Food was good, Service a bit slow.. Atmosphere was also OK

I recently visited Paradise Biryani, and it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The service was abysmal from start to finish. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive, making us wait endlessly before even acknowledging our presence. When they finally did, it was with a lackluster attitude that made us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. As for the biryani, it was merely mediocre. The flavors were bland, and the rice was either undercooked or overcooked, varying with each bite. The meat was dry and lacked any distinct taste. It was as if they put minimal effort into the preparation, resulting in a dish that was far from the rich, aromatic biryani I was expecting. Adding to the disappointment, they charged an outrageous ₹60 for a bottle of water. This seemed excessive and added to the overall sense of being overcharged for a subpar experience. Overall, my visit to Paradise Biryani was a regrettable one. The lack of good service and the subpar food quality made it an experience I would not wish to repeat. I certainly do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a satisfying meal.
