We had Lunch at Panera today . It was clean friendly and the food was good. From Killeen Texas Wheelchair accessibility: We really appreciate the wheelchair accessible .

Staff is rude and ghetto. The food portions are smaller, the refills are now behind the counter, tables were sticky. Used to love Panera but now it's a HARD pass for me!

I've been coming to this location regularly for the past 2-3 years, and everyone is always so kind and welcoming. Many of them know me by name (as a Sip Club member and mom of 3 young kids, I visit too often). The food is always amazing (highly reccommend the Family Feasts for the value). My kids love their cookies and cinnamon rolls!
