Let me tell you about Austin from Panda Express, He's not just an amazing person he should be a manager but also Austin is a vert genuinely kind-hearted person. When he saw that my son needed new clothes, he went out of his way to make it happen. Austin's willingness to help and his caring nature really shine through. He's the type of person who goes above and beyond for others, and it's truly inspiring.My son is lucky to have someone like Austin in his corner. -Look how happy my son is (update) I recently found out Austin got fired from panda express I am truly heart broken please reconsider hiring the boy Austin. Wheelchair accessibility: I can move around thanks to Austin I don’t know why you guys let him go.

This location is terrible every single time I come here. The staff is rude, they take forever and the place is always dirty. It’s a disgrace that these fast food employees get paid so much to mess around be lazy and not do there job. I ordered my food online so that I could just pick it up and not wait in line. Order went through they processed the payment and I received a text saying my food was ready. I arrive to pick up my food and give my name but somehow the order was never made. They told me that the order just had came through when I arrived.

Honestly I can’t in good faith write this entire establishment off as bad because of 1 consistently rude and arrogant employee, the management and about 90% of the staff is generally friendly and very helpful. But there’s this one employee who’s short, on the chubbier side and has a mullet who always has the worst attitude and generally speaks in such a rude tone it really turns me off. Me being a customer who CHOOSES to spend my money to eat here doesn’t deserve to be treated this way especially because I’m not rude or Stand offish at all because I treat everyone with respect as a human. I understand everyone has a bad day but EVERY time I come here he always acts this way? I guess I just expected better, but again management and the rest of the staff are very helpful and friendly which I appreciate.
