Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Got home and the meatballs we got were moldy. Attempted to cal the store to get a refund and no one would answer. Have called 6 times.

Absolutely a terrible experience today. Ordered 3 thin crust pizzas. Should have checked them before I left but I didn’t. One of the pizzas had the skimpiest of toppings it was dreadful and sad. We cooked the 1st one and it was just fine. Cooked the 2nd and the top was more than over done going on burnt and the crust was almost see through and super flimsy and undercooked. I took the cooked pizza and the skimpy topping pizza back. They remade the 1st one but on reg crust because apparently they were out of thin at 6:15pm. The kid was nice and added some more toppings and apologized. Went home cooked the Hawaiian now on regular crust and it was good. We then cooked the veggie on thin and no kidding the same thing happened. So now I am headed back for the 2nd time and now it’s after 7pm and I just want a return as I am not even hungry anymore. The “lady” now at the counter who said she was the manager refused me a refund and offered me 50% off the next time I order. It was a $22 pizza and I spent $50 on all 3 so no thank you. She then said I must have done something wrong as this never happens. She said even if they had a thin crust she wouldn’t remake it on one for me because I would probably bring it back ‍♀️. We did exchange some words as I couldn’t believe this was being turned on me. She then refused to help me and while I was the only one in the store proceeded to make me wait 5min while her co worker finished his break. Then while he remade my pizza on the regular crust she was banging and slamming things around like a you wouldn’t believe. It was so loud in the shop, if another customer would have walked in at that time they would have been shocked at what was happening. I do not understand when 2 of my 3 pizzas were completely trash how I could not at least get a refund on the last one I took back. Store policy is no refunds and that is outrageous. Thank you Lynnwood Papa Murphy’s for screwing up our dinner very badly and having my kids be very hangry. We will never purchase from this franchise again.

It’s the season to not put in bad reviews I felt bad so I won’t be specific at least but

The tray the instructions say to cook the pizza on catching on fire isn’t nearly as frustrating as no one answering the phone. Now I’m out the money, dinner and left with a distinct impression this establishment could care less about paying customers or the level of service they provide.

Week old bread pizza and cheese bread taste like yeast tossed dinner in the trash very disappointed in this store very run down and needs to be shut down

Why for the past few months every time I try to go in and use my EBT card. They tell me that the card reader is down and I have to pay cash. Something seems off.

Their machine was down so I tried paying with a $100. They told me they wouldn’t take it, and needed $20’s so I asked them if I could place the order still and go next door to get change and they wouldn’t place my order. If I would’ve called in they would’ve taken my order but they weren’t answering their phone. They take phone orders but wouldn’t take my order in person? Ridiculous.

Update. Monkey bread is a rip off. Pic included This location has really taken a dive lately. Last few times I've ordered they can't even get all of the dough in the pan and there's absolutely no consistency in the amount of toppings.

I'm really surprised, confused tho because not one person that has direct contact with food is wearing the proper hair nets or beard nets. I'm happy to see them wearing gloves at least! What happened?, did everyone forget what we went through with covid?? Geez people...Please be thoughtful about how workers are trained and you working, please do what is right. Also I just lowered PM to a 1 star. Dude didn't call peoples name when their pizza is done. I sat in there with eight(8) other people while pizzas are piling up without names being called!! Thought they were online orders. This store is crazy. Why would you let someone sit there? I looked at the pizzas stacked up and mine was there but made wrong. Chicken bacon ranch dosnt have artichoke or spinach so I sat there longer. Look, I know the people there work hard but listen, it shouldn't take 30 minutes to make a walk in order. 30 min + an extra 10 min waiting because this guy said he didn't know the names when the other guy said the name is on the ticket.

A month ago I ordered pizza. We always order it with extra pepperoni. Well when we recieved it...there was no extra pepperoni. I called the store and the lady took my info. Apologized for the mistake and that they would remake it for us. When I called to have the pizza remade they couldn't find my information and I was treated like I was making it up. So I hung up. I was giving this store the opportunity to make their wrong a right and they most definitely didn't want to make it right. 4 minutes later I recieved a call back and they found my information and it was for 5 dollars off. I was told the pizza would be remade. Then the man on the phone started talking to other people and ignoring me. Why call me back if you're not going to make it right? And why call me if you're to busy to talk with me? Just don't do what I did if you go here. If the pizza is wrong don't call amd tell them drive it back and have them fix it then.
