Panda Express

I haven't been into a Panda Express for well over a decade. We decided to stop in on our way home from a long day and I was pleasantly surprised. The environment was clean and well designed. The staff was great and super friendly and well trained. Everything was super fresh and flavorful. Definitely changed my perspective on Panda Express and will be visiting more in the future.

Food is great. Service really good.

I just picked up some dinner for my family and the portion sizes are Wonderful and all the food looks good and Fresh, but it was just kind of a weird experience for me. They’ve switched their teriyaki sauce from the little packets back to the fresh made stuff that is kept warm. I’m not sure what her name is but the only female working there tonight told the younger man helping me that the teriyaki sauce would have to go directly on my meal and since I was picking up for other people, I wasn’t sure what needed teriyaki sauce and he was super kind and helpful and told me he could put a little bit in a kids cup for me which I thought was a very smart resolution of the problem. After he gave me that cup, she told him that he’s not allowed to do that and then she proceeded to show him little to go cups for the sauces. I don’t understand why she wouldn’t help him in the first place and told him that he has to put it directly on the plates that I was picking up. She definitely could’ve been more helpful to the situation instead of just telling him no and walking away. I really appreciate the young man’s help and consideration for trying to make me happy tonight. It was a young man with glasses. Looked like he was new. But again, I appreciate his help tonight!

I felt like I was at DoorDash Central station. Fast food Chinese food has really gone down, there's just no flavor or taste to it, and all I saw around me were DoorDash drivers waiting for pickups. I remember when Panda Express first opened up it was so good and they were so many people who raved about it. Where has the emphasis on quality gone?

Every time we go to this location there is always something wrong with our order. Most recently we placed an online order after coming home and opening our food we realized half our order was missing. They only provided one apple egg roll when we ordered four and they only gave us one entree when we ordered two. When we called they said that they would take our name down and the next time we come in they would give us those items for “free”. Anyways we ended up driving back down and getting the items that were missed. This was a total waste of time and unnecessary. I would avoid going to this location if at all possible!

Extremely friendly and attentive staff and the food was probably the best I've ever had from Panda Express and I eat there a lot!

Food was not fresh and very bland not much saucers and dry wasn't pleased and I don't think all stop there again!!
