Panera Bread

Something I just need to bring to awareness is that some of the drinks taste awful, like they’re spoiled and rotten. If you go to this one on Brand and California in Glendale expect or prepare to expect drinks to taste nasty. It’s the fourth time I’ve came within a year of this with the drinks tasting like just soda and water. **Don’t get me wrong the staff are nice and the food is still the same, just their drinks are always nasty.** Go to the one in La Canada Flintridge or Pasadena, those ones are better fitted. Drinks are never nasty at those locations. This one it's like you have to hope the drinks are good (which they never are). I bought a orange citrus drink and it tasted like they never changed it. I kid you not it was spoiled. I can find spoiled milk at any store better tasting than this. Please just change your drinks and let me enjoy them! Its crazy I really like panera bread but they can't even have nice drinks. I ain't trying to be a Karen I've told the staff that they are still spoiled and they don't do anything. If customers can't get a satisfactory drink how they gonna bother to buy food here. Is it hard to change the drinks, starry is not even this bad and it didn't taste good.

They are out of bread, l asked if they able to give me a slice of sandwich bread for my soup they said no! Homeless woman was touching drink machine l didn’t able to get my drink, disgusting

Very mid but I do enjoy that over priced "kitchen sink" cookie @ 7 bucks.

I was always a regular at Panera Bread but this in particular was one of the worst I've ever been. Customer service is at an all time low. I really don't know why certain people work to be honest. This girl does not even know how to pick up a straw. If you can't use your arm, what's the use of it. Might as well not have an arm no?

Service sucks... place my order for hot tea at the kiosk. Then no cups... when to the counter waited for 5 mins for staff to see me. Then I got the cup... then there was no hot water available... yep another 5 min wait! Planning on doing some work... I sit down. I plug in. After a few mins I realize my laptop is not charging. I check the plug and eventually 4 other outlets. None of them work!! I talk to staff they said that they are off... then they walk away? WTH... Manager walks out I ask if they will turn on power to outlets... said NO. I was like why? She mentioned that its been off since the Pandemic!?!?!? WTH??? I said how about putting out a sign.. she said she used to have one but the GM said to take it down. WTH?!?! Why! GM Said... " If the customer ask... then them its off." End of Story... Complete BS!

The food is pretty good, but the place is kinda dirty.

Yesterday I ordered a salad and a Mexican dish with corn. This was the worst food experience ever. First of all, I had orders for panera bread, but each time it was delivered, this time after about 1 hour, when there was no message about delivery, I realized that my order was stuck in the kitchen, no one called me or wrote about this. I went to the restaurant where I ordered it. Firstly, they don’t have parking to stop and take your order, an employee told me this. There is parking nearby but you have to pay for it. In addition, the culture of communication between employees is zero. I ask the question, they look across the room, not at your face or you. The last offensive point is the salad made from not fresh ingredients. This applies to the manager... sometimes at least use your product and you will know what it’s like for customers... that’s all

Ordered a bunch of stuff. Most were ok. Two fruit cups were only half way full. See the picture I took. The restaurant setup is very Panera Bread standardized but there was unpleasant smell when I entered the location.

Whenever I arrive here, all the hot drinks for SIP CLUB are empty. You can tell the employee about this, but you will have to wait at least another 20 minutes. I've encountered this more than 10 times just here, so it's the worst.

This is a very good combination of price and quality. I'm always satisfied, the service is excellent
