Paisano's Pizza

Our favorite pizza place! Kid-friendliness: They have always been so understanding when we dine-in with our kids.

Pizza was great,had It in my hand in 12 minutes.

Paisano's is better than most chain pizza places, but it's just above ok. They had some good promos, which was why we ordered. However, we recently ordered 1 pizza and wings, delivery on 1-6-24 and it took over an hour to arrive. I'm not concerned about the time it took, it was raining that evening and they might be short staffed. The problem is that the pizza and wings were both cold. No, not warm, or even luke warm... it was COLD. We didn't plan on dinner that night so we had to keep the pizza and heat it up, but that is unacceptable. How can you charge a $5 delivery fee, and expect customers to tip, if you deliver cold food? If a pizza place delivered cold pizza to all its customers, they would go out of business. And if I have to go out to do pickup instead of delivery to get a fresh/hot pizza, then I'll just go to Ledo's instead.

Please save yourself by not wasting money and health. After eating chicken from this place 3 members of my family got foods poisoning.

Sat on hold for 12 minutes while driving there and when I got there they were in there not helping anyone, I watched them ignore the phone.

I order from this place often because I think they have fantastic pizza! I called 2 hours before closing time and my order was rushed. I asked for a well done/double baked pizza. Over an hour later and It was barely warm, undercooked, extremely soggy and greasy. Almost $40 including the tip and it was not worth it at all. This is the third time this has happened to me when ordering later in the evening and it’s the last. Unfortunately I’ll be looking for a new pizza place as I’m tired of eating money.

Great pizza, had it for a snack last night, ordering more today for dinner.
