Panera Bread

Upon my arrival, there was nobody to assist me with ordering my food/answering my questions. After waiting 2 to 3 minutes at the register and associate walked up and proceeded to attempt to answer my question Regarding rewards. They were unable to answer the question and the “manager,” was an asked the question at hand. The manager was rude, dismissive, and ultimately said “there’s nothing that I can do“. There was no effort/attempt to resolve my issue or question. They simply try to look up my number, and after all information was provided, there was no resolve. The manager looked at me as if I was a child, and I’m a grown woman. I understand that the campus is right across the street and they may see younger individuals in this diner, however, regardless of age and race all people should be treat With respect. The lady with the shore, black hair and glass was very rude and dismissive. It is unlikely that I will return to this location seeing us, though my service is not appreciated.

Placed a Rapid Pick Up Order and got half my order, had to come all the way back and wait for them to remake. No apologies for the inconvenience. Service is bad! Do better
