Papa Johns Pizza

Very overpriced pizza (I paid $20 for a medium/large 8 slice 14” pizza). Toppings were sparse. My green pepper in the box had a bite out of it? Ewwww And $10 for chicken tenders? Are you kidding me! I paid $10 for 10 small popcorn chicken balls with some funky ketchup on it! So not worth it!! And the customer service! Don’t get me started!! I had an Online order via the App. Arrived to pick it up, and your only staff member was on the phone. I waited. He ended the call, hung up, and said to me “just wait”! I could see my order sitting there. He dashed back to the kitchen to get something out of the oven. He cut it, packaged it up and gave it to the guy waiting behind me?? In total- I waited at least 5 minutes for my order. He finally looks at me and acknowledges me. I tell him it’s an online order. He grabs my box and says “ Here you go!”… and rushes back to the kitchen. If your Saturday nights are busy…. Perhaps 2 -3 staff members are in order???

I usually don’t write reviews for these things but the food was mid, my partner ordered buy one get one free for a party and both times you guys just didn’t make all of the pizzas only the one set of pizzas even though we paid for more than just the one BOGO. Multiple times you only made the one type of pizza and skipped the others. I don’t know if you guys see it differently in store but cmon. Will not be ordering from here again. First it seemed like a mistake and the second time just seemed intentional, everything after that just taught me a lesson. Don’t offer the buy one get one if you’re not going to do them properly on your apps

SOLD US EXPIRED DIPS!!!!!!!, PIZZA WAS CRAP STAY AWAY...FOOD IS NO GOOD ALL THE FOOD TASTED STALE AND OLD.... STAY AWAY

We ordered from this location and it has gone downhill. The boneless chicken bites tasted like curry, and not tossed in sauce, and provided expired dip. We then paid for stuffed crust, but they called saying they didn't have any so they gave garlic parmesan crust saying the cost is the same. Then the Philly cheese steak premium pizza had mostly onion and green pepper with little meat. What did we pay for? This is beyond the worse pizza order we've ever had. Be aware before you waste money.

I’ve grabbed pizzas from here a few times. Great service and good pizzas! Whoever he was making pizzas tonight made the best poppa johns pie I’ve had! Good enough I came and edited this review! The garlic dipping sauce from poppa johns can’t be beat.

Probably the best pizza I've ever had. 100% my go-to for pizza, tastes very high quality, especially the sauce, and a great deal with their 50% menu pizza's sun-wed
