The safe is very friendly and the restaurant was very clean
So, I ordered a " you pick two" with a half sandwich, chips and a soup. When I got to the drive thru window they asked my name. I gave them my name after which they said we have no order for that name. Never again.
Today, I stopped with my family for dinner. While placing my order at the self-serve kiosk, I requested: Dine-In as I bought a bread-bowl soup. When I got my order, it was prepared to GO. When I asked for a plated they stated at this time plates were not available since they were locked up on the rear kitchen. I BELIEVED her and had to eat my dinner all messed up at the booth. A few minutes later, a woman sitting close to asked the same person for a plate and SHE GOT IT! Not Good and Professional Service! ♂️ ♂️
This is the worst Panera Bread I've visited. They didn't have any hot coffees available on a Sunday afternoon and the water for tea was warm not hot.
I was extremely disappointed with my lunch at this Panera location. The ciabatta bread had a strange shape and tasted dry and stale and I had to rip off the perimeter of the sandwich in order to take bites of the meat and vegetables on the inside which were minimal. I DEFINITELY will not return! I choose Panera for its convenience and reliability of quality and taste.. an experience like this really motivates a person to ponder if spending $15 for a mediocre cafeteria sandwich is better than supporting a small local business where the people ACTUALLY care!
