Great food

What happened to their breads? Hot broccoli cheddar soup and salad- bread was so stale. Disappointed as I always have loved the crusty bread for dipping in soup ! 😖

Place is always the same..maybe it's time to change the atmosphere..Food always good

Usually dirty tables, but understand that Panera has issues with turnover, so may be understaffed. Food is good.

Paneras have been slacking been lately as work spaces but I will say this Panera was actually pretty good and the food was how it normally is - nothing special but the staff was nice which is cool.

Nice employees at Panera Cherry Hill. Christian the manager is excellent ! She can handle all positions and is there to help all of her co-workers. She is one busy, kind, intelligent worker. Norma is also very kind to everyone and helps people make a decision when customers are overwhelmed with all the excellent selection. Good place. Dr. Bruce

this place had the best food never had better service. The worker Ariana was so helpful and kind! I highly recommend to go here guys!

Great place to come and get work done!

I was not impressed. We placed an order electronically in the morning around 11 am for 10 people. Selected 1230 for pick up. Was notified via text that order would be ready at 1259. Arrives at 1230 to pick up waited 10 min for anyone to help me and the order was not even started. Waited another 16 minutes for the order when someone dropped at the counter. I asked if this was everything and was told yes. I looked in the bag very quickly and noticed no chips. I asked as we had ordered 4 bags of chips. The chips were brought out and dropped in the bad and the person just walked away. I drove back to the hospital with the food and once there and unpacking realized they forgot three of our items. No soup. No bread bowl and no apple. I called and supposedly a manager spoke to me and said I can credit you or you can come back to pick up. I decided to pick up since this was lunch for my team. I went back and surprise no order or food was prepared. I asked for a manager and that person said to me they had no idea what I was talking about as they had just started their shift. I had to wait another 10 minutes for my items. This is not the Panera I used to know. Customer service was non existent.

Was craving the Chipotle chicken & avocado sandwich for some time now and unfortunately it was not what I hoped for. The sandwich had egg in it and when I asked if this was the correct sandwich the lady that was preparing my sandwich gave me attitude when I told her I did not ask for egg she responded if I wanted her to take the egg out. After looking at the sandwich it didn’t look like it had much chipotle sauce. I also had to ask for extra sauce and after I did i over heard the same lady speaking about my concerns with another employee. I was very much disappointed in my sandwich! I felt like i was a bother when I addressed the errors in my sandwich.

This Panera is the best! The food is prepared quickly and is always fantastic. The quality is consistent and is usually better than other Paneras I have been to. The staff is exceptional-friendly, courteous, and efficient. They definitely care about preparing the food well! Restaurant is also immaculately clean!
