Panera Bread

Panera is busy in the mornings and they really do rush..or take their sweet time…but today the food and drinks seemed super rushed! My green smoothies were quite low; and I brought it up to the barista- her name is SOY. What a sweet girl. She didn’t catch an attitude or give me excuses, she smiled genuinely, was helpful, and fixed it right away!! What a gem. Thank you for your excellent customer service and positive attitude. You have no idea how you can make someone’s day better with just a genuine reaction and solving the problem. THANK YOU SOY!!! You’re the best :)

Very good

The employees are very professional, they do their best. Very welcoming. Note: There are customers who think their privileged and inpatient. It was very busy but efficient, and the employees were attentive. Customers need to relax and not expect very fast service when it's extremely busy. Be realistic or come back another time with a better attitude.

Food as always good and fast. Priced reasonable. Went again last night with my grandson. The service was absolutely great. The food was delicious. No complaints whatsoever. I love Panera Bread. Parking: Parking is not bad at all.
