Panera Bread

This gentleman, behind the counter announcing the orders, is a little worked up, acting like dealing with rations in a disaster; chill out, just some breads, okay to smile.

I ordered a frozen strawberry lemonade through their kiosks INSIDE their own store. Asks me for my name after I pay and gives me confirmation. I receive my drink and head out. As I’m already in my car, the manager heads to my car and asks me if I had bought the lemonade. As if he didn’t just hand me it? lol. I’m mid reversing out my spot. I say, “I took a picture of my confirmation and head out my car to show him. As I do so, he just starts walking back to the store without even acknowledging me? I say “No, I’m not going inside” he said” it’s fine”. This is not the first time I have ordered a drink and they believe I haven’t bought it !!?? I suggest you guys fix ur kiosks if you are that lazy to have cashiers. The management is horrid. Accusing me of not purchasing, then just forgets it even happened. I understand mistakes in the system happen. But you don’t treat your own customers like that. Do better Panera Irvine

Disappointed! It is one thing to be stingy with toppings, but the sandwich was literally half empty. It was just toasted bread with skimpy toppings in the middle of sandwich.

They really need to fix the AC in this location. It’s been broken for atleast 3 months now and it’s literally 85 degrees inside.

This location has everything except..... I come to this location to make order It was already close at 8:45 I checked hours of operation and it said 9pm No notes, or any kind of acknowledgment I was excitement disappointed Also staff. Did not care while I knock on the doors

This is one of the worst Panera Bread I have ever visited. It was super hot and seems the AC was not working. The screen that normally shows whose orders are ready was not working either. The workers had to yell whose order was ready. Many people congregate at the counter waiting for their food. Every customer’s order was running behind.

I ordered poppy seed salad, it doesn’t look fresh at all. I’ve been here twice, both times gave me rotted apple. The AC doesn’t work too, feels like sauna room.
