We ordered a pizz & it was basically uncooked. We had to put it in the oven for 20 min just to make it edible. I used to love papa John's the quality has really dropped

Not sure if this location is under new management but everything has gone downhill since I ordered a while back. Phoned in an order only to have to wait even longer because they never put it in. Inside the workers are touching food with their hands while also touching other items such as the computer, trays, machines. The pies weren't worth the extra wait either. Dried out and flavorless. Better off h3ating up a Digornio for fraction of the price.
