My favorite place in all of Manhattan. The owner is so awesome and the staff is spectacular. They have so many boba combinations to try and they can even vary the level of sweetness too. My go to is a cup of sticky rice alongside a Thai Milk Tea with pudding instead of boba. I can't wait to check out their new bakery when it opens next door. Head to Pandora, try something new and leave a fun sticky-note on the wall!!

I’ve been to Pandora several times, and they have not disappointed once! Their boba, ice cream, and crepes are delicious. With all of their items there is so much customizability. I’ve had better boba in Kansas City, but for Manhattan this place is the number 1 go-to for desserts.

Bought a boba here today and asked the asian lady at the counter if they have a lactose free milk available for the milk tea(cause i have lactose intolerance), she said yes and so I asked what kind of milk it was (even gave examples if it was soy, etc) The lady at the counter then raised her voice and said : I DONT KNOW JUST THAT ITS NON DAIRY it wasnt even busy but that lady was rude as heck and shouldnt be working at the front of the store maybe tuck her at the back cause she's unpleasant. My matcha was great but the customer service of that lady just aint it.

Watch as your favorite ice cream is made in front of you. Not a fast visit but worth the short time to enjoy the pretty creation. We also love the delicious crepes.
