Papa Johns Pizza

Very disappointed . a few weeks ago I ordered and waited almost three hours for a a couple of pizzas to arrive when I live less than a mile away. I called them after an hour and was told the pizza were in the oven but still ended up waiting almost another two hours. When they arrived it was cold and the bottle of drink was missing. Not as terrible as it should been as I we gave up and ended up ordering a curry which arrived and was eaten before papa showed up. I wasted my money but learnt a lesson when ordering pizza, don’t order from a pizza chain. Never ever again. P.S I did log a complaint through the PJ website to be told to contact the outlet directly. I am not prepared to get into direct conflict, I just wanted acknowledgement that the matter was being looked at. very disappointed

We have ordered 2 xxl pizzas. And received cold and dry !! And we are around the corner. Disappointed!!!

Really good food and good staff. Sofia (Sophia) handled an error we had with our order so swiftly and professionally. Removes any anxiety ordering from here again. This member is a credit to the team. Thanks!

Never really had an issue with them to be honest on 1 rare occasion my pizza was slightly cold but considering I've been using these for pizza delivery for last 4 years 99% satisfied and good pizzas

Denied having order when I called and asked why it had taken over an hour and a half then it arrived freezing cold to a neighbour 5 minutes later - very poor service
