell are perfectly found.

30% Cabernet Franc, 12% Carmenère, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot, 10% Barbera. The nose is intense, extremely delicate and harmonious, with hints of wood and ripe fruit. The palate is continuous, with character, full and silky with nice contribution by the Cabernet. In the mouth, it has a fine and continuative flavor, with noticeably good acidity that is, however, well combined with its smoothness.

100% Brachetto. A wonderful apertif, dessert pairing, or after meal sipper. Fragrant and aromatic, with clear raspberry, cherry and strawberry overtones. Delicately sweet and fruity, without being sugary on account of the high acid content that brings out its fragrance.

100% Cannonau, Sardegna, IT 2020 Deep red in colour, Hints of mature red fruits with a note of spices. Dry, pleasant flavour and elegantly full-bodied. Poderi Parpinello and the vineyard were born from the Parpinello family passion for vines and wine; a love that has grown over three generations. The company has one main goal: to implement years of professional experience in the cultivation of high quality grapes and to produce wines of particular flavours and characteristics. To do this the company utilizes the most modern winemaking technology available today, with the aims to maintain the respect for the typicity of the wines, while at the same time reinforcing the connection to the Sardinian territory.

50% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Franc, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon This super Tuscan blend is made with grapes from the Collazzi estate. This wine expresses great balance between the soft tannins of Merlot, the aromatic complexity of Cabernet Franc and elegant spiciness of Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine owes its name to a donation that the City of Florence made to eight local families, among which the former owners of Collazzi, who had valiantly fought for the city’s freedom.

100% Pignolo. 2010 Friuli Venezia Giulia - Italy Pignolo is a local variety that produces wines of a dark and brooding intensity. Autumnal; cherries and cloves with crushed leaf litter. There is sour citrus, silk and a line of acid like running your fingers down a spine. Salt, earth and the rest of it. the company is run by Stanislao (Stanko) Radikon, his wife Suzana and their son, Saša. Uncompromisingly Natural We have always actively sought to make natural wines, with the highest respect for the soil and the environment. This belief has let us abandon all chemical additives and reduce treatments to the least possible, both in the vineyards and in the cellar, since 1995.

100% Vespolina On the nose, it’s all about the wildflowers and Vespolina’s trademark white pepper, and there’s a subtle tongue-tickling effervescence upon first sip. The mouthfeel is silky smooth, but there is a tannic edge and tarry undercurrent (it’s a relative of Nebbiolo, after all) that make it an alluring partner for food. Normally considered too rustic on its own, in Cristiano’s hands Vespolina becomes a thing of grace and beauty. This vintage its showing tons of white pepper but also juicy fruit and a touch of anise on finish. While not quite chillable, it's about as light and fresh as you can get from Piemonte -- and you can certainly drink a lot of it, especially with food - pull this out to pair with anything from grilled fish to Bolognese!

100% Sangiovese, Maremma, IT, This wine is pure Sangiovese from one of the wildest and most untouched corners of Tuscany. This classic vintage delivers sharp intensity and a focus that gives the wine tight and delineated lines. This Morellino delivers a medium weight, followed by enough tannic firmness to pair with veal steaks or pork chops

100% Gamay. Valle d' Aoeste, IT 2022. A Burgundian native, Grosjean’s Valdôtain Gamay comes from the valley’s steep, south-facing upper slopes in the villages of Quart, Saint Christophe and Villeneuve. An excellent partner to traditional charcuterie, including salami, motzetta and thinly sliced lard, along with traditional Aosta soups. Four to five days of maceration followed by aging in stainless steel, Grosjean’s example is always well balanced, fruit-forward, lightly tannic and fresh with abundant aromatics. A refreshing take on Gamay from Northern Italy, made from biodynamically farmed grapes.

Intense ruby red color with garnet tinges. A rich, lingering bouquet with intense notes of fruit preserve and grass. The velvety, mouthfilling palate, balanced by supporting acidity is elegant, finishing with excellent length. Its warm, assertive body assures pairing with cured and red meats as well as game.

Grape varieties from three different areas, Monforte d’Alba, Novello and Castiglione Falletto, make up Franco Conterno’s Barolo Pietrin. Aged in oak barrels for 24 months it shows vibrant brick ​​red colour, rich ripe fruit, assertive fine grained tannins, sweet spice and developing notes of leafy fig. Barolo Pietrin uses two strains for Nebbiolo (Lampia for colour and Michet for concentration), producing a rich wine with delicate floral hints. Franco Conterno is located in the heart of the Langhe, in the hamlet of Bussia di Monforte d’Alba. The winery is a historic Piedmont farmhouse built in the mid 19th century. The estate’s oldest vines were planted by Pietro Conterno before being passed on to his son Giacomo, who later passed it on to his nephew Franco, who took over in 1996. Today the winery is run by Franco, his wife Vilma, and their two sons Andrea and Daniele, together with his wife Emina.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon , Tuscany, IT 2018 LEGIT has a deep ruby red color. The nose displays hints of green pepper, licorice and graphite melted with oak vanilla flavors. Full bodied with a ripe fruit palate, LEGIT has the potential to age for a long period of time, which is typical of the Cabernet Sauvignon produced in the Castelnuovo Berardenga Area.

Merlot, Syrah, Sangiovese. Tuscany, IT 2021 Coming from a classic, Bolgheri vintage, Promis shows a bright, ruby-red color. The nose has hints of spice such as cinnamon and star anise along with pronounced red fruits like strawberry and black cherry. The tannins are juicy and persistent all culminating in a salinity that is a classic hallmark of good vintages in Bolgheri.

This wine is emblematic of the work done at the De Forville estate: the wine is rigorously traditional, marrying the finesse of Barbaresco with the alluring aromas and flavors of truffle, earth, berries, rose, tar and leather and carrying, most important of all, a backbone of sweet, dusty tannins that give length and breed.

100% Anglianico, Campania, IT Wonderful balanced richness and acidity keep this dark-fruited and mineral Aglianico fresh in the glass from start to finish.Fully de-stemmed and given a three-day pre-fermentation cold soak, this ferments briefly—around eight days—and spends a year settling in stainless steel before a brief passage in used oak. This aging regimen emphasizes freshness and lift, which counterbalances the variety’s inherent ruggedness in an appealing manner.

Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon. 2019 Friuili, IT Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon Lively ruby-red color with purple reflexes. Elegant and complex nose with intensive aromas of wild berries, traces of spices and aromatic herbs with nuances of tobacco and roasted coffee. 100% Aglianico del Vulture, Basilicata, IT 2020 Smoke leads to sandalwood and herb infused flavors of raspberry jam and green olives. A long finish promoted by volcanic soils and high altitude Aglianico vineyards offers the most complex varietal example from the region. Simply walking through the vineyard rows at Elena Fucci is a fascinating history lesson; the terrain is volcanic, the soil is mineral, dark in color, and pozzolanic, which clearly catalogues in its layers the history and life of the Vulture volcano, visible just a few hundred meters away. This fascinating terroir translates to a fascinating wine in the glass.

The palate offers notes of Cherry, raspberry, blueberry, tobacco, deep and soft tannins, well balanced in a firm and harmonious structure

A blend of Dolcetto, with some Barbera—and a touch of Nebbiolo for structure—from vineyards around the cellar at Santa Maria. Varietals are naturally fermented in stainless steel, assembled and matured for 6 months or so in cement (with the Nebbiolo component in cask) with spontaneous malo, and then assembled in the late Spring after harvest for bottling. Light and crunchy with violet-y berry fruit that speaks of its Dolcetto majority, yet with decent grip and structure.

100% Grignolino d' Asti. One of the most ancient native vines of Monferrato, it has been known since the Middle Ages by the name Barbesino, and it owes its etymology to the name gragnola, a dialect term to indicate the numerous seeds of this grape. Prolonged ageing on the skins without pips enhances the olfactory characteristics of dried rose and the aromatic complexity of wild strawberries, wild berries, and raspberries.

100% Montepulciano d' Abruzzo, IT. 2022 Violet tinges in brilliant, deep red-ruby color. Refined and elegant, yet saturated and intense aromas and flavors: sour red cherry hints, blueberry, violet and flint. Mouthfilling with smooth tannins and a fresh long finish. Tiberio specializes in wines made from authentic Abruzzo native grape varieties.

100% Sangiovese, Montalcino IT. Certified Organic This wine has a bright ruby red color with some beautiful violet reflections. The bouquet of aromas is intense with fruity and fresh notes and a typical variety of violet, cherry, plum. The tannins are soft, with a good acidity. It is both a gentle and soft wine with an intense length.

Brunello di Montalcino DOCG> Mastrojanni's Brunello di Montalcino has a bright ruby red color; on the nose we find an intense bouquet of cherry and plum, ripe with the fragrance of Mediterranean scrubbrush, intriguing notes of forest fruits, and tobacco with a hint of leather and chocolate. On the palate the tannins are tight and impressive but also velvety and well-balanced by an acidity and juicy freshness that confers elegance and long persistence. Excellent with wild boar and other red meats.

100% Sanfiovese, Tuscany, Italy. 2018 The 2018 Visconti Brunello di Montalcino is a captivating red wine, hailing from the sun-kissed hills of Tuscany, Italy. This vintage is renowned for its rich, full-bodied character, woven with flavors of ripe cherries, plums, and a hint of earthy truffle. Aged gracefully in oak barrels, it develops a complex bouquet of sweet spices, leather, and a touch of tobacco, creating a harmonious balance between power and elegance. A nose like a cup of coffee sipped in the garden, where the aromas of the beans mingle with soil, herbs and berries. On the palate, the berries bring a concentrated sweetness to the forefront, but a lingering finish that returns to the nose's coffee notes maintains balance

Composed of Sangiovese with tiny amounts of Canaiolo and Colorino blended in, this is the basic red wine of the estate. It sees 18 months of aging in large barrel. The 1.5 hectare vineyard parcel was re-planted in 2003; the vineyards face east – northeast which produces a long growing season resulting in the complete maturation of the grapes and exceptional balance to this wine which reflects the classic Montevertine style marked by elegance and complexity.

Barbera, Grignolino, Freisa, Bonarda The inaugural release of ‘Tèh’ comes from the Russo brothers at Crotin, located in Maretto municipality in the far west of the Monferrato Astigiano wine area. White marine limestone and sandy soils here accent Tèh’s punchy raspberry fruit profile with an aspirin-chalk stamp. A palpable tension on the mid-palate – between Barbera’s vertical acidity and Freisa and Grignolino’s grippy tannins - remind of the Italian saying semplice ma non banalé: ‘simple but not boring’. Such is the way of’ Tèh,’ a humble Rosso Piemonte wine with both soil and grape variety clearly etched

100% Nebbiolo. Barolo, Monforte, IT. 2019 Bright, brilliant ruby red with subtle brightening on the rim. On the nose some nougat, fine oak, some milk chocolate, grippy earthy tannins, a touch of cranberries. Resinous tones frame the flow, slightly dusty tannins on the finish.

A hidden gem from a great vintage, Sizzano is a tiny appellation in the Alto Piemonte, on the right bank of the Sesia River between the wine regions of Ghemme and Fara. It's a lower lying area with glacial soils mixed with sands and clay. As a result, the Nebbiolo grape, locally known as Spanna, is more juicy and less austere than a Barolo and is typically blended with the local grapes, Uva Rara and Vespolina. Aged in Slavonian casks and used French barriques, the 2016 is Piedmont to-the-bone without the big slap of tannin. Magnetic scents of wild berries, plums, and sweet cigar draw you into the glass. On the palate, Uva Rara and Vespolina add a juicy appeal, while fine lines of tannin and acidity make for a dry and satisfying finish. A great alternative to a Barbaresco or Langhe Nebbiolo, Monsecco's Sizzano is a total winner

DOC Sicilia 20221. 100% Zibibbo Assuli dry Zibibbo is fresh and smooth, with notes of peach and Sicilian citrus fruit characterised by a pleasant balance between salinity and minerality. Straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections. It has intense and persistent aromas of peach and Sicilian citrus. Flavours are in line with the aromas, and fresh with salinity and minerality. An excellent pairing with fish courses, smoked fish and fried fish and gourmet salads.

100% Ribolla Gialla IGT Venezia Giulia, IT 2021. Tasting notes: to the eyes it has a beautiful straw yellow colour with greenish highlights. Elegant, floral and fruity bouquet.

Vermentino di Toscana IGT Straw yellow in colour with greenish highlights of good intensity. The wine is fresh and elegant in aroma with floral and citric notes. The flavours are soft and attractively crisp, perceptibly savoury.

COLOR Intense straw yellow with golden reflections. SCENT Intense, floral and with mineral notes TASTE Disruptive freshness, with the right acidity, savory with an intense aftertaste. Langhe Chardonnay is a white wine with an intense straw yellow color with golden reflections. The scent is intense, floral in the first years of life, and then tends to mineral notes in aging. 100% Vermentino Sardergna, It Made by keeping the skins in contact with the must for 24 hours, this full-bodied white has subtle aromas suggesting yellow stone fruit, citrus and crushed Mediterranean herbs. The dry palate offers unsweetened lemon drop candy, dried apricot, tang and saline before a nutty close.

100% Moscato di Asti Piedmont, IT NV Pale straw yellow with golden highlights, persistant and delicate foam, fresh notes, scents of orange blossoms and honey, sweet and sparkling, soft and aromatic.

The Langhe Riesling by Bric Cenciurio is produced with 100% Rielisng Renano grapes grown on the hills around Barolo and Monforte d'Alba. Fermentation takes place in large oak barrels, followed by 6 months of aging in contact with the fine lees. It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is striking for its mineral and fruity bouquet, characterized by notes of citrus, white pulp fruit, hydrocarbons and graphite. In the mouth it is balanced and elegant, with good structure and acidity. Endowed with a pleasant freshness and persistence, the Langhe Riesling by Bric Cenciurio is perfect to drink in combination with first courses of fish, seafood and white meats. It is also excellent to drink chilled as an aperitif.

Friulano (100%), D.O.C. Collio, IT 2019 Dusty and perfumed, with hints of peach and mango that give way over time to exotic florals and sweet spice. Silky spice and rich in character. Medium in length but with supreme balance and pleasure factor. It is completely dry with approximately 14,5 %vol alcol produced from natural sugar from grapes.

WOW! The whole bunches, not de-stemmed, undergo a soft pressing, are then vinified in stainless steel at a controlled temperature with frequent assembly. Sterile filtering before bottling This product is released in 2020 to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of the winery. Product that does not have any particular processing, it is simply the result of the aging of the Blanc de Morgex et La Salle year 2013 in the bottle. Color : clear, straw yellow with golden reflections. Bouquet : evident notes of aromatic and floral herbs (hawthorn) with hints of white fruits (Williams pears) and spicy tone of white pepper. Taste : fresh, intense, persistent with evident mineral notes. Balanced and aromatic

100% Sauvignon Blanc.The results are delightful, with tangerine, anise, and musky flowers supported by firm minerality and tangy acidity. The fruit for “Zacinta Revi” comes from 20-year-old vines in the chalky clay soils of the Poggio alle Ficaie vineyard at 350 meters altitude, and Marie Sole aged it for six months on the fine lees in stainless steel after a natural fermentation without temperature regulation.

100% Gold Muskat. Südtirol- Alto Adige DOC. Italy Exceptionally aromatic, flowery, varietal fragrance with a pronounced muscat tone and notes of ripe tropical fruits. Medium body and harmonious taste; fresh, very intense and long-lasting aftertaste; dry. The Goldmuskateller grapes for this wine come from our vineyards in South Tyrol's Überetsch. The Goldmuskateller beguiles with its unique nutmeg aroma. Dry and spicy on the palate, the wine presents itself as a positive surprise.

2015, Muscat of Alexandria, Sierras de Malaga, ESP.

Produced in an entirely natural manner under the guidance of Giampiero Bea, the Coenobium is a blend of Trebbiano, Verdicchio, and Malvasia, harvested together and co-fermented without added yeasts or temperature stabilization. Aged on its fine lees in steel and fiberglass tanks, it is bottled just before the next harvest without fining or filtering. The nose is evocative of autumn on multiple sensory levels, with aromas of fennel fronds, chamomile tea, almonds, and tangerine that lead into a full but delicately rendered palate. Vitorchiano’s volcanic soils come through with a somber smoke-iron interplay, and glowing acidity lets the savory flavors coat the mouth, yet the overall impression is one of freshness and drinkability.

100% Petite Arvine. Valle d' Aoeste, IT. 2020 This is such a brilliant white from one of our favourite producers. There’s notes of peach and a subtle floral character, but what is particularly striking is the level of minerality here. This has incredible salinity, and a finish that lasts for ages. This will age well too: you should bury a few bottles in the cellar.

100% Erbaluce. Donnas, Aoeste Valley, IT 2020 After 24 hours on the skins and 6 days of pre-fermentation in steel at 6 degrees, the must begins fermentation in French oak barriques where it then ages on the lees for a year. A white wine of great structure and acidity, ideal to be accompanied by fish or white meat dishes.

Süditrol- alto Adige DOC. IT The Pinot Grigio grapes for this wine come from selected vineyards in the South Tyrolean Unterland and the Überetsch. The Pinot Grigio is a dry white wine with a medium body on the palate and a well-balanced aftertaste.

100 % Pecorino, Colline Pescaresi IGT, IT Full, bright yellow. Intense aromas of peach, green fig, sage, rosemary. Sappy and dense, conveying a bright herbal impression to the stone fruit and mint flavors. The saline finish is nicely extended by harmonious lemony acidity. He made the plunge in 2000, purchasing the 8 hectare old vine plot of Trebbiano Abruzzese with 31 hectares of land suitable for his single estate wines. Guided by decades of personal experience and one of Italy's most renowned nurseries, Riccardo planted a selection of indigenous varieties matched to the different soil characteristics in the vineyard. . When Tiberio released its first vintage in 2004 the wine cognoscenti took notice of Tiberio's mineral whites and fruit forward wines.

Under the guidance of Umbria's legendary Paolo Bea, the Sisters of the Cistercian order at the Vitorchiano monastery practice organic farming and produce wine as honest, sympathetic and gracious as they are. Coenobium ( the 'monastery') comes from the volcanic soils that underlay the vineyards. The extended contact that the fermenting juice has with the skins is a special vinification technique encouraged by Bea. A blend of Trebbiano, Verdicchio, and Malvasia grapes might leave you praising the Almighty. The Ruscum is left to ferment on the lees for a period of two weeks or more, extracting all of the flavors, colors and textures of its fruit. The result is a wine of often deep golden color and penetrating minerality with hints of herbs, particularly anise, and wild flowers. There are approximately 4000 bottles produced annually of this cuvée, the overwhelming majority of which comes to the USA.

Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Fruilano. Friuli, IT 2020 Bright, shiny light gold. Very rich nose of ripe stone fruit, wet stone, vanilla candy, reminiscent of wild strawberry on the finish. Juicy on the palate, with a sweet fruit core, beautiful ripeness, somewhat drying on the finish.

Garganega, Chardonnay and Trebbiano di Soave. Soave DOC. This is a white wine with ancient traditions, unique in its pleasantness and harmony. Its bouquet of elder and vine flowers is delicate, highly captivating and pleasant; the flavour is then completed by elegance and perfect harmony.

A brilliant golden yellow with amber highlights, aromas of the wine are attractively intense with notes of apricots, almonds, and hazelnuts. Dense on the palate, sweet and long, this is a Vin Santo with an excellent balance between sweetness and a vibrant acidity. Wonderful as an apertif or a digestif to end the evening.

Friulano, Sauvignon, Malvasia, Chardonnay D.O.C. Collio, IT 2019 Blend with two international varieties which bring complexity and backbone while the local king and queen bring locality and freshness. The nose opens an intense aroma of ripe yellow and tropical fruit. In the mouth it reveals a nice freshness, with the right balance and huge drinkability. It is completely dry with approximately 14%vol alcol produced from natural sugar from grapes.

Raised 24 months in amphora and fermented on its skins, Pavese’s "Esseme" (formerly “Tondo”) cuvée is rich in dry extract and concentration, but does not show the aggressive tannin or dark color of other skin macerated wines. Prié, in fact, per Ermes, was often macerated in generations past, and we at Rosenthal Wine Merchant are excited to experience the magic of Morgex in this alternate register

Grechetto (20%), Malvasia (20%), Sauvignon (20%), Garganega (20%), Chardonnay (20%) Compared to the relatively racy Arboreus and the typically chiseled Lapideus, the Santa Chiara often swaggers out of the bottle with macerated peaches, brassy spice notes, a liberal dash of white pepper, and candied citrus. Despite its somewhat explosive and brash personality, it possesses terrific drive and a focused, tannin-derived sense of architecture. A white wine produced from Grechetto, Malvasia, Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Garganega, in approximately equal proportions, planted in the Pagliaro vineyard, a site with alternating layers of gravel and clay at 1,300 feet above sea level with both east and southwest facing parcels. After crushing, the juice spends at least two weeks macerating on its lees; sulfur is never added.

A very mineral, brilliant wine with apricot, green apple, tangerine and lemon peel notes, with nuances anise and white flowers. Crystalline, precise and vibrant. The name comes from a little stream that runs underneath the vineyard, which is trained on tendone. Aged for two years in bottle before release and will be bottled in autumn. "Intense straw yellow. A nose bursting with stony, minerally, chalky notes, cut Amalfi lemon and a white-pepper tingle. A big squeeze of lemony juice that electrifies the palate. 100% Chardonnay, Valle d' Aoeste, IT. 2022 Straw yellow with golden highlights. Notes of tropical fruit, ripe mango, passion fruit and bergamot, thyme and flint, with a slight hint of mountain butter, give a complex and fresh nose profile. A great freshness is also found on the palate, where the saline lash makes it extremely taut and persistent. Integrated pest control and organic farming wherever possible. The vineyards are fertilized exclusively with manure from their own cows, while winter hay is cut from the meadows surrounding the cow shed.

100% Vermentino. Castelnuovo Magra,IT 2023 An explosion of white fruit and ripe citrus fruits on a mineral and balsamic background with hints of thyme, oregano and saltiness, which remind everyone of the potential of this noble vine and make La Cascina dei Peri a wonderful example of its perfect union with our territory and with the coastal climate of the Levante Ligure. On the pallate fresh and fragrant, rich in mineral suggestions and again lots of ripe fruit, which together with the rich and juicy acidity enhance its drinkability, structure and gustatory persistence.

A blend of Fiano, Coda di Volpe and Falanghina from a fifty year old parcel planted some five hundred metres above sea level in Montemarano. This spends four days on skins and almost a year in sandstone amphorae. Bottled by the magnum, it is a brilliant shade of gold in the glass and fragrant with exotic fruit and flowers. On the palate, the wine’s flesh is tempered by firm tannins and vibrant acidity, making for a formidable wine for the table that can be enjoyed over several days.

100% Merlot. The vines of Cateau Brandeau have been certified organic since 1993, which was almost unheard of in the Bordeaux region at this time. The grapes are sorted twice: once in the vines and once again upon returning to the cellar. The grapes undergo a short maceration of one week before being pressed slowly. No sulfites were added at any stage during the vilification. This wine could be paired with many types meat and poultry, such as cured sausage, roast pork with rosemary, grilled duck breast, and roast chicken.

Rhone, France 2020. (1.5L bottle) 80% Cinsault and 20% Grenache, both carbonically macerated, 5 days for the Grenache and 10 days for the Cinsault. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2. About the winemaker; He's a winemaker of such experience and prowess, and yet I think his name falls to the wayside because of the scope and breadth of his endeavor. One year he introduces a wine from pure limestone, then a wine from some purchased Picpoul, then a small but interesting plot of old vine Syrah, all with new names and labels that make the domaine a bit of a puzzle, if a happy one. There's always more to explore, and always new ways to be excited.

First released in 2010 when the Pavese family enlarged its cellars, the Sette Scalinate is sourced from the family's greatest vineyard, a south-facing series of terraces accessible only from a seven-step staircase. Dedicated to Carlo Pavese, Ermes' uncle, it is the most profound expression of Prié that we have encountered, with bal- ance and concentration that ensure a long life in the cellar.

Vintage 2021 was a remarkably low-yielding year in many of our prized Mendocino vineyards. As a result, we got über creative, seeking out a few new and incredibly intriguing fruit opportunities, marrying a dizzying array of carbonic reds and whites to support and highlight the Piemontese varieties we’ve all come to know and love with this one. Of course, the vast majority of the blend remains the beloved Fox Hill Vineyard Arneis, Dolcetto, Barbera and Nebbiolo in a carbonic co-ferment. If you’re a die hard Feints lover, fear not. This one is frighteningly fresh bright and altogether Feints through and through. I really hope someone wrote down what we did with this one so we can do it again!

100% Fox Hill Vineyatd Sangiovese. Why would anyone be surprised at all by this wine? Fox Hill is an incredible vineyard site and has proven it's merit in numerous ways with numerous producers in both red and white format. But for die hard Sangiovese fans; those that love the leather, the book shelf, the dried cherry, the licorice spice and baked earth...all that density and levity and taut structure, new world versions rarely stack up and often disappoint.

VINTAGE: 2019 | VARIETAL: Pinot Noir | APPELLATION: Tamar Valley The epitome of cool-climate Tasmanian pinot noir. Sourced from our estate fruit, it’s well balanced with beautiful spice, strawberry and cherry characters on the nose. The palate has fantastic fruit intensity, vibrant acidity and fine silky tannins. Just delicious! Holm Oak’s Estate Pinot Noir is made to drink on release, although it will cellar well for about seven years. Upon release, the wine has lovely lifted strawberry and cherry aromatics, but also displays earthy, savoury complexity as a result of its wild fermentation and barrel maturation (20% in new oak). Over time, these savoury characters will come to the fore in this Pinot Noir.

Paso Robles, CA 50% Grenache / 40% Carignan / 10% Mourvedre. The wine explodes from the glass with aromas of red cherries, raspberries and cranberries, leading into flavors of the same, along with hints of anise and subtle floral notes. Carignan adds a whiff of baking spices on the finely tannic finish. All throughout, there is a bright core of acidity that keeps it eminently balanced and more than a little bit drinkable. (For stat geeks like me, the total acidity is 6.5 g/L and the PH is 3.35! That’s some solid acidity to balance out the 14.9% alcohol)

Our 2021 Estate Syrah is co-fermented with our Estate Viognier, a la Côte-Rôtie style, 100% whole cluster and foot treaded daily for seven days until native fermentation had broken down the clusters to the point we could use our punchdown tool. This special Syrah opens with savory aromas of smoked bacon fat and gamey meat, which lead into softer notes of violets and black olives framed by flavors of blueberry, raspberry, under ripe blackberry and white pepper, followed with light tannin and fresh acidity. Great on its own (and ever-so-slightly chilled) or pair with lamb, burgers, steaks, and winter stews.

Not shy, this juicy Cabernet Sauvignon just keeps on giving more with each mouthwatering sip. The finish lingers, but never overstays its welcome. *3122 bottles produced

100% Syrah, The Bench Vineyard, Clements Hills, Sonoma Cty, CA. 2021 Inspired by the rare southern rhone Syrah, a slight departure from our cool climate Syrahs, this wine shows those roasted flavors that you can only get from Syrah grown in sand in a warm spot. We fermented this 100% Syrah with 100% Whole-Clusters and aged it in 500L French Oak Puncheons for six months before bottling this wine without any fining or filtration. Robust aromas of plums, tar and violets dominate the intoxicating aromas of this southern Rhone styled Syrah. Gritty and laced with baked pomegranate and cherry skin, this peppery Syrah shows the warmer climate it was grown in with its warm embrace of lucious baked red summer fruits and firm and vibrant personality. This medium bodied and spicy red will put on weight with time

It shows red plum, red currant, blackberry, and a touch chocolate on the palate. An exceptionally full and round mouth feel finishes with soft tannins. “A “trig” has been used for many years to establish boundary lines. Trigonometrical stations were set on the top of hills and used as surveying sites. Washington State. 2020 The 2020 Readers Cabernet Sauvignon is bright ruby in color with aromas of blackberries, black currant, black tea, and bittersweet chocolate with a rich smooth texture and silky tannins. 100% Grenache David Girard Vineyard, El Dorado AVA, CA Vineyard Elevation - 1,500 feet 624 Bottles Produced Electric fruits with mouth coating structure with notes of Bing cherry, anise and fresh herbs. from the winemaker:I decided to make Grenache because I think it gets misrepresented a lot. The best way I can describe this wine, is like a rebellious teenager that had some rough patches that eventually turned out to be a strong, well-rounded adult. Before malolactic I wasn’t too sure about this wine but I let it do its thing and just tried not to disturb it.

100% Pinot Noir, Russian River Valley, O Oakville, CA> The 2020 Michael Pozzan Russian River Pinot Noir The vibrant nose entices with aromas of orange peel, raspberry and cranberry, with a subtle hint of nutmeg and cloves. In the mouth, the wine shows silky tannins, with well-integrated oak framing the richly layered flavors of cranberry, freshly roasted coffee, and cloves, with the subtle spiciness of a fig leaf. The finish is lengthy and perfumed with long lasting French vanilla bean.

100% Carbonically Macerated Malbec, Uco Valley, ARG. 2022 This wine is downright bright and bubbly, With the addition of Carbonic Maceration of the Malbec grapes it brings out the bright and fruity side of Malbec. Bright Strawberries and cherries with a darker underbelly with an acidic snap on the finish.

80% Cabernet Sauvignon 20% Syrah. Valle de Ojos negros and Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California. 2022 It has a high intensity where black fruits such as blackberries and black cherry, blue fruits such as fresh blueberries, stand out. Floral notes of lilacs, violets, strawberry yogurt, toasted oak and spice notes of pepper, cinnamon and vanilla are also distinguished. This is a very expressive wine with good aromatic quality. The palate is dry with a refreshing acidity. The tannins are pleasant and round, with a medium body. The aromas on the palate are reminiscent of fruits such as plums, cherries and blackberries. It is very well balanced and the the finish is optimal. Food pairings: Grilled meat, hamburgers, pizzas, enchiladas, flautas, carnitas, brie cheese, young manchego, Serrano ham, among others.

50% Malbec, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon Los Sauces, Uco Valley, Argentina. 2023 A dry red blend of equal parts Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon, this comes from a father and daughter duo in Mendoza's Valle de Uco. Half of the grapes are fermented with stems, and the wine is aged in stainless steel on the lees. Fruit forward and savory, this medium-bodied red is dynamic, but works wonders at the table.

100% Zinfandel. Lincoln Creek Vineyards. Oakville, CA. 2021 This deep ruby color wine has aromas of ripe strawberry, cherry, pomegranate and hibiscus flower. Lincoln Creek is a family-owned and certified organic vineyard found in the Oakville appellation of Napa Valley. The vineyard contains an 18-acre block of Zinfandel near the base of Yountville Hills. This 2003 planting is quadrilateral cordon-trained and spur-pruned. The canopy is meticulously managed throughout the season to maximize air circulation and sunlight interception to enhance fruit ripening and reduce disease pressure.

100% Rosa del Peru (aka Moscatel Negro) La Santa comes from centenarian, own-rooted Rosa del Peru (Moscatel Negro) vines grown at high elevation in Tecate. The grapes were hand-harvested, de-stemmed, and fermented without temperature control in 450L concrete tinajas with 45 days of maceration. The wine was then raised for 3 months in ½ stainless steel vats and ½ older barrels. A lively and vertical vin de soif, La Santa is almost rosé colored in the glass, delicately floral, with red and dark fruits and juicy acidity. A lovely red wine to serve chilled with charcuterie and cheeses.

100% Cabernet Franc, Curico Valley, Chile. 2022 Concentrated with juicy black cherry and blackberry fruit with firm grippy tannins, a fresh crunchy feel and good acidity. This wine is screaming with fresh and pure fruit. Serve slightly cool to emphasize the structure while really brightening the fruit!

100% Grenache. Lodi, California. 2023 Maître de Chai's "Red Table Wine" is a juicy and vibrant light red made of primarily Grenache from the Abba Vineyard, just east of the town of Lodi, with a very small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel. The cool nights and breezes of the Sacramento River Delta provide the perfect growing conditions for the Mediterranean grape variety, and help to preserve its vibrant acidity. Fermented in an open top wooden tank and then aged in that same 1,000 gallon wooden tank to preserve the freshness of this beautiful medium-bodied red.

2019 Barncat Vineyard Estât Dry Riesling This is the first vintage of Barncat released since we took over management of the farm. The government will only let us call it “Estate” if it is fermented on site. Therefore, we present our first vintage of “Estât Riesling”. This stuff is a lightning bolt of electric lemonade. If you recall the insane acidity of the 2019 Acid Freak, that should give you a good idea. It makes picpoul taste like a 90’s California Chardonnay. If there was ever a fresh seafood wine, this is it. Like all our other wines, it was wild yeast fermented in neutral oak. Other than a very small amount of sulfite, absolutely nothing was added to this wine. Unfiltered and unfined 23 cases produced

100% Organically grown fruit from the Omaka Valley, New Zealand A classy Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc displaying a vibrant nose with bright aromas of ripe tropical and stone fruit characters. The palate is subtle, yet generous and textural, with delicate notes of lemon blossom and passionfruit. The finish is refreshing, crisp and dry.

This natural wine has a delicate straw yellow colour and appears slightly cloudy in the glass due to its lack of processing. On the nose it has aromas of peach and tropical fruits such as chirimoya, that harmonize with a buttery characteristic due to its malolactic fermentation. In the mouth, the tropical and floral flavors linger and it’s good acidity highlights this wine’s freshness.

White Wine 2020 Lujan De Cuyo, Argentina. Sliced apple and lemon with stone and lemon grass on the nose. Medium-to full-bodied with firm, phenolic tension and an energetic finish. 40% sauvignon blanc, 40% semillon and 20% chardonnay.

It’s a Fine Day provides a more direct approach, this time featuring Zabala Vineyard Riesling in a simple, direct-to-press and neutral oak aged still wine paradigm. It was a record year for acidity at this site and the resulting wine is delightfully thirst quenching.

100% Chardonnay Santa maria Valley, Santa Barbara County, CA. 2020 Lane Tanner (winemaker) has always used lower levels of sulfur. The idea of using fresh ginger root in winemaking is to act as an antioxidant thereby protecting the wine naturally. Since ginger is an antioxidant, Lane found the need for sulfur is minimized. This is not a fruit wine. This is a white wine, made with Chardonnay grapes from Santa Barbara County. Ginger is part of the process. Tasting Notes: A fresh, subtle note of ginger on the nose. This single-vineyard Chardonnay is lean with peach, sweet lemon balm and mineral notes up front, followed by a finish of creamy custard. There is subtle spice throughout, expressing the ancient benefits of ginger root. Sturdy enough to stand up to a Thai dinner, but interesting enough to ponder on it's own.

Vintage: 2021 Grapes: Scheurebe Style: White Wine Vineyard: Old Wagon Road Vineyard Appellation: Willamette Valley A honey bee nestles itself inside a white pear blossom flower. It buzzes closer and lands on the garnish of your limoncello as you lay in a hammock on a gentle spring afternoon. These images consume your mind as you vainly attempt to drink the remnants of a discarded bottle of this wine you found under the boardwalk as you smoke sub par dope with a crusty hippie you just met.

39% Organic Oregon Apples, 29% Pinot Blanc, 23% Pinot Noir, 10% Muscat This effervescent wine made with forced carbonation is a unique mixture of organically farmed Willamette Valley apples and three varieties of grapes – pinot blanc, pinot noir and muscat. The Chimera smells like Golden Delicious apples, apricots and lemon, with a touch of cidery tartness. It tastes like a combination of peaches, Marcona almonds and wet slate. The wine’s crisp acidity and persistent bubbles tickled parts of my mouth and tongue that I didn’t know existed.

100% Albariño, Edna Valley, San Luis Obispo, CA 2022 A wine that soaks up all elements of the sea both above and below ground. Grown just 5.5 miles from the Pacific, this wine embraces why the Edna Valley has proven to be the New World home of Albariño. This wine bursts with spicy citrus and salty zest. There is a seductive orange blossom and jasmine aspect paired with what I dub as Hawaiian breakfast fruits. You can definitely smell the sea influence on this wine as there are briny notes that speak to the nearby Pacific Ocean. White flower notes are ever so present, but an exotic mix of citrus and tropical fruit reigns. On the palate, this wine is full of tang and energy. Our Albariño never lacks acidity.

100% Verdelho, Contra Coasta County, CA. 2021 “Soft and crisp with alpine flowers, oyster shell, marjoram, and lemon zest. A volley between savory mineral and juicy, white fruit on the palate. If chardonnay was from a fishing village, it would taste like this Organically-grown suitcase clones from the island of Madeira grow in Tom Morgan’s Evina Vineyard, surrounded by nut and fruit orchards. After Lorenza foot-tread a portion of the grapes and left them to macerate, the whole cluster-pressed juice was split into three fractions: stainless tank, stainless barrels, and neutral oak barrels. The skin-contact portion was barreled-down to neutral oak later. Slow, spontaneous fermentations in the different vessels gives the final blend the precise layers of a samurai sword while keeping flavors uplifting and complex.

The glistening yellow diamond appearance gives way to enticing aromas of sweet peach, toasted hazelnut, quince jam, and vanilla. This Chardonnay is full bodied with mouthwatering acidity and a round palate that is complemented by flavors of golden delicious apple, sweet melon, lemon curd, and honey. This property contains 30.25 acres planted to mostly Sauvignon Blanc that is certified-organic and family-owned. The vines associated with this wine were planted in 1978 and are clone-1 grafted to St. George rootstock. Additionally, this block is dry-farmed. During harvest, we divide the block into three separate picks that target different stages of maturity. As a result, we have the opportunity to blend three wines from the same block that all have different flavor profiles to create a breath-taking Sauvignon Blanc.

100% Pinot Gris. Marlbourough, New Zealand 2022 This fruit-driven Pinot Gris from Marlborough displays bright aromas of citrus and juicy pear. The palate has flavours of fresh quince and crisp golden apple blend seamlessly with hints of spice. The bouquet is followed by a rich mouth-filling texture enhanced by an appetising acidity, dry with a mineral finish. Certified Organic

Pelados” means “bare”—a reference to the Valle de Güímar’s dramatic, poor-soiled, rocky landscape—and this bottling comes from two parcels of 70-to-80-year-old Listán Blanco totaling 1.2 hectares, planted at a staggering 1300 meters above sea level and exposed southwestward. Vinified and aged for nine months in two-thirds used 500-liter French oak barrels and one-third stainless steel, “Los Pelados” offers a salinity more intense and visceral than “Locartas”, with fruit simultaneously exotic and crunchy. Though mouth-filling, it possesses a tautness that keeps it brisk, and in keeping with the best examples of Listán Blanco it is a tautness articulated through mineral clench rather than through overt acidity.

Named after the family’s original parcel from which the whole operation began, “Locartas” is a highly expressive ambassador for the Güímar valley’s distinctive volcanic sands. The blend comprises eight individual parcels throughout the valley, planted nearly entirely to Listán Blanco (with 2-3% Albillo Criollo) and generally situated at lower altitudes than the single-vineyard bottlings. Vinified in stainless steel and aged for six months in 90% steel and 10% French oak, “Locartas” leads with sumptuous aromas of apricots and fresh almonds, and delivers mouth-watering, grippy salinity on its taut, kinetic palate.

100% Chenin Blanc, Clarksburg, CA. 2023 Chenin Blanc from the Clarksburg AVA in the Sacramento River delta that is fermented on native yeasts for 4 weeks and pressed into 500-gallon fermenters. The wine strikes a fine balance of having rounder, friendlier fruit, and having great precision and acidity. Practicing Organic farming.

100% Muscat, Willamette Valley OR. Teutonic 2023 The Muscat is an aromatic experience, as always. Floral notes and somehow weightless on the palate. It's the perfect summer wine.

100% Muscat, Hartwick Vineyard, Lodi, CA 2022. We love muscat on the skins because it's like cheating, you get so much more than you deserve from those skin flavors. You get a floral blast on the nose with a hint of tropical peach rings. Add in the skins of the grape and you layer on citrus notes, grapefruit pith, and tons of warm spices.

100% Vermentino. The Bench Vineyard, Clement Hills, Lodi, CA 2022 Best known for producing high acid, fleshy, refreshing wines coming out of the sun-drenched coast of Italy. Some would argue that is almost as well known for the denser, skin fermented versions from the warmer Italian interior or the exotic well delineated versions from Sardegna or Corsica. Everyone can agree, whatever the style, the wines are always fresh, lively, and delicious. Pax looked to the sandy sun-drenched dunes of Clements Hills to produce a wine that made them crave shellfish, steep cliffs, and a gorgeous coastline. The sandy soils proved them right. Lemon Curd, lime zest and salty minerals frame the understated aromas of this zesty white. More weight on the palate than the nose lets on with some pretty Bosch Pear and kefir lime flavors that lead into some creamier lemon chiffon and salty minerality on the finish.

100% Sauvignon Blanc. VAlle de Guadalupe, Baja, California. 2023. It is a clean wine with a lime green hue. In the nose it is frank, with high intensity and very expressive notes mostly from fresh citrus fruits such as grapefruit, guava, lychee, soursop, passion fruit and pineapple. Also, there is orange blossom and zesty lemongrass notes. The aromatic quality and persistence is excellent. It has a smooth mouthfeel. It is a dry, fresh, light wine with lively acidity. Aligned to the varietal and well balanced. In the aftertaste, the aromas confirm the notes of citrus, grapefruit and smooth herbal finish. It has a firm body and excellent lingering persistence.

Pfalz, Germany. 100% Chardonnay This alcohol-free Chardonnay is our latest addition to the EINS-ZWEI-ZERO-portfolio. It offers an original character that is clean with fresh fruit and citrus. The intensity of the acidity is not to compare with the ZERO Riesling. This crisp Chardonnay shows a dry finish and relatively long aftertaste. Of course, an alcohol-free wine never will give the same depth, structure and weight as a wine with alcohol, but this is extremely close to it and it is simply an alcohol-free wine tasting wine. Impressive.

Fascinating stuff, with that savory skin character coming through with delicacy; elegant and bone-dry, and a touch of tannic grip; playful rather than monolithic, and an excellent food partner.

100% Tocai Friulano. Goriška brda - Brajda, Slovenia. 2022 Jakot (aka Sauvignonasse, Sauvignon Vert, Friulano) is the new classification for the former Tokaji varietal. Both Slovenians and Italians historically called this grape Tokaj, but Hungary disputed this usage given their historic Tokaji appellation and the term was officially protected in 2005. In a begrudging response, the locals simply call it “Jakot” (Tokaj, spelled backwards). The wine is yellow in color and emphasized by a characteristic varietal scent reminiscent of apricot, orange blossom, and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is bright, elegant, and harmonious with dried apricots and fresh herbs.

100% Zibibbo, Ricca Terra Farms, Riverland, AU 2022 Zibibbo is an ancient, aromatic white grape from the Muscat family grown in the warmth of the Mediterranean and South Australia. From fruit grown at Ricca Terra Farms in the sunny Riverland, the varietal was chosen for its potential to develop length and complexity from longer skin contact, the wine is fruity yet bone dry; reminiscent of something from Alice in Wonderland, where things aren’t always as they seem. Cloudy and a diaphanous, pale copper in appearance. The wine is dry yet exudes tantalising herbal, spice and stone fruit aromas. Complex nose of apricot, graphite/pencil shavings, cut ginger, cloves, elderflower, white pepper, Belgian white ale, and wild honey leaps from the glass. On the palate, the wine has a soft entry but with good grip, an earthy sweet chalk/clay element with notes of lemon oil, tangerines, tea and cinnamon apples

75% Sauvignon Blanc, 25% Semillon Grapes are hand harvested, and co-fermented with 1/3 of the skins for about 6 months in Georgian Qvevri. The wine is bottled unfined, unfiltered and has zero sulfur added.

100% Catarratto. Sicily, IT 2002 Ciello Bianco is an organic white wine from Sicily. Hands on, natural approach without filtration leaves this wine with a deliciously savoury aspect. Deep golden colour, refreshing acidity, and nice earthy body. Lots of quince, apricots and almonds on the finish.

Winemaker: Nicolas Renaud, Rhone, France Varietal: Viogner, Picardan A very pretty cuvée composed of Viogner and Picardan having undergone 7 days of maceration for a smooth and spicy expression. The nose is charming around notes of ripe fruit and spices. The entry in the mouth is ample and greedy, then gives way to a fine and delicate texture. In the finish, the very beautiful bitters bring us length and intensity. A well-controlled natural wine.

Dominio de Punctum, Skin Contact Orange Wine, 20,000 Leguas is an organic orange/skin contact wine which is an ideal introduction for new potential connoisseurs of the genre. Grapes are handpicked under the night sky to safeguard their freshness in the cooler temperatures. They are then macerated on the skins for 10-15 days to achieve the desired colour, flavour and tannin structure. It has a faint orange hue, with aromas of exotic fruit, hazelnut, and apple. The tannins are sweet while the acidity is balancing, intensifying the complex flavours of candied orange peel, crystallised ginger, jasmine, apricot, and a subtle nuttiness on the finish.

The 2022 Vin de Days L'Orange is back by popular demand. This blend of Riesling, Müller-Thurgau, Gewürztraminer and Pinot gris is a perfect expression of these aromatic varietals and what can be achieved with generous skin contact. Expressive with notes of Navel orange pulp and skin, dried mango, fresh rose, kumquat, and pineapple sage. The fruit profile evolves in the glass, expressing notes of candied orange rind, dried apricot, and white tea while the finish remains vibrant, crisp, and grippy. A wine that is delectable in its youth, we consider the L’Orange worthy of aging for three to five years.

46% Viognier, 44% Pinot Gris, 10% Muscat Willamette Valley AVA, OR. 2022 Our 2022 Tears of Vulcan continues the our tradition of bright, structured, floral, spicy, citrusy, firm textured, skin contact orange wine. Composed of fruit from two organically farmed vineyards in the Chehalem Mountains AVA, this wine represents both the limitless characteristics of Viognier, Pinot Gris and Muscat, and the terroir of a specific place, at a specific time. This vintage, the fruit sat on it's skins for 22 days resulting in an electric coral-orange color, firm tannins, bright acid, vibrant pepper, juicy grapefruit, red plum, and a savory long finish. This wine elicits depth and character, unfolding with time and air. Blood orange, fresh basil, sweet lemon, grapefruit pith, and ginger further add to the bounty of flavors and aromas.

Riverlands, AUS 100% Arinto Native to Portugal, the small berries of Arinto contain a delicious mix of fruit flavours, and most importantly, a piercing acidity that stands up to the hot climate of the Riverland. The higher yielding year saw larger, juicier berries and subsequently the wine this year is less amber, more skinsy white. The savoury salty elements are still there but more in balance with the citrus, stonefruit profile. Second year oak allows the wine to breathe, and combined with the salty tannin, gives the wine length and persistence that allows it to stand up to aperitif style drinking or with hearty Mediterranean influenced food.

25% Bical, 25% Cercial, 25% Fernão Pires, 25% Sercial From 3 hectares of 20 year old vines planted to chalky-clay soils and sandy soils. The grapes are hand-harvested between early and mid September, de-stemmed with spontaneous fermentation in chestnut and French oak with ambient yeasts lasting three weeks with temperature control. The wine spends six months on lees with stirring and aged casks (50%) and stainless steel (50%) for six months. Unfined and unfiltered.

100% Viognier. Swartland, South Africa. 2020 This fascinating wine is fermented on the skins for 14 days. Subtle aromatics of peach and apricot, floral perfume and spice while the palate shows quite dense fruit for a wine with an alcohol of just 11%, moderate acidity and some mild tannins leaving a dusty sensation on the finish.

The wines of Gravner belong in the extreme vain of winemaking even though they use an ancient method of vinification and aging (amphorae) in many of their wines. You'll see the intense yellow color (an orange wine, in fact) of this wine which is indicative of the complex nature of the tannins and fruit. Decant and enjoy with a modest chill.

90% Macabeo and 10% Sauvignon Blanc Utiel Requena, Spain 2022 Kiki & Juan Orange Wine is a rich and full-bodied Spanish skin-contact wine. Gobs of sun-drenched apricot, tangerine rind, acacia, and wildflower honey. The finish has a good tannic grip bolstered by a briny salinity and pithy texture. Macerated for 24 days, this co-ferment of Macabeo and Sauvignon Blanc is aged sur lie in stainless steel. Bottle unfined and unfiltered with a low dose of sulfur.

60% Gruner Veltliner, 20% Welschriesling, 20% Chardonnay. Gruner Veltliner and Welschriesling -- grapes that tend to be on the leaner, slightly aromatic side but Stefan's use of the intercellular fermentation technique creates texture and complexity on the palate. Based on the label and first sip, you might be thinking skin contact wine, but the palate surprises with a level of focus and brightness not usually found in orange style wines. Bone dry with notes of tangy citrus, underripe stone fruit and white flowers, there's also an interesting textural component of the finish gives it flexiblity for pairing with heartier foods. A super cool -- and limited production -- bottle for the wine nerds out there.

Arboreus, Umbria Bianco Arboreus: is made from a Trebbiano clone known as Trebbiano Spoletino which is trained so that the fruit hangs high above the ground. The vineyards are planted in the low hills between Trevi and Montefalco at an elevation of 650 to 700 feet with a range of parcels facing both to the east and to the southwest. The soil is essentially clay and gravel. Harvest generally occurs during the first two weeks of October. The wine is left in contact with the skins for up to three weeks or more and is then aged in stainless steel tanks for at least two years prior to bottling. Sulfur is never added. Annual production is in the range of 3000 bottles.

100% Moscatel, Cataluña, Spain A still wine from organically grown Moscatel on calcareous clay soils in the Baix Penedès. All grapes are harvested by hand followed by spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and aged for around 9 months on the skins in stainless. As with all their wines no fining, filtering, and of course zero S02. Delicately aromatic and fresh, while still very light in body and crisp on the finish. Annual production is 1,900 Liters. Super duper aromatic this vintage! Cloudy, had a little tiny bit of natural wine tingle and again just a touch of VA in a nice way.

80% Chardonnay, 20% Tocai Friulano IGT Venezia Giulia, IT 2020 The Slatnik is an intense golden yellow color. The nose is complex, persistent, with hints of fruit, in particular peach and apricot, with notes of chocolate and floral scents. On the palate it is ample, opulent, greedy, slightly tannic, elegant and mineral. It closes long on notes of fruit

Willamette Valley, OR 2022 Co-fermentation of Pinot Gris and a touch of Pinot Noir. Notes of papaya, green tip strawberries, apricot and tropical notes on the nose. It's simply lovely.

100% Gruner Veltliner An orange wine from the Kronberg vineyard that's made entirely from Grüner Veltliner grapes that were hand-harvested, hand-sorted then des-stemmed before macerating 80% of the wine on the skins for 5 hours. 100% Tribbiano D' Abruzzo, It. 2022 Straw yellow in color, with a delicate bouquet. The palate is ample but dry, with white peach, lemon, and subtle basil notes. Its finish is lifted and bright.

100% Auxerrois blanc. Neusiedlersee-Huggeland, Austria. 2022 -Over a year in Amphora on the skins - 250 liters in total, a 300 bottle total production. -No SO2 during winemaking - No filtration at all This small production (only 300 bottles!) wine spends over a year in contact with the skins in amphora resulting in a complex wine with a fine tannic structure. Notes of orchard fruits, warm spices, and jasmine flowers and just enough acidity add to the interesting character of this wine. Pair with dishes like lamb chops or baba ganoush with fresh pita.

100% Sauvignon Blanc. Uco Valley, Argentina. 2023 A very fun Orange wine made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc... A hint of golden berries and apricots to the nose with some resin and clay. Bone-dry on the full-bodied palate with ample, tight tannins. Very nervy and bright. Drink or hold. No sulphites added.

Wonderwerk Big Orange 2023 is an exciting natural wine produced by Wonderwerk Wines, based in California. This unique orange wine is made from a blend of grape varieties including Muscat Canelli, Albariño, Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Torrontes, Alvarinho, Verdelho, and Verdejo. The wine is crafted using sustainable farming practices, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, and no filtration. The wine presents a vibrant and flavorful profile with notes of zesty citrus and tropical fruits, making it an enjoyable and versatile orange wine. With an alcohol content of 11.3%, it offers a refreshing and approachable drinking experience.

100% Sauvignon Blanc, W.O Western Cape, South Africa. Whole bunch pressed and 100% wild fermented in clay amphorae. Aged for seven months on gross lees without any additions, with minimal SO2 additions just before bottling. Locally made, these amphorae have been developed over ten years of trial and error. Ranging in sizes - between 500L and 860L - they are porous, with no lining inside, allowing for the perfect amount of micro-oxidation during maturation. A vintage that is somehow both edgier and more broadly yellow fruited, with a leesy, slightly reductive note bringing complexity. The nose shows a strong line of blackcurrant leaf against limes and green banana. The palate is creamy and mouth-coating but finely cut into by the grape’s lively acidity. Clearly Sauvignon, but far from typical.

Varietals: Grenache Blanc Roussanne, Rolle Provence, France. 2022 White flowers and jasmine come to mind when tasting this wine. It could pair with many different types of cuisines, such as Thai, Vietnamese, and Moroccan, and works great with curries.

Grillo, Zibibbo. Siciliy, IT. 2016. With peculiar Mediterranean and balsamic notes of mint, rosemary and wild herbs, the honey flavor emitted from the dried zibibbo grapes is mixed with oxidative notes resulting from the maturation in the amphora. Hints of dehydrated fruits (apricot) tamarind, a light vanilla note, raw sugar and aged tobacco. There is a persistent aftertaste.

Explosivo was created to showcase a style of red wine that has been facing large demand lately in the US market: Chilleable, descomplicated red wine. Featuring one of the region's native grapes (Vinhao) made in a style that matched its liter-sized bottle: Juicy and fresh (despite its dark, inky color) rather than tannic and intense, which is how the wine is usually made in the region. It's light fizz caters to drinkers of Lambrusco drinkers (quite recognizeble style of wine in the US), delivering a much drier and more savory profile. The name and label refer to its "explosive" mouthfeel. Tasting notes: Fresh dark fruits (dark wild berries, plums). Herbal and leafy touch. Deep and dark flavors, followed by bright acidity and slight fizz.

100% Montepulciano Abruzzo, IT 2022 Produced from selected parcels of Monteulciano grapes grown in the Chieti province of Abruzzo, on southeast Italy’s Adriatic coast. Hand-harvested from low-yielding vines between 30 to 50 years in age. Fermentation takes place in small batches with daily pumpovers. The skins are left in contact with the fermenting wine for two weeks. It’s ripe, dark, savory, and herbaceous with very friendly and unassuming tannins, a good tickle of acidity, and just the slightest hint of cocoa on the finish. Think currants, cocoa dusted black cherries and fresh savory herbs like oregano.

90% Tibouren, 10% Grenache Le Pradet, Cotes-de-Provence, FR 2022 Clos Cibonne’s iconic Cuvée Tradition stands uniquely apart from other rosés as a classic, one-of-a-kind Côtes de Provence rosé featuring the tibouren grape in the lead role. Cuvée Tradition is legendary amongst experienced French wine collectors for its texture, substance, and ability to age gracefully for a decade or more. It is a limited wine made exclusively with estate-grown, organic tibouren grapes, and a bit of grenache to meet Côtes de Provence blending guidelines. 100% Tibouren Le Pradet, Cotes-de-Provence,FR 2022 Cuvée Spéciale des Vignettes is a limited wine, a selection made exclusively of the estate’s oldest, over 60-year-old organic tibouren grapes. Vignettes is often the longest-lived of the Cibonne cuvées, repaying 10+ years of cellar time. The vineyard, one of 18 Crus Classés of Côtes de Provence, consists of traditional goblet trained vines located close to the Mediterranean Sea in the foothills of the Maures mountains, overlooking Toulon’s harbor. The microclimate of Clos Cibonne is especially important to the uniqueness of the wines, as the proximity of the ocean brings much-needed cool air to the vineyards in the summer months. Their location at the foot of the Maures mountains ensures good east-west ventilation, which is ideal for the health and balance of the vineyard and ideal for the practice of organic viticulture. The resulting wines have impeccable balance & freshness, with incredible structure and superb drinkability.

Grenache, Syrah, Mouvedre blend. Rhone Valley, FR. 2022 Created in 2001 by Gilles Gasq, and run with his wife Sylvie, Domaine La Manarine is a 45-acre estate located on a splendid plateau known as Le Plan de Dieu just northeast of Orange. Gilles is a talented winemaker who has honed his skills working as an assistant to Paul Jeune, the proprietor of Domaine Monpertuis in Chateauneuf. His vineyards are planted largely to Grenache, but there are several parcels devoted to white varieties. His rose is a 60/20/20 blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre; fermented and aged in cement, it offers up lovely notes of freshly cut watermelon, wild strawberries, and violets and finishes with a hint of peppery spice.

Sourced from the vines abutting the two streams that intersect on the estate, classic varieties including Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Tibouren comprise this fresh, red-fruited rosé. Pressed shortly after harvest with minimal skin contact, its pale color and bright acid make for an effortlessly drinkable and digestible wine.

100% Baga From .6 hectares of 25 year old vines planted to chalky-clay soils, the grapes are hand-harvested in early September, de-stemmed and allowed to macerate for five days. Spontaneous fermentation takes place for three weeks in stainless steel and old oak casks (650L) with temperature control. The wine spends six months aging in the same casks. Unfined and unfiltered. 100% Barbera. Brje, Vipava Valley, Slovenia 2023 This wine offers aromas of strawberry rhubarb pie, which lead to a creamy and slightly salty mouthfeel with a lingering finish. Perfect refreshment for a warm day, this wine will also pair nicely with young cheeses, charcuterie, salads, baked fish and roasted vegetables. Vipava Valley is right on the border of Slovenia, just north of the Italian port city of Trieste. The area is made up of steep hills, where the continental climate of the Alps collides with the more moderate mild Mediterranean climate from the Adriatic. Vineyards are located on steep, karst mountain tops, where the temperature is cooler and the soil contains mineral-rich marl, which makes it incredibly helpful in drainage of rainfall.

Konig Rosé 2021 Blaufrankisch, Zweigelt, St. Laurent Austria Rose, Dry, Light-Bodied, Mineral, Vibrant Salty to spicy, fish to fowl, a crisp rosé compliments almost any meal. Start with tapenade, slathered on crusty bread, then ricotta-stuffed shells in a light tomato sauce.

100% Malbec, Cahors, France This lovely sparkling pink wine comes from grapes grown on the 1st and 2nd terraces of hillsides in Lot Valley of the Cahors region of France. Harvested in the early morning to maintain freshness, they start fermenting in stainless, then are transferred to the bottle to finish their work and capture their bubbles. The mid-weight wine offers gentle bubbles, watermelon and cranberry ale notes on both the nose and the palate, and ends with a bright finish.

Grolleau (70%) Gamay (30%). Beaulieu-sur-Layon, Anjou, Loire VAlley, FR. This dry, mineral-driven Rosé is super zippy and energetic, which makes it so refreshing. Laser-focused tangy fruit mingles with bright acidity to make one impressive Rose.

100% Montepulciano D' Abruzzo DOP, IT 2021 Fresh aromas and flavors of red cherry and small red berries. Lovely acid-fruit balance with a bright, crisp, clean, floral finish. Pair with pizza, pasta, fish dishes with sauce, cheeses, meat. "The story of Azienda Agricola Tiberio rings more like a new world tale than one from the old world of the ancient lands beneath the Majella and Gran Sasso mountains in Abruzzo. At 350 meters, twenty three miles inland from the seaside city of Pescara near the hillside town of Cugnoli, Riccardo Tiberio found an old plot of Trebbiano Abruzzese vines roughly 50 years old so impressive that he decided to change his and his family’s destiny."

Hazy blood orange pink with foaming jewel-like bubbles, the aromas explode out of the glass with a riot of red currant, pomegranate and spice. The palate is fresh and juicy with a snap, crackle and pop.

One of Provences’ most widely cherished rosés, Bagnol’s Cassis is a Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Cinsault blend grown just a stone’s throw from the Mediterranean. It’s summer in a bottle — although don’t let that trick you into drinking it only during the summer months. This is a rosé that has serious capabilities to shine at the table. This wine is a tapestry of rich fruit and angular limestone minerality. It’s crisp, juicy, and has an oceanic saline touch that makes in an incredible pairing for seafood. Drink this now and drink it often.

45% Cinsault and 40% Mourvedre, with the balance split among Grenache and Carignan, the pale-iron-colored Côtes de Provence Rose is closer to Bandol-level complexity and concentration than we have yet seen from this wine—a result of the 2017 vintage’s atypical concentration. A core of sappy, glycerol red-cherry fruit anchors a firm, punchy minerality, and the finish is remarkably persistent. The vineyards that comprise this wine were, in fact, classified as Bandol AOC as recently as 2012, and this wine clearly distinguishes itself from among the vast ocean of Côtes de Provence rose by virtue of its terroir’s unique pedigree.

Ruth Lewandowski Rosé Cuvee Zero is a natural wine made from 41% Tinta Roriz, 37% Souzao, 22% Touriga Nacional from Fox Hill Vineyard. Winemaker Evan Lewandoski crafts this wine from a Portuguese varietals block at Fox Hill Vineyard in Mendocino County, California. Rosé Cuvee Zero is unfined and unfiltered. Th2023 Rosé sticks a bit closer to the OG Portuguese focused theme with all the aroma, flavor and textural signatures of these deeper red varieties we’ve come to know and love. The vast majority of the blend remains Touriga Nacional, Souzao, and Tinta Roriz, however, we peppered in a tiny bit of Sauvignon Blanc as we did last year since we received such great feedback from all of you.

Nebbiolo, Vespolina, Uva Rara. 2022 Alto Piemonte in the Municipality of Boca sub-area Garona in the Province of Novara Italy. Fruity, floral, with minerals notes with notes of fresh strawberry. Enjoy with a chill.

48% Cinsault - 33% Syrah - 19% Mourvèdre. Vineyard: Langkloof (Cinsault) - Hillside (Syrah) - Nyani (Mourvèdre) Bright magenta. The nose is awash with red currants, cherries, and strawberries with a herbal nuances and freshly ground peppercorn. On the palate, the party continues with tobacco leaves and such a pleasant tickle of tannins. Throw this bad boy in an ice bucket, grab a blanket, and head to the park.

50% Carignan, 43% Mourvèdre and 7% Cinsault. 100% whole-bunch fermented before maturation lasting 12 months in foudre. The nose has a gamey top note before red and black berries, pepper and spice while the palate is lean with sour, almost puckering acidity and powdery tannins. The ‘Holocene’ is the current geological epoch in which the world find itself. It began roughly 11,650 years ago and is characterized by rapid proliferation and the evolution of humankind. Stompie aptly named this wine ‘Holocene’ as it is man’s (his) interpretation of showcasing planted grapes from much older geological epochs, blending across three different varieties. The grapes come from three vineyards in the Paardeberg region, between Paarl and Malmesbury and one further west of Malmesbury towards Darling. The vineyards were planted between 1973 and 1984, in very wide rows and organically, dryland farmed.

100% Pinotage- Carbonically Macerated Swartland - South Africa. 2023 Grapes from a Paardeberg vineyard on granite planted in the early 2000s. Whole-bunch fermented under semi carbonic conditions for seven days before maturation in old oak barrels for five months. Extremely primary aromatics at this stage – red-berry boiled sweets come to mind. The fruit is very much to the fore on the palate to go with snappy acidity, the finish quietly persistent.”

85% Sauvignon Blanc, 15% Chenin Blanc; 2022 Loads of tropical flavors of passion fruit and melon on the nose and palate, along with a hint of citrus peel and freshly cut grass. On the lingering, balanced finish, a slight tinge of sea-salt minerality conjures up the wine's coastal origin. The bright acidity and ripe fruit flavors will complement crunchy summer salads and cheesy vegetable dishes. Neil Ellis is a South African wine industry icon and one of the early pioneers to bring quality levels up to world class standards. The winery sits 5 miles east of the town of Stellenbosch in the Jonkershoek Valley. It was founded in 1993 with the philosophy to source grapes from the top growers of the region. The eco-friendly winery produces wines from the regions of Stellenbosch, Darling, Darbanville and Elgin.

Chenin Blanc,Roussanne, Viognier & Semillon. Paarl, South Africa 2020 pure fruit of lime, grapefruit, pineapple, quince, with just a dash of honey on the nose. The palate is dense with ripe flavors and juicy with tangy peach and brie flavors, delivered with good intensity and freshness. These mouthwatering flavors linger on the palate.

100% Chenin Blanc. Swartland, South Africa 2023 This wine showcases a delicious blend of ripe stone fruit and lively citrus flavors, complemented by a subtle hint of sea salt. The palate is bright and herbaceous, and the finish is marked by a pronounced mineral-driven elegance.

75% Chenin Blanc - 25% Chardonnay A single site in the Paardeberg, South Arica 2021 The nose is a medley of peaches, hay, lemon, and subtle but unoffensive reduction. The palate continues these themes with beautiful stone fruit expressions, clear acidity, and a rustic grip. With time in the glass, this opens up quite nicely to reveal a saline finish.

100% Chenin Blanc. W.O. Swartland, South Africa. Semi-orange with a bit of skin contact. Zesty and fresh nose with aromas of apples, pears and rain soaked stones. The palate is silky, gripping texture (from the skin contact) and quite fresh with an herbal edge and pear notes reemerging. The finish is a dichotomy between a mouthful or rocks and slated fresh herbs, a touch of tannin and mouthwatering acidity.

A new custom cuvée for Eric Solomon. Coster dels Olivers is a blend of 60% Carinyena, 30% Garnatxa, and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon grown on slate soils by the Sangenis family of Porrera. A combination of younger vine fruit, a relatively cooler northwestern exposure of the vineyards, a high percentage of Carinyena, and 12 months of aging in well-seasoned French and Hungarian oak barrels, ensures a brighter and juicier style of Priorat made for immediate enjoyment.

100% Garnacha. Parra-Jimizen, Spain. 2022 Lighter-bodied, dry. Bright ruby in color with a nose of fresh crushed cassis and raspberry. Tart fruit, violets, white pepper, and a touch of terroir on the palate and finish. Serve it with a chill!

Castilla y Leon, Zamora, Spain 100% Tempranillo Tempralín comes from strains of Tempranillo and Tinta de Toro from 1974 at 800 meters above sea level on washed sand soil. Each variety is vinified separately in stainless steel, with the grapes destemmed and aged for 7 months on their lees. Like all the wines from the winery, it is bottled without filtering and without additives. The result is a medium layer wine, very fruity and friendly, with the personal stamp of the Microbodega del Alumbro, to drink by spout, as Juanjo says.

80% Tempranillo, ,10% Garnacha, 5% Mazuelo, 5% Graciano. 2016. Rioja, Spain Aged for a short period of time in American casks and then bottle. This is the type of Rioja to drink more in its youth as the fruit is primary, giving yet still emphasizing the principal grape of Rioja, Tempranillo.

100% Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo) Catalonia, Spain Annual production is 5,000 Liters. Previous vintages of UL were super classic - in that "old school" Spain/Rioja type of way. Structured, elegant, solid and straightforward. This 2020 vintage tastes more integrated, like the barrels have relaxed and the wine is a little fresher than before.

2019 was a warmer Mediterranean vintage, with above-average heat throughout the season but rainy during the harvest, which brought some relief. However, the high-altitude nature of their vineyards also provided excellent natural acidity to complement fruit intensity. The Pegaso wines are particularly on-point in the 2019 vintage, with incredible balance, freshness, and nuance, showing the varietal character and the texture provided by the granite soils. The 2019 Zeta is layered and precise, and its acidity makes it especially food-friendly.

Sierra de Gredos, Cerebod. Spain 100% Garnacha (60 year old bush trained) The 2018 Pegaso Barrancos de Pizarra was produced with Garnacha from more than 60 years old vines on slopes rich in slate. It fermented in oak and stainless steel vats and amphorae with native yeasts and aged for 24 months in 500 and 600 liter French oak barrels. This wine has a very good price-quality ratio and belongs to the top series of the wine virtuoso Telmo Rodriques. It is a sultry red wine with hints of marmalade, melted dark chocolate and a hint of lavender. The taste is smooth and harmonious with dark cherries and bitter chocolate. It is underpinned by tight tannins and a masculine finish. The wine is understated but very impressive. May continue to develop for several more years.

Valencia, Spain. 100% Garnacha A fresh, perfumed Garnacha with crunchy red fruit and touch of earth and leather.

95% Mencia, 5% additional indigenous varietals. DOC Ribiera Sacra, Galicia, Spain Guimaro (which means ‘rebel’ in local Gallego dialect) was founded in 1991 by Pedro Rodriguez, a practicing organic farmer in Galicia. The estate’s Mencia grows on very old vines that keep yields naturally low, which ultimately leads to concentrated and juicy clusters. Their entry-level Ribeira Sacra Tinto is savory and silky, marked by luscious flavors of red fruit, plums, wet earth, and sweet spice. Pair this savory wine with tacos or roast pork!

60% Mantonegro, 18% Merlot, 11% Cabernet, 6% Monastrell, 5% Callet Binissalem, Mallorca 2021 The eponymous Ca’n Verdura Negre is a friendly, crushable entry into the range of wines from the Binissalem region of Mallorca. It is meant as a warm welcome to the unpretentious island style of Mallorcan food and wine. Ca’n Verdura is a blend of primarily indigenous varieties, with old-vine international varieties sourced from different vineyards of variable age and a diversity of soils (red clay, gravel, white clay). This fragrant, Mediterranean red is medium bodied, with notes of wild red berries, citrus, fresh herbs, and exotic spices. It is fresh and energetic, with excellent texture. This wine is made with native yeast, low intervention and minimal sulfur at bottling. Production is necessarily very limited, as every bottle in this garage winery is sold each vintage.​

100% Tempranillo, Ribera Del Duero, SP. 2021. This dark-ruby wine has aromas of blackberry, cassis and herbes de Provence. Mission fig, raspberry, milk chocolate, violet and black olive paste flavors are wrapped in a layer of downy tannins that mingle with just the right amount of acidity.

Tempranillo / Garnacha / Graciano Villaescusa, Valderemelluri, El Fustal, El Rincón, Vadegarú, Cisqueros, Ruancho, and Valpardillo at 480-900m in the villages of San Vicente and Labastida. Rioja, SP 2009 2009 is among the top vintages of the decade, along with 2004 and 2005. 2009 Remelluri Reserva features aromas of wild earthy red fruit intermixed with notes of vanilla and cinnamon, and a satiny texture with round, fine-grained tannins in a classical and very well-structured style. This is a great vintage for Remelluri Reserva that is drinking well now, yet will age gracefully for another decade or more.

100% Bobal. Utriel-Requena, Spain. 2021 The Bobal grapes were harvested by hand, and the wine was fermented in concrete tanks with native yeast, then raised half in concrete and half in used American oak barrels for 8 months. It is medium bodied, ripe, with bright acidity and shows notes of damson plums, spice, and earth. Vera de Estenas is one of the most traditional producers with some of the oldest vine holdings in the region. The family’s mission is to preserve the production of wines from the local Bobal grape utilizing organic farming and traditional winemaking methods.

100% Tempranillo. Ribera del Duero, Spain. 2019 The first Balbas wine was made in the family's subway cellars. It was the origin of an exciting history that was honored in 2015 with the creation of Ancestral. A wine that is only made with grapes from exceptional vintages from Finca El Castillo. And to remember it, it is bottled in a bottle similar to the one used at the time and the engraving of the old label has been recovered. The technique has been perfected, its maturation has evolved, but the spirit, Purple red with a bright medium-high hue. Intense overripe black fruit, elegant vanilla and certain nuances of dried fruit. Fine sweet and enveloping tannins. Very subtle presence of its aging in wood that makes it an enveloping, meaty and elegant wine.

100% Giró Ros with minimal intervention. Unctuous palate with faint tannins, a chewable white. Candied apples, ripe stone fruit, hints of crushed rocks & smoke and white flowers.

Rueda DOC, Spain Single vineyard with 130 average year old vines of Verdejo. The 2020 wines are impressively fresh with balanced alcohol and aromas, a fresher, more Atlantic character, and good acidity. It was an excellent vintage for Garciarévalo.

The Gran Cerdo Blanco is an exotic blend of mainly Viura with a little Muscat, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc among others. As ever, very little information is contained on the label other than a rant on the back label aimed at the bank managers who refused to lend him money to develop his business. A delicate lemon-yellow in colour. Scents of cut grass, peaches and lemongrass. On the palate, dry with a pronouced acidity leading to a short and refreshing finish. Great with grilled asparagus, squid cooked in its own ink or a fish stew.

JAG’s minerality-driven cuvée Unculín Blanco is a blend of 70% godello and 30% doña blanca from vineyards planted from 1920 to 1940 at 500m to 550m in the village of Valtuille de Abajo, making it a Valtuille Vino de Villa designated wine that gives Premier Cru Chablis a run for its money. JAG is defined by small production, very low yields, artisanal methods, and minimal intervention, yielding complex, elegant, delicious wines among the finest in Bierzo.

Slight yellow greenish colour. Seductive scent of spring, white flowers and fresh tropical fruit. In the mouth nice and long, leaving a slight acidity that gives a feeling of freshness that results in an increased potential retronasal aroma.

80% Viura / 20% Malvasia Zuri (which means white in Basque, the native language of the Monje family) is a fresh, mineral-driven, unoaked Rioja Blanco from traditional Rioja grapes: 80% viura & 20% malvasia that expresses the mountain vineyards of the Alavesa region. The grapes for Zuri come mainly from vineyards near the village of Elciego, planted in well-drained, sandy-calcareous clay soil. Zuri is crisp, but substantive, fruity, yet dry and minerally – a complete and satisfying medium-bodied white wine designed to pair well with food and remain crushable by the glass.

95% Tempranillo 5% Viura. Rioja Alavesa, SP. 2023 Luberri Orlegi is the reference point for traditional, lighter-bodied, fruit-forward wines of Rioja Alavesa. Orlegi is produced from two estate vineyards: tempranillo from El Cuento at 415m and viura from Cuatroencias at 500m. Orlegi combines whole-cluster fermentation and standard fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel to emphasize the fruit. The resulting wine is classic, fresh, and food-friendly. Vintage: 2021 Varietals: Loureiro Farming: Organic/Biodynamic, Unfined/Unfiltered, No added SO2 Bright refreshing summer citrus notes with high acidity! Think grapefruit-lemonade carbonation overload. Palate quenching on any day with sun! Grapes were placed on 20kg boxes and taken to Bojo do Luar cellar, 7km away, by a small pickup truck, in which only 38 boxes could fit at a time. Hence, the inspiration for the name of the wine. Upon arrival, the grapes were destemmed and moved into "ta/has" (100-year­old, 1.l00L amphoras) and stomped by foot. To each amphora, 1kg of ground chestnut flowers was added and immediately mixed into the mass. Before fermentation was completed, with around 15g/l of residual sugar left, the mass was pressed and the wine was bottled, unfiltered with no added S02.

100% Glera Valdobbiadene, Veneto, IT. 2022 Airy and wickedly fresh, the 2022 Extra Brut Valdobbiadene Rive di Collalto lifts from the glass with a smoky blend of crushed apples and dusty dried flowers. This is quite mineral in style with a reverberation of zesty acidity, showing citrus-tinged pit fruits and sweet spice hints. It tapers off with admirable length and potent, leaving Granny Smith and candied lime notes to fade slowly.

A lively naturally pet-nat, this 2021 is expression of Moscatel d'Alexandria, with a bit of Corinto and Torrontés from the south of Chile, is bursting with aroma; notes of bright, tropical flowers, mango, and gardenia on the palate it's crisp and refreshing with tangy citrus notes.

100% Viognier The wine has zero sulfur added, leaving a slightly bubbled, rich and chewy petulant natural with notes of dusty peachy and stone fruit .

Somewhere between red and pink, very lightly sparkling, high-toned, bramble. Poppysmic comes from the Latin poppysma. It refers to the sounds produced by smacking the lips. Perhaps in satisfaction, perhaps in admonishment. Fitting for this wayward wine. This one was destined to be an elegant pet nat rose. A serious sparkler. Then the ferment stopped at 2 brix. Rather than put it in the bottle and hope, I held it in tank until the spring, when I decided to blend it with a small lot of clay-aged Cab from the same vineyard. The ferment did pick up a bit with the blending and the warm weather, but there was still a fair amount of RS. It felt important to capture the primary freshness of this fruit, so into bottle and under crown cap it went. Now the hope kicked in. Thankfully, the wine complied. A couple months in bottle, and it began to develop a very slight natural carbonation, and the wine snapped into balance.Serve chilled

A lot of blue fruit dominates the nose. It is bottled as a frizzante wine at 3 atmospheres of pressure.

The Millesimato has the bright intensity and definition of the highest caliber sparkling wine. A Pinot Noir (~80%) and Chardonnay (~20%) blend, this wine is hand-riddled in the cellar where it ages nearly 5 years before release. In the mouth, it is creamy and rich with fine, soft beading. Cocai is a typical Italian frizzante, techinically a Lambrusco rosè, obtained from the first soft pressing of Lambrusco Marani grape variety. The soft pressing allows to extract only the finest aromas, and immediately separating the must from the skins makes sure to extract little color and keep it clearer. The name refers to "Al Cocài", in the Mantua area, is the cork used to close wine bottles. We recommend drinking Cocai for your aperitifs, with fresh, summer dishes, salads, cold rice or spelled salads, grilled fish, mixed fried foods or to make an excellent sangria.

80% Pecorino 20% Chardonnay Lemon, Grapefruit, Green Apple Conceived from child bedtime warnings in the Old World, Il Mostro draws on the inspiration of single vineyard, responsibly farmed grapes and a deft touch in the cellar of Poggio Anima and takes it a step further. The inaugural releases hail from certified organically farmed fruit from fruit hillside plantings in Abruzzo. The Twines are ancestral method sparkling wines with fermentation finishing in bottle and the offerings highlighting the bright fruit flavors and salinity this estate in Chieti demonstrates.

Lulu’s chenin blanc vineyard now 13 years old is on quite a steep, east facing block. The pet nat is produced from the vines at the bottom of the slope where there is more natural water and the grapes are fatter and jucier. The grapes are pressed and fermented in tank and bottled at 6g/L residual sugar which is then allowed to ferment in bottle to dry and enjoy!

80% Sagrantino - 20% Vermentino Victoria - Australia Umbria meets Murray Darling in this savory pét-nat. With lovely herbal undertones and bright red fruits like watermelon and pomegranate, this vintage has slightly less of a bite than previous vintages. It remains a wine of lovely texture, with Sagrantino and Vermentino conjugated by a delicate thread of acid.

This is an ancestral method sparkler reminiscent of a col-fondo prosecco though with markedly more depth - rich, aromatic, bright and fresh - a perfect aperitif from natural wine originals. A sparkler with a dense, creamy mousse, and a light, crisp bubble. Strong minerality mingles with pink lady apple, bartlett pear and golden kiwi. A thirst quencher for when the heat starts to rise but you don’t quite have the energy to install your AC unit. Recommended musical accompaniment: Gaga’s Chromatica.

Provence, FR. Mead Lavender Honey This mead was made by taking lavender honey made by a friend of Aurélien’s on the Valensole Plateau in Provence and diluting it in water from an underground source in Aurélien’s village of Montpeyroux in Languedoc. Aurélien then adds less than 1% of white grape must to get the fermentation going. The fermentation typically last 3 to 4 weeks. The mead is not filtered nor fined, and no sulfites are added at any stage. This mead would pair well with many different desserts, but also with foie gras or a cheese course. It works especially well with hard goat cheese.

The ‘Pink Gold’ is a tart, zippy pet'nat of Trollinger is the gold standard (pun intended) for mouth-wateringly fresh glou glou juice that will sustain you through the end of summer. Made in a pet’nat style, the wine is spontaneously fermented and carbonation occurs naturally in bottle. A cuvée of 46 % Xarel.lo, 36 % Macabeo and 18 % Perelada with grapes from the chalky soils of the Bitlles Valley. Just 28 hl/ha were harvested. On the palate, the more than 69 months matured wine shows Terrers a fine perlage and a complex, multi-faceted interplay of freshly cut lemons, a little oxidized apple, again almonds and salty minerality. What's particularly impressive is the acidity, cool presence and mineral freshness of this bang-dry cava. A delcious new Pet Nat from Sylvere & Mathilde Trichard. Now farming 7 hectares of their own, the Rosé is from a newer parcel that finished organic conversion in 2021. From 100% Gamay, it’s light and refreshing at 11.5% and brimming with crunchy citrus and wild strawberry aromas, mouth-watering acidity and plenty of effervescence. Sylvère Trichard took over his Grandmother’s four hectares of vines near the Beaujolais commune of Blacé in 2012. Along with his partner Mathilde Sothier, the pair work with biodynamic principles in mind, in accordance with the lunar calendar; but not pursuing strict certification. Vines are between 20 to 80 years old and planted on sandy clay soils over granite.

PetNat Amiami Vice 2022 is a modern style Burgundy pét-nat that’s hazy in colour and surprising in its lush fruitiness. Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc blended together, with the first couple spending a few days of skin contact maceration, resulting in a pinkish, kind of funky sparkle wonder. Think of a blurry eyed, late summer hazed day, spent fading in and out of napping & snacking. Pair with Wednesday night’s assorted charcuterie & medium-funky cheeses.

Natural is taking off again in Beaujolais, and the community is pushing its progress forward at speed. Certified organic since 2011, Louis Clément David Beaupère (Clément) made this playful little thing from bush vines rooted determinedly in granite and sand. Super slow fermented, un-disgorged and super classy, lap up strawberry and peach, a little creamy texture and lemon-infused minerality.

100% Tempranillo, Ribera Del Duero, SP. 2021 The Erial TF, which stands for Tradition Familia, comes from 80-year-old Tinto Fino vines, as the Tempranillo is called in the Ribera del Duero. This complex and profound red wine matured for eighteen months in 85% French and 15% American barriques. This wine is the top product from Bodegas Epifanio Rivera. The color of the Tradition Familia Erial is dark red with a violet tint. The scent is open and reminiscent of ripe dark berries, plums and figs, as well as notes of vanilla, pepper and ink. On the palate it impresses with its concentration and excellent balance; the tannins are ripe and give the wine a wonderful bite.

Obtained from the typical Grasparossa and Grechetto gentile grapes harvested promptly by hand in the hilly vineyards of the property, and thanks to the slow sparkling process, this brut rosé sparkling wine is characterized by a delicate and fragrant fruity fragrance and a fresh and savory taste.

Upon arrival, the grapes were destemmed and moved into "ta/has" (100-year-old, 1.l00L amphoras) and stumped by foot. To each amphora, 1kg of ground chestnut flowers was added and immediately mixed into the mass. The fermentation of the Espadeiro started spontaneously after three days and continued slowly for three weeks. Before it was completed, with around 18g/l of residual sugar left, the mass was pressed, blended with 20% of the Loureiro (Lou 38) and bottled, unfiltered with S02 added at bottling (30ppm)

Avinyo is grower producer Cava, and unlike some of their neighbors they proudly market themselves as Cava. They only make wines from their own vineyards, which they farm organically. La Ticota is Avinyo’s oldest single vineyard. This is a wine that is only made in the best of vintages.
