I want a full refund. The pizza was nothing like I ordered and the store manager was insulting and ignorant! The order was 2X pepperoni, bacon and onion. I got 9-10 slices of pepperoni, a few crumbs of bacon and onions. An onion pizza for $30.00! Your counter clerk said they had to put less pepperoni and bacon because there were four items. I replied that was insane I paid for those items! The manager came to his rescue and told me the toppings sank below the cheese. Genius! When I got home there were no sunken toppings so I called her. Here response was the pizza was as ordered and hung up on me! I want a full refund . YOUR MANAGER NEEDS ADDITIONAL TRAINING!!!!!!!
The manager with the green hair has the worst attitude ever and literally suffers from a severe case of RBF. The worst papa John’s ever, this location is especially disgusting!
I just went to pick up pizza for my pregnant wife, and the woman with green hair gives me the dirtiest look humanly possible because I want to do a split pay. Do you have to give someone such a horrible attitude....
Absolute worst experience ever. 25 minutes before anyone even said hi to the 8 customers waiting. Then I told them the name on my order and he just walked back to the back of the building. All while the one who seemed in charge was complaining about ever call a customer made. Will never be coming here again. Took over an hour after my “arrive by time”.
1st time ordering and everything was excellent! Online ordering was easy too. Ordered a pizza with 2 split toppings and the Italian Feast....delish!

Pizza arrived cold estimated time of arrival was 30 minutes ended up taking an hour and a half called the store for some type of compensation the manager refused to let me speak spoke over me cussed me out and hung up
if i could give a zero i would, worth costumer service i had seen in my life, an elderly lady wanted to place an order and this girl emplyee, denide to help her and rudely routed her to use the web to place the order, the lady asked for a menu and she denided as well cause papajohns has gone paperless and the monitor were turned off cause the menu’s were outdated, i helped the lady to check on my phone the menu and when she decided what to get, the girl refused to take the walking order
