Pizza is great service is the worst. Do i want to put up with the stress of getting a great pizza....not really

Long wait times. Service is not like it use to be.

Don’t waste your money

Ordered a cheese and a sausage pizza and buffalo wings. One pizza was burned and the other was ok but not cut well. Wings weren't crispy at all, just underwhelming for the price. Order was slow to deliver as well I think they're understaffed for drivers. There are better pizza options so wouldn't recommend this location.

After waiting an hour for them to remake a pizza three times just so I could leave and get home in time for one of them to be barely warm. I called Papa Johns customer care team gave them all of the details about my experience. Never heard back from the store or any leader ship. Submitted another complaint about the order several days later, since they’re supposed to contact you within 48 hours. never heard anything again. Finally called again. Almost 2 weeks later just to find out, the store had resolved my issue without ever calling me and telling me they wanted to give me a free pizza. Needless to say, I had them delete my account. And will not be doing any future business with Papa Johns. They want the customer to do all of the footwork when it comes to having any issues, resolved rather than handling any of it themselves.

Ordered a large bbq bacon pizza and when I opened the box it had no cheese. The crust was almost burnt and not cut. The cheese sticks had very little cheese, and not cut. This will be the last time I order from there. It would be different if this were the first time, but its not. It's worth it to drive alittle and have a quality product. Also edited to say: I did contact the store and all the phone did was ring. I submitted 2 customer complaints, and not only did they not contact me by email as requested, when I called the corporate # they lied and said they had and that they "submitted a refund". Mind you, I paid cash. Even the call center employee was baffled. BTW, all they will do is resubmit it to the same store, so don't waste your time with this location at all. Bad management, bad company as a whole. Never again.

Every time we order a pizza, it's half mushroom/half sausage and hamburger. They are always greedy with the mushrooms I don't get it. But tonight did me in. I will probably never order from this location again. I open the box and there is a total of 5 mushrooms on my half of the pizza. And they were all on 2 pieces. The rest was just cheese. Get it together, guys. It's not that hard
