Panda Express

They are racist. My family and I came here hungry and ready to eat. We walked in and there was one lady in line, we patiently waited while she,like us, saw the various options and didn’t quite know what to decide as an option on her plate. She ask for a sample(no biggie) she eventually made her decision and moved forward to the register, we move to the counter to select our tray options and food choices. I, still not really sure what exactly I wanted as my other meat option, asked for a sample. Crazy thing is, I was told by the worker that samples were not allowed, she could not give me a sample. I stand there completely astounded because I just saw with my very eyes the sweet looking white woman ask and receive a sample with no conflict, just a “here you are ma’am” as she headed her the black pepper chicken with a smile. Now, not even 2 minutes later the company has suddenly change and are implementing a no sample policy. Smh listen, I won’t say the whole place is racist but that girl definitely was. That was so uncalled for. We left and won’t be going back

Tried to call it in they refused, told me to order online which is shut down, went there and 4 meats were out, told me I’d have to wait 20 minutes so I did then when the meat was ready they told me I’d have to wait another 15 because they ran out of rice…. Would not recommend

No veggies. This has been the case at more than one location in NC. Food not separated correctly and crisp spicy shrimp had burnt taste.

I loved Panda Express

Out of most food. Horrible service. Rude employees. On top of that food poisoning!? I deeply regret eating at this location.
