I'm not knocking Papa John's in general.. but this location absolutely sucks!!!! Wouldn't come back to this location even if they paid me..
Ordered days Ahead of time. order never showed up. Then tried to call and no one picked up the phone for the check your order or the talk to a manager. Even called and hit place an order the person that picked up was not at this location and also tried repeatedly to call them with no answer. When I call to get a refund they tell me they subcontracted the delivery to door dash and it was delivered. We'll I can assure you that is 100% not true as I had a team of people wanting for it. I then, after not even being able to get anyone to pick up the phone, had to order from another place. The food, which was supposed to arrive at 5, showed up to the building at 8:15 from a different pizza place. NEVER AGAIN FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!!
I've been their customer since 2005 and can't complain a bit. Always great service, going over and beyond when it comes to delivery, they even call if it's a delay. At pick-up, if an order is mixed up, I always get a new pizza for free. And ALWAYS ask me if I need plates and napkins. This is the place for a good experience. Vegetarian options: Their vegetarian pizza is phenomenal, well you can just exclude the meat and voila' you have a vegetarian pizza!!! Dietary restrictions: Don't know much about that one. Parking: A lot of parking is available. Kid-friendliness: Not really a kids place, since it is only take-out, but they like kids. Wheelchair accessibility: Not.
Ordered food at 7:10, called to get a status of my order at 8:30. The employee claimed they didn't receive my order until 8:15, and that my order would be at my house in 7 minutes. It never arrived.
Poor service, scolding guests
This is what they claim a Doritos Cool Ranch Papadila is. No sauce, no Doritos flavor. $12 for some skimpy flap of dough with barely any chicken, never again!!! The worst part of this whole experience is the fact no one answers the phone at 1:15pm on a Wednesday

Last week, we picked up a pizza and saw maggot eggs between the pepporoni on multiple slices. I brought it to the attention of the manager and he shrugged it off like I was looking for a hand out. Told me he would look into it. We notified the Health Department.
Placed order at 8:07, estimated delivery time 36 minutes. It's 9:10, "tracker" says now 35 minutes until delivery. A little honesty about delivery times would be greatly appreciated.
