It was my first time at panda express. I have a food allergy which limited me to one or two options, which really sucked! I wish there was more options to choose from. Food that I had wasn't great nor was it bad. It could be better! Crab ragoon taste like greese and the cheese part wasn't creamy. Shrimp tasted like rubber with breading. I wouldn't go here again unless they improve on food taste and quality
Ordered in drive-through, took 30 minutes to get food after paying. Forgot our sauces, and the lomein was 95% onion. Hardly any noodles. Chicken was soggy.
I've tried it several times and I'm not impressed...low quality food...much better options for asian food in town

Good food, service is good eat there about once a month, when I'm in the lima area.
food has always been good, but i’ve noticed every time the employees don’t acknowledge you whatsoever, talk very quiet, never smile, i’ve never received an apology for a mistake (i’ve always been consider/nice, because things happen). i think they need more customer service coaching to make the restaurant feel like it’s a welcoming environment. the lack of makes you feel like you’re bothering them to even order.
