Panera Bread

I order to this location multiple times a month because it is close to the office I work in. On multiple occasions there seems to be something wrong or missing whether it a straw, a spoon, my bread side and usually I do not complain or bother with a review but today I’m missing a spoon a straw and my items were so poorly packaged my soup spilled all over into the bag! This is so careless and unacceptable! I find other locations to have much better service and fresher food!

My forever complaint about this panera is how dirty and dingy it always is. I can never find a clean table, and if I do, the chair/bench is grimy and full of crumbs. Trash piled high with dirty dishes, dirty floors, etc. I could go on. I don't even want to imagine the kitchen. But their salads are so good.

I wanted something different for breakfast that wasn't from 7 11. Not that the food is bad, but it's a gas station, so... anyways I got the Asiago sausage egg and cheese sandwich. Man, oh man, that was good. I also got the cinnamon crunch bagel lightly toasted with cream cheese. I didn't know they didn't add your cream cheese, and they gave you this little container thing... what made me mad was the fact they didn't give me a knife to spread the dam cheese.. .I'm glad I got Lightly toasted. I was able to break apart and get the cheese that way smh. But that sandwich... pure fire

They don't toast their bagels long enough
