Extremely slow service, called my order in 10 mins before I arrived. Took them 20 mins to serve me a thing of bread sticks.

The food is amazing. The customer service on the phone is great. It’s hard to find good friendly people now days but Papas pizza excelled in this area!! I called and spoke with Katie (I think was her name) she was so nice.

It seems like every time we order it takes longer for the pizza to arrive. Tonight we waited 1.5 hours for completely cold pizza - very disappointing. We live 10 min away so I guess if we want it we have to go pick it up.
