Papa Johns Pizza

This is my second time coming to this location - last year and now this year. Looks like it is under new ownership/management. I ordered a calzone sausage pizza. The sausage tasted different than what I'm used to. I'm not sure what changed. I used ranch dressing to help with the flavor. Not sure if I'll order from here again.

The pizza, dessert, and sides were good. Delivery driver was rude and condescending. He pounded on my door like he was the cops. Then asked if I ordered food. When I said yes he asked my name and told me he tried to call me. I replied I was in class. Then said he texted and called. I told him again I am in my online class. He proceeded to tell me I need to answer my phone when someone calls, and told me to take my pizza as he held open the bag. Seriously I spent $71. I can easily go somewhere else. Please train your drivers this isn’t how to treat people. Do better.

I ordered a large pizza. 3 slices of pizza didn't even have cheese on them. I ordered original crust and got flat bread. Whoever boxed this pizza saw how it looked and still decided to seal it and give it to me. This was my first time ordering from this location and my last!!!

I received a notification at 5:05 p.m saying my order was ready. I was already in the parking lot so I headed into the store, only to find out my order was NOT ready. My order had in fact been given to another customer (which the employees did not bother to tell me, I overheard them talking). I was told my order would be ready in 5 minutes, which it was NOT. While I was waiting for my order I witnessed many things going wrong in the store. 1. The employee taking phone orders kept inputting the wrong information 2. My order was given to the wrong person 3. Another customers order was wrong 4. Customers were not being greeted properly 5. An employee dropped a pizza box on the floor and picked it up to put a customers order inside. I was disgusted! I did not walk out of the store with my order until 5:28 p.m. I understand that things happen and it was a busy time of day, but these types of errors/mistakes could be avoided if more attention was being paid.

I must say this one the best and cleanest Papa John's u can visit! First time there today, I was very impressed, mainly because the young man they have in there is really nice, CLEAN and professional! He washed his hands before going back to make pizzas, after walking around the store prepping! And yes for that, they DESERVE FIVE STARS! I've been to many pizza places, never seen that done, I would either have to ask them to wash their hands, or out the door I go! So young man, u keep up the good work and KEEP doing what, YOU DO! I believe u do know who I am, trust me I will be back soon!

Ordered a pepperoni pizza that tasted a little off…maybe spoiled pepperoni?? So called the store and they graciously sent another…but the driver came to the door swinging the pizza bag at his feet. He struggled to get it out the bag and I said why would you carry the pizza like that? I stood on my porch and opened it front of him and he said “this is how they gave it to me”….I threw it right in the trash after I took this picture. Never again.
