This place has always had great bread. The staff is friendly as well

Worst bakery to go on this location the girl who works here bad Attitude and lazy don't recommend this location to no one the bread is not fresh and cookies r so hard not good for the kids

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is why local businesses do not last in Laredo because they have no sense of what good customer service is. I placed a large order of bread for an event with days in advance and they assured me that it would be ready on the day of my event. The day before my event I got a call that the order was ready, but when I showed up, they told me nobody had called in that order. I explained that i was told my order was ready and the employee said “I don’t know what you’re talking about. I received no apology or solution for this huge mistake at all. The employee had a horrible attitude and did not try to help in the slightest. Then people complain that nobody wants to support local, well it’s because they are disrespectful and do not treat you like a paying customer.
