Absolutely great staff, very friendly and communicative. Ignore what everyone else says about this place since they’re mostly over the age of 50 and allegedly suffer from “lead poisoning” from what I heard one patron say to me. Everyone was on top of everything and you can tell they try their best. Would go again here with my family :)

To be honest I really only go here for the free drinks since I got 3 months free for the 'sip club' on the Panera app but when I get the food for me and my co-workers it's okay, Definitely overpriced but not like it's the staffs fault. Besides that the people working here seem pretty chill.

absolutely terrible. closed down hometown buffet for this. quit while ur ahead, i pray that the employees realize that theres no point in ever continuing their career

I was hired as a baker, did well, and was rewarded with politics, defamation, and reduction of hours from 40 to 7. This company is awful and I would recommend never contributing to the toxic environment. There is better food made by better people elsewhere. Your money is better spent at the non franchised and amazing food offerings that are all over in Redding for a better price.

Was craving tasty creamy tomato soup but was met with what felt like canned soup. They ran out of broccli and cheddar and bread before 5pm. Only redeeming items were the oatmeal cookie and Mac n cheese.
