Pancho's Mexican Food

ONLY USE CASH!!! Last night I got some great food through the drive through. Food was really good. Sad thing is this morning I was checking my bank statement and Pancho's had actually charged $1.26 more than what the total was. They did not ask for a tip nor did I think it was appropriate to tip a drive through. Seems like I can't go back now, or to ONLY USE CASH. I tried calling them to ask about it and got no answer. So sad. If you go, I suggest checking your bank statements to see what they actually are charging, and in the future IF YOU GO, ONLY USE CASH to avoid getting stolen from.

For a fast food restaurant, the quality of food is great. Speed of service is ultra fast. The place is always stocked with a complimentary salsa bar. Floors are clean, not sticky or grease.

Never go to this place. They overcharge me, even though it was not a lot of money but that’s says a lot from the staff. Don’t waste your money coming here. Because at the end you will get overcharge and bad food.

I’m from Las Vegas NV. I didn’t think anywhere else could have better Mexican food than back home. I went out with the girls tonight and had a lot to drink, so I ordered ponchos for the first time using door dash. The food was incredible, and I got a tres leches cake at 4 am?!? Everything was hot and good. I’m really happy to have tried this place because it was chefs kiss, I’ll have to order from here all the time.

I love panchos. Their burritos are fire.
