Please figure out how to make a grilled cheese without it being raw or burnt if I’m paying you 30$ and you’re gonna mess up every single time that’s embarrassing!!!

Great tasting soups, salads, and sandwiches! My favorites are the Turkey Chili, Chicken Noodle Soup, Apple Fuji Salad, and the Frontega Chicken Melt.

Overall, disappointing Panera location. They are often out of many items, the staff isn’t very friendly or helpful, and it’s usually dirty. It just doesn’t appear to be a well run location. Also, the food has gotten so expensive that combined with the experience and what I said above, makes it not somewhere you want to go.

Orders are never correct. Baguettes are tooth-breakingly stale. Restaurant is dirty and poorly managed. Called to remark on staleness of baguette and was told I could come back for a replacement. Great idea. I’ll just drive across town to fix something you messed up. Thanks but no thanks

Food wasn’t up to the standards we expected My BBQ chicken sandwich wasn’t made correctly asked for no onions red or frizzle and there were onions on my sandwich The bread to the sandwich was so soggy it want worth trying to eat My chicken soup was way too salty My wife’s sandwich another chicken sandwich had too much pepper on it When I went to pick up the order no one knew where it was Someone had placed the bag for delivery service

Well I just went here again. On 01-25-24 Against my better judgment. They said my order was ready on the app went in to get it. Waited 20 minutes for anyone to notice I was there and put it on the shelf. Foods cold and they only gave my half a bowl of soup once again. Last time I spend money here considering it cost an arm and a leg in the first place than they only give half a bowl its a joke.

manager was amazing, i can’t say enough good things about her. the person who makes the food & the girl at the register are liars. i order the same thing 2x a week at least and they had made it wrong. i came back asking for help and they claimed the manager said they can’t remake it. come to find out they lied and never even spoke to the manager. the person making the food was just downright rude. thankfully i had called and the manager was very nice and made it right. still was a super disappointing experience & the workers had zero reason to lie to me other than laziness.
