PLEASE NOTE - our roastery is not open to the public at this time. Our entire menu of freshly roasted coffees can be ordered on our website and conveniently ships via UPS or USPS. Our roastery and training lab are available exclusively to our wholesale partners for barista training, calibration, and menu development. Parlor was founded in 2012 in the back of a barbershop with a single-group espresso machine and a dream to roast New York’s finest coffee. Today we supply coffee to cafés, restaurants, and home brewers across the globe from our roastery on the edge of the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
