Papa's Ice Cream & Treats

They have the toffee crunch and butter pecan swapped in the case. Ordered toffee crunch, got butter pecan. I didn't care, I like both, but I was worried they'd give the wrong ice cream to someone with a nut allergy. So, I went in to let them know... and they wanted to fight with me about it. Guy at the counter points to the Butter Pecan (it's yellow) and says "that's toffee", then points to the darker ice cream right above it with obvious toffee pieces in it and says " that's butter pecan". I decided to do a Keanu and just wish him a nice day, but if you go here, and you have nut allergies, check your ice cream to be sure it's right before you take a bite. Dietary restrictions: Check for nuts even if you didn't order them.

10/10 Prices were good for how much you get. The staff was super friendly while helping my kids pick the shakes they wanted to try. The kids also loved the little Lego wall up stairs. Over all a great experience! Kid-friendliness: The lady who helped us showed us that there was a little menu we could hold to look at and she waited patiently with a smile while each kids pick out what shake they wanted to try.

Fun experience overall! If you are crowd shy or have anxiety, the weekend may not be ideal. It's very difficult to order here as well with crowds & there's no good way to line up. Would have loved more menu access overall to be able to study the menu some. That being said-staff is super friendly & answer any questions well to make up for it. Dietary restrictions: Not the place for any restrictions. More high cal novelty place to go for special occasions & sharing. It did not disappoint! Loved the ice cream and different flavored cones! The Ice Cream Nachos are a must to share.

We love this place. The gals are always so sweet and helpful. The ice cream is great! I love that we can sample a couple before we buy the one we want. The place is super cute and quaint!
