Horrible la atención la comida malísima un arroz frito en grumos mas parecía arroz blanco sin sabor solo falta que cuenten las cosas que sirven mal presentado mal servido malísimo en el área de sodas no había hielo las sodas sin frío bueno nunca más volveré a este lugar pésima experienza

Unbelievable how horrible the service at this place was. Are you telling me that I have to pay extra for this plate? Your employee doesn’t care about customer service. Why do you hire this kind of guys? Please see the picture and tell me if this is worth anybody’s money. I called and complain with the manager and let him know how disappointing this was. Really? I hope this gets fixed. Update 02/01/24 Why am I surprised? Look at their newest overpriced bowl!! Put some meat there guys!! HORRIBLE

Ordered online with forks and sauce and didn't get it.

This is the worst place to eat fake Chinese food, they give me white rice and it wasn't cooked well, I call and some guy answer the phone and tell me to wait, I wait for about 10 minutes and finally the hung up on me, never again The owners should be more concerned about the big list of bad reviews this location has, big chain restaurants and stores goes out of business for things like this.. Let's support small business like this restaurant in Rosemead, their food is delicious and AUTHENTIC(not like the fake panda expensive nasty food), this place has one of the best food in the area. Service was fast at the drive thru. Stale walnut shrimp, orange chicken was spicy, mushroom chicken but no meat, noodles looked as if they cut them up short. Since last year the food is not good. Not fresh as if they have it premade for at least 30 mins. I have been to several within the last 9 months and they are all the same,

I ordered the apple filled egg roll, instead of sugar and cinnamon it was salt a cinnamon that was on the egg roll. It tasted HORRIBLE! Either they did on purpose or it was a mistake, they need to pay attention on what they are doing.
