They use horribly old and dry bread. Too much bread, and not enough meat/veggies. Menu size small. Two small chicken pieces in half the sandwich... Come on...

Not worth the price! The food wasn’t terrible but wasn’t great. Most of the cheese ended up on the wrapper. Portion sizes are small. Order your steak and cheese from a local sub shop not a virtual restaurant using bertuccis.
