Papa Johns Pizza

Taking orders but dont have a working phone. A month later they are still down. Call customer care and they are useless.

Order for delivery online. Quoted price was $23.18. When they delivered my pizza it was $44 and some change. when I open the pizza it was dry look like it had been sitting and barely any cheese on the pizza at all. They would not come back and get their pizza that they had dropped off. I had to waste my time to come bring back the pizza so I could be refunded my money not even a I am sorry for anything from management. I showed her the beach and he said oh it looks good.. it looks absolutely horrible. Stop cutting cost on your pizza. Making supplies as you were already cut. It cost when you outsource your calls to India maybe if you would answer your phone to locally there would not be a problem with the pricing difference and I’m sure you having tons of other problems as well.. I will never purchase from Papa John’s again

Not going here again. Second time I got large bubbles on my pizza. And one slice doesn't have any cheese, sauce or meat.

I have never been this angry about a food order EVER! I placed an order everything went through at 3:18pm 1/20/24 estimated delivery was 3:45-4:05pm. About 4:40pm nothing all the trackers says is out for delivery, with a time that just kept updating to a longer time. I called the Buckeye store and was told DoorDash had picked up my order at 4:10pm. Called DoorDash they got no answer from the dasher. At 5pm I called the papa John’s again they had no answers and basically disregarded me, so I cancelled the order at this point it’s 5:10pm. I made an additional call to DoorDash because I wanted to know what happened spent 30 minutes on the phone and was told the dasher was at the store and was denied because the order was cancelled this was at 5:30pm. This entire experience was ridiculous and completely unacceptable. To wait 2 hours for a pizza order and nothing. We will definitely be 86ing Papa John’s from now on.

Two hours to get a pizza deliver, it got here cold and tasted bad Manager refuses to answer the phone, they just hang up on you terrible service

I ordered 2 pizzas for my wife my son and I they were delivered and I opened the box and there was a pepper chinni that was bit in half!! I been trying to call and speak to someone but no one will answer that is a major health violation. I will be reporting the to the health inspector.

Wrong pizza was delivered. The store never answered the phone. I had to walk into the store the next day for a refund.

Completely screwed up our order and overcharged us on top of it. Never again I hope this placed fails soon do we can get a new owner.

Got a text saying my pizza was on the way at 1921. Pizza arrived at 2010 cold. The heat bags can only do so much. Quick edit, I only blame management there. Either they haven't trimmed the fat with inefficient workers or the people are overwhelmed and need help or possibly both.

Makes me never want to order papa John’s again. Outrageously priced cold pizza with grease saturated crust.
