It was very cozy in the restaurant. The waitress was very nice. The pizza was delicious. It's $22 for a extra large pizza.

I got there and was told my food was not ready yet. I was originally given a wait time of 15 minutes. The soup was placed in bags before I got there. I waited an additional 30 minutes. I got home, and the soup was cold. The mozzarella sticks were soggy and cold. The marinara sauce was practically tasteless. The food containers were all extremely greasy in the bags. The spaghetti tasted terrible and was also cold! It is not spaghetti noodles either. It is more like capellini noodles. I was told the potato soup had extemely fatty bacon. This was overall a horrible experience. It was over $70 for everything. Amarillo’s Italian game sucks big time. I suggest people get a consultant from Piada’s or The Cheesecake Factory.

Ladies and Gentleman and Owner: Paul. I don't really know where to start. I spent 100.00 tonight only to get frozen meatballs and ingredients missing out of our salad. The pizza was bland and there was really nothing fantastic about our dining experience. Meghan/Megan was your saving grace she understood each of our concerns and addressed them like she cared, unlike your manager on shift tonight 1/7/2023. I addressed those concerns with him and he said that there was really nothing he could do. Which translated to either his hands are tied by the owner or there was nothing he WOULD do. If you're going to charge 7.00 for a salad then you may want to make sure all the ingredients are in it, start missing ingredients, time to start discounting the item. Also the frozen meatballs that I can find in sam's club, target, walmart and costco. You are charging 11.49 for that and I can spend 10.00 in a store and get a 3 lbs of meatballs and cook them myself. I told your manager that our server should of been informed and he had the audacity to say that she just got there and that she should have checked the out of food list. I spoke to our server Meghan/Megan and she said that they didn't tell her and that the sun dried tomatoes ran out mid shift. I told our server that I didn't blame her at all for not knowing because I could see it in her eyes that she had no clue the item ran out and if it ran out mid shift why is she supposed to suddenly go look at a list when she should be working. It is YOUR manager's responsibility to inform the employees something ran out, not throw them under the bus to make himself look like what? someone special who doesn't have to take accountability. I was going to call you personally but decided that you need to be held accountable and need to get your higher standards back. What is even more shocking is there is a grocery store right by you and no one could run over to get tomatoes once they saw they were running low? Either way this is not alright. Also, you are charging your customers to use a credit card and I'm here to tell you, that if you produced full prepared dishes not missing ingredients and a better superior product then maybe you could charge better prices dare I say earn the right to raise prices then you wouldn't have to charge a credit card fee at all. You have all the symptoms of a business that is starting to struggle and if you can't get this right then you will deserve to close. Also customers beware that they are not only charging you the tax they are legally obligated to charge, they also use the tax and the credit card fee to bolster the pre-figured tip amounts on the check. THIS IS WRONG and ignorant. Tip should only come from subtotal, nothing else.

Can't tell about the food haven't even gotten it. Sat 30 mins with hardly any other customers in the place. Ordered still no food and people that came in after us had already gotten there food that came 15 mins after us. Still haven't been checked up on. Bartender addressed us like we were a inconvenience to have to seat there. Had the burger but why would you have a burger that is describe as a pizzas and to look like a pizza to come out to taste noughting but taco seasoning. That's all you could taste was taco seasoning no cheese tate couldn't even taste the tomato sauce. Wow......Worst burger I have had... Couldn't even eat it. Wouldn't recommend this place
