Great pizza that was prepared quickly and accurately. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be getting more pizzas from here in the future.
Great pizza and friendly staff
They messed up the order and lie about it, saying that’s what you ordered!!!! Zero customer service to handle their mistake. Not surprised with the bad reviews they have.
Poorly managed with rude employees and deficient processes. Could fill a couple of paragraphs with my experience but they are not worth the time.
Just picked up carryout and left store kn a better mood then when I came in. Two gentleman working were so nice and courteous. A smile goes along way! Thank you ☺️
I realize they were busy on a Friday night. It appears like the pizza was ran through the oven pretty fast. The flavor was good. I had to cook it longer in the oven when I got home. You just can’t get good pizza in this town.
Perhaps limited to this one night I was there, but it was super disorganized. The time estimate given when ordering wasn't even close. I arrived 5 after the pizza was expected to be ready and it seems like it wasn't even started. Main woman at desk (manager?) said she'd gotten so busy she didn't have time to adjust the backlog estimate, which to me just rings ineptitude because that's *why* stores get overwhelmingly busy when customers don't have accurate info). They had a bunch of boxes they were trying to find the labels for. The staff were nice enough, it just wasn't being effectively run and I ended having to wait like 20 minutes in the store even though I'd specifically times my arrival so I wouldn't have to wait at all. The pizza itself was Ok. Standard Papa Johns pizza. The pizza certainly didn't stand out enough to justify ordering from the company again when just as tasty options exist from their nearby peer competitors from stores that don't waste my time and are more effectively run ( Domino's and Marco's come immediately to mind)
Great pizza! Good service. Dirty floor with flour all over the place as you walked in. Grab a broom people! Takes 60 seconds to sweep a floor that size. But the pizza was very good and the breadsticks were not burned as they very often are. Good but just not a fantastic experience. And for a meal these days…‘pizza is DEFINITELY one of the cheapest meals you can get! Dietary restrictions: I have to say, I think they would really try to accommodate anything as far as dietary restrictions are concerned. I say I think because I don’t know from practical experience, but I really feel like they want you to have a good piece of pizza. Parking: No handicap parking unless you just really want to walk 2 or 3 or 4 times as far as a regular parking spot. Wheelchair accessibility: Not really wheelchair accessible unless, again, you really don’t mind walking a country mile to find the handicap spots.
