For the amount of time and effort you have to invest in to dine at this restaurant is not worth the entire ordeal for this level of food they offer. The ramen is what you expect but with low quality ingredients. The noodles are standard at best, broth was almost instant noodle level, and unfortunately the condiments were awful. The egg was fully boiled, the chashu which should be the center point of the dish was gummy. And to hide gumminess they torched it, but the meat was still cold in the center. The chicken Kara-age should be avoided at all cost. Traditionally it should be dusted with only light batter, but I was confused because it tasted like popcorn chicken from baseball stadium. Next time, you crave ‘authentic’ ramen, stay away from this restaurant. You’ll feel like you wasted money and time.
It was very busy when we walked up and there was a line out the door. It was very lively and very tasty. Every ingredient in my ramen tasted good and the gyoza and karage were crispy hot and fresh. If you are walking by just pop in and take a smell. The broths were cooked with care and had a good balance.
The only reason I ever visit this ramen spot is because it's walking distance to me. The ramen is just okay, the broth is decent but not amazing and the noodles aren't fresh. However the ramen this time was bad. The meat was tough and barely edible and the egg was hardboiled instead of soft. For a $15 price, basically any other ramen location in the area is better.
맛있어요~ 근처 라멘집중 제일 괜찮은듯... 물론 내입맛 기준~^^ 주인분은 한국인
The food was great but it's a little annoying that you have to order your food at their desk, sit down to wait for your food and then get up again to pick it up. The food was a little pricey for that kind of service as well.
be aware, this place seems closed for a while.
