Let's start with the pros: Nica and clean location. Lots of space inside, lots of light and you can sit and study very nicely. They also have a drive-thru, which is very convenient. Now the cons: Some of the staff are rude and grumpy. I am used to it differently by other locations. Also, the food orders are sometimes not complete or just wrong. And the amount of food or the presentation? Has gone downhill in this location for the last months. I am not sure what it is, but the management does not seem to care about it. Too bad, because at the moment you get better and more food at a McDonald's than at this location. I really hope they'll find their way back.
Just got some bagels this morning. Very good and decently priced. Panera is a staple in our family. This location is newer and very clean. Food is what you'd expect from a franchise, fast food style deli.
Very busy but didn't have to wait long for food though.
Fast and reasonable preparation time of food, Fast check out, good and reliable staff, cozy seating with the fireplace indoors. Very good food, thank you.
Waited 45 mins in the drive thru for a cheese sandwich and a broccoli soup. Never coming here again.
I wish I would've caught the name of the girl, but I just went to advise that some of the coffee was out - there was a sign on the dark roast stating that they were out, but when I inquired about the iced coffee, I was scoffed at and told, "didn't you see the sign?".. the sign on the dark roast, yes... "well we make our iced coffee from our dark roast." Got it. You might want to put a sign on that for those who don't know, like myself... "Why would we do that?". I know Panera would not be fond of this type of Customer Service. I was astonished at the blatant disregard for any type of Customer Service. Food was fine, great.. even the other team members were pleasant. Not sure who pee'd in her cheerios this morning.
Taking two stars away because of my bad breakfast experience. Went into the store at 7:30am and tried to order a breakfast bagel sandwich at the kiosk but every breakfast item was "sold out". I then walked toward the counter only to be screamed at by the worker that I had to use the kiosk to order as they didn't have a cashier who could take my order. I tried to explain that the kiosk listed every breakfast item as sold out and the worker just rudely said she's let somebody know. So we just walked out and went to Brugger's down the street. UPDATE: taking away another star because they have no bread and no counter service at 11am. I guess you can't get served at 7:30am or 11am. Vegetarian options: 10-vegetable soup is good
