Sen canth or Korat rice noodles, beansprouts, chives or green onion, red onion, fermented white bean, dry chili, sweet radish, dry shrimp, tofu, egg and peanuts. In Pad Thai sauce we made it authentic with tamarind and palm sugar plus fish sauce. We use recipe from Ang- Thong, Thailand that over 100 years. We use natural red chili for natural color no dye or paprikas.
