I usually go to at Baileys cross road but this day I was closer to this location. It started with a cold coffee when I asked for a hot coffee they showed me a microwave to heat it. The milk was labeled wrong I wanted had and half but the milk was skimmed milk when I ask the cashier she started to argue with me instead of checking and the manager has to intervene and she knew it was not half and half. The oatmeal was hard as rock no water way so ever I had to put hot water and microwave it again. Horrible horrible service and food

I love this specific Panera. I travel 20 minutes from my residence just to purchase their Chai Tea Latte. It's the best! Also, the manager is amazing and accommodating. Last but not least, I tried the Southwest Ceasar Salad for lunch. Try it!

Their rice bowls are outrageously undersized; you shell out $17 only to walk away just as famished as before. It's truly disappointing to receive such meager portions for the price.
