Panera Bread

Just went through drive-thru to get a gift card for my 87 yr old mom bday. I told Blythe that it was for her 87 birthday. She gave me a Mac & cheese GC. I asked her was their one for Birthday’s. She said she didn’t even look & just grabbed anyone without thinking. Never tried make it right. This was at 4:00pm not busy. What happened to customer service. Very disappointed & will not go back. This store is in Lexington Sc in front Lowes store.

Kid-friendliness: Love this place. Delicious, fast and friendly staff.

Wifey really likes this place. It's got great food selection, with pretty fair prices. The staff is really nice and helpful too. I love the sandwiches, but my wife really enjoys the salads. It does get pretty busy on the weekends, so be warned.

No one greeted me when I walked in they only starred and I've been here 10 mins waiting at the pick up station and one still haven't spoken to me

Slowest drive-thru. Manager needs to hire enough people. They were very polite and apologize every Sunday but still takes 25 minutes to get food.

I was trying to pick up a Door Dash order an 2 employees were talking to someone on speaker phone instead of making the food. Very unprofessional and not fair to drivers trying to deliver food in a timely manner

I only used the drive thru last couple of times, but the staff is always great. I love this place as a more healthy alternative to fast food that's still fast and convenient.
