Panera Bread

I ordered on the Uber Eats apps and my whole order was not correct. I will not order again. I wasn't feeling well and this was my dinner.

I come to this Panera Bread Cafe once or twice a week and have a great experience more often than not. I do not often write reviews. A young girl named Heba often helps me order my breakfast on Saturdays and she is a ray of sunshine. She is always happy to accommodate me and my mother and we are always elated to see her working. She is a breath of fresh air, as I have dealt with some very rude workers in the past. She is either genuinely excited for me to order my breakfast sandwich, or an amazing actress. Regardless, she creates a warm environment and a pleasant experience every single time. Although this cafe may not always be the most accurate, they will always be sure to help solve the issue. I highly recommend.

They messed up on my order. It continued to be missing cheese which was never mentioned to make the turkey Bacon sandwich.

Frequently runs out of oatmeal cookies and yogurt with berries

A very good place to relax and meet with your friend. Also the quality is the same from store to store.

Never ready, and can never find my order. All I need is to pick up my empty cup from the sip rewards. And it takes 15 mins to get that empty cup that I have to fill myself! This location is so terrible. Also it's always dirty. It's so close to my house but I'll drive farther.
