Panera Bread

Every time I come here after 8 they’re always closed. I only came 12 minutes after 8 and their lobby was closed, so I went to the drive through and was made to wait 10 minutes just for a drink. You’d think they’d actually be open till 9 when their hours say they close at 9.

I ordered a to-go for a light dinner. My order was for a bowl of chicken noodle soup and a cup of Cheddar broccoli soup. When we were ready to eat it, I found a bowl of Cheddar broccoli soup, and a cup of chicken broth. There were only a couple of noodles, 2 pieces of carrot, I didn't locate any chicken in the cup at all. I don't care for cheddar broccoli, so I ate the bread, and threw out most of the broth. I was very disappointed.

Food was good and service was quick, but most tables still had lots of crumbs and didn’t look clean.

$20 for 1/2 sandwich, cup of soup and a small lemonade. My goodness!!!!

Nice, roomy dining area. Excellent tasting French Onion Soup. However, it lacked cheese and should have been topped with a baguette, Gruyere cheese, and broiled instead of a scattering of croutons. Steak and White Cheddar Sandwich was delicious with ample tender steak and gooey cheese.On a later visit, my Ham and Gouda Toasted Baguette had an absolutely excellent baguette! Light and airy with a crispy exterior and fluffy interior. Was huge but, so deceivingly light, I eagerly finished it! Chicken Wild Rice Soup wasn't to bad. Would order it again. Cashier entered Santa Fe Chicken Salad instead of the Sandwich for my partner. Caused a confusing delay. However, it was taken care of with no issues. Definitely would order the baguette again!!
