  • The Beers

    • American Stout (On Tap)

Details: Alc. 6.5% / IBUs 30; 16 oz serving. Creamy, Med-Body beer with coffee and chocolate notes. The finish has a nice sweetness to it, without the typical Irish Dryness. The aroma is rich, and the bitterness is mild.
    • IPA (On Tap)

Details: Alc. 8.5% / IBUs 60; 14 oz serving. A special style of pale ale that has high hop bitterness, medium to high hop flavor and aroma and a higher alcohol content. Originally brewed in England for the long trip to India. High hops were added for preservation. An IPA should have a medium body, medium maltiness with evident alcohol. It can have fruity or estery notes, yet the diacetyl should be low. Often paler than that of classic British Pale Ale, medium gold to light orange-copper.
    • Blonde (On Tap)

Details: Alc. 5.5% / IBUs 22; 16 oz serving. One of the most approachable styles, a golden or blonde ale is an easy-drinking beer that is visually appealing and has no particularly dominating malt or hop characteristics. PCBC Blonde has a light body with a smooth and simple finish. Our version of this American classic is very drinkable.
    • Hefeweizen (On Tap April 14)

Details: Alc. 4.5% // IBUs 25; 20 oz serving. This beer has a low to medium body and is brewed with up to 50% unmalted wheat, malted barley, and maybe oats. It is stronger and maltier than Berlin Weiss but not as acidic. Wit is tangy and sharply refreshing with hints of orange, honey, and even muscat. They typically have a full yellow-white color and sport very white heads. Coriander seed, Curacao orange peel, Hallertauer and/or Saaz may all be used. Low to medium bitterness.
