Paragon (Permanently Closed)

The ambiance here is wonderful. We love doing brunch here with the live jazz trio playing on the weekends. It's such a great way to start the weekend. The food is phenomenal, from the immaculate presentation to the perfect textures, and of course the flavor combinations are incredible. This is very clearly created by an executive chef with a lot of experience.

No more dinner service? Say it ain't so! We have had lovely times for brunch and dinner at Paragon. The Valentine's Day dinner event was excellent this year. I hope Markuz and Dean will still have at least the occasional dinner event. Food has never disappointed. The menu is short and delicious, the dining room quite intimate, Markuz does an awesome job as host, what else needs to be said?

My friend and I stopped in for brunch / lunch on a Friday afternoon and were invited in. We had no real plan so figured why not? We were both impressed by the team members, food, drinks, and easygoing vibe. Megan is a fantastic server and quickly grabbed us some whiskey drinks, which were great. Chicken club and Paragon burger both exceeded expectations. We'll be back!

Beautiful atmosphere and top service Also very good value for the quality and experience. Brunch was delicious. I loved the honey gem salad! The only thing I didn't love was the mimosa flight, but that's just personal taste. I didn't like the grapefruit or watermelon, but the orange was good and the yuzu was incredible. I also really loved the French toast bites. They were crunchy and not what I was expecting, but really delicious. The truffle fries were ehh. Not my favorite, but only because the truffle flavor wasn't strong and the potatoes were a little soft in the middle. Not bad at all, just not my taste. Seating is very comfortable and the atmosphere is lovely. All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Even though not everything about the meal was perfect, they went above and beyond to make it a 5 star experience. I would definitely come back for brunch!
