Very slow for the drive through

Torri makes my mornings every day in drive through. I pick up my coffee and she's always smiling and so positive. I cannot say enough positive things about her.

You'll spend your whole lunch break waiting to get your order if you order online. The food is great here and the people making the food do a good job every time I order. Do not make the mistake of ordering ahead to pick up through the drive thru. At 3 in the afternoon, I waited 10 minutes for a drink on multiple occasions now. This restaurant isn't prepared for drive thru service for anything more than drinks. Shame on me, honestly, for expecting a different experience.

Most of the time we've gone recently they don't have bread. I'm really not understanding how a Panera doesn't have bread... Also in our last visit, it took over 25 minutes for 5 Mac and cheeses and a broccoli cheddar soup (all that cost $75). Unacceptable.
