Palm Desert Bike N Brews

Marlin was super helpful and mounted my rear derailleur, pedals and wheels on a road bike that I had brought in a case from Seattle. Not only helpful but very courteous, Marlin pointed me in the direction of a few rides with climbing in the vicinity (Tramway, Palms to Pines). Highly recommended!

My seat post was stuck in the seat tube on my carbon fiber specialized bike. I dropped it off after I got off work and these guys fixed it while I slept. I was able to pick it up in the afternoon before my next shift and the bike is ready for my next ride. They were professional and competent and charged a fair price.

My 2 girlfriends and I decided to do Tour de Palm Springs in January. When we realized 10k people register for the ride, many of whom rent bikes and we couldn’t find any bikes to rent in Palm Springs, we were distraught. But then we found Palm Desert Bikes n’ Brews and I couldn’t be happier. Joseph was accommodating from the first phone call all the way to dropping our bikes off at our hotel and making sure the bikes were a good fit. The carbon bikes are new with nice components and complete with water bottle cages and a toolkit. And you can tell Joseph loves his job—all our interactions were lovely. Hope to do this ride again next year and will definitely rent from Joseph and Bikes and Brews again.

Great experience. I'm on vacation in Indian Wells for a week to ride. I blew out a tubeless tire on the first day. Despite the shop being super busy, Marlin replaced my tire on the spot. He was very kind, explaining everything to me while he was doing the work. This will be my go-to bike shop in the desert from now on.

Great spot to have a bite after a bike ride. They also have a great selection of bikes, gear and accessories for all types of riders. The service department is top notch.

Everyone at the bike shop was incredibly friendly and compassionate. While I was in town riding, I accidentally bent a brake blade. The staff went above and beyond to help me, providing me with a new lever and installation just before closing time. Their assistance was a lifesaver, and it allowed me to continue on the trails. Thank you so much!

We were visiting the area for New Years and had a mechanical issue (free hub failure) on NY Eve. Despite it being a holiday, they were able to fix the problem quickly, effectively and were super kind and knowledgeable. We can’t recommend this shop enough!
