I paid almost 6$ for a coffee and they filled it only HALF WAY (see in the picture). This is not the first time to happen and it's kind of annoying, but it still tastes good!
Very disappointed in this Panera, i had to force myself to swallow the food. Ordered a bagel and a chai latte. They didn't even spread the cream cheese on it for us, we had to do their job for them so they didn't really offer any service. Chai latte was literally just milk. I paid like $5 for plain milk its messed up.
I enjoy the soups and salads, however they're a bit over priced and the workers aren't the friendliest.
Overall, I've had good experiences at this Panera. My feedback really is about one of the older men that works here. He has been awfully rude to myself and other folks I've talked to who have frequented here -- literally for no reason! If you've felt uncomfortable with this employee, you're not alone.
To many loud kids that don't know any better
This Panera Bread location is like no other because the staff are all Rutgers University students. They are friendly, helpful and make up for the lack of experience with their enthusiasm and humor. The food quality is good and service is generally quick except when the school is in session, which is pretty much only when this location is open! Vegetarian options: Lots of flat bread sandwiches
