Paco's Taqueria is the ultimate destination for authentic Mexican food. Some of our staple dishes are: tacos tapatío, birria ramen, and an extraordinary birria pizza. We know you love tacos, so we offer all different kinds: steak tacos, al pastor tacos, chicken tacos, and even lengua tacos. Paco's was founded by Seni Gonzalez in 2014, an immigrant Mexican mom who used her savings to create this small local Mexican chain that now has four locations and a renowned food truck.
