Panera Bread

I’m really disappointed with this Panera location. Every time I come here, there’s some issue with my order – something is either missing, incorrect, or poorly put together. It’s like the kitchen staff doesn’t care enough to double-check, and the overall quality feels pretty low for what Panera usually offers. I’ve noticed the people working in the kitchen seem unmotivated and sluggish, like they’re just trying to get through the day without any real attention to quality or detail. This doesn’t happen at other Paneras I’ve been to, so it feels like an issue with the management here. It really seems like the kitchen manager isn’t setting the right example or standards. If they aren’t paying attention, why would the staff care? Honestly, it’s frustrating as a customer because I expect a certain level of quality when I come here. I love Panera, but this location has left a bad taste in my mouth – literally and figuratively. If you’re looking for good service , I’d suggest finding a different Panera.

Very good food, but the Easton site very. It looks very short in personal workers ☹️

I was in for dinner last night with friends. Two of us had full salads, and the other had a sandwich. OUR FOOD WAS OUTSTANDING!!! The portions were generous, and the appearance and taste of the vegetables, meat, and bread were superb. The meal brought back fond memories.

I have been wanting to go back here after a long time and when we went they did not have the sub bun french baguette or the bread bowl and both items were what we wanted.

This was my 1st visit since the menu change and will be my last time eating Panera. My sandwich was discontinued so I tried the BBQ chicken sandwich. It was inedible. The sauce soaked into the bread and it was a mushy, disgusting mess. The French onion soup had about a teaspoon of cheese when I paid for extra. Very disappointing and definitely not worth their increased prices.

Good pastry and service. However, the floor was so sticky that every step you took in the shop came with a sound.
